[Discussion] Arang and the Magistrate

This drama has all the potential to become one of my favourite ones... the tension is KILLING me... feels like I am back to watching Lost (just, drama, please, don't loose your sense in the middle and especially in the end, like the latter did...).

What is going on? This episode was so tense I didn't realize I had been already watching it for an hour, I was totally in shock when it ended, I was like 'wth? it just started...!!!' Every minutes was so complete I wasn't aware of the time... I am breathless...

THE MYSTERY IS KILLING ME~~~~~~

Am I the only one who thinks this is really good? It's so spooky and intriguing. Maybe because my range of other Asian dramas is limited. (I think Lis made a comment that it's similar to some chinese dramas she's seen? am I remembering that wrong?) I find this different, suspenseful and well done. Who is that woman? How did the magistrate's mother turn into this thing? Is that his mother anymore? What is going on with the Jade Emperor and him wanting to solve this mystery as well? Will Arang solve the puzzle before her time is up. And on and on... I hope it keeps up the story telling and momentum as well!

Something I found humorous was the Korean Sauguk version of the police crime scene marker around the bone grave in ep 6. LOL kinda funny.

nope i think theres lots of us who enjoy this :)
and yea this drama is really similar to chinese drama, mainly because most chinese historical drama are based on myths/spirits/super power and alot of them show scenes of heaven and the gods.

Nope, you're not! And like Michael would sing "you are not alone, I am here with you"!! Mhahahha I love Arang so much, it hurts!! Seriously!! The mystery, the drama, the who-the-heck-are-you-woman is killing my brain...literally!!
Waiting for Ep 8 to get sub, to lick that sucker to the bone, and try to find answers to the questions??
