First: What the hell with them staring at each other at the end? Is every Min Ho drama going to end like this from now on?
Second: Why did they left many things unexplained? (Like that uncle prince fate, the Yuan mystery man, the man that wanted to kill her and what the queen wants to tell the king;...)
Third (and most importantly) why didn't they let Gi Cheol have his happy ending? That wasn't fair at all because he was the only one that entertained me all the way through the drama.

Anyway, Faith gets a 7/10 from me, it's fair enough.

I also gave it a 7
Faith is one time where, once I write my review, the numbers will tell you everything. Story ~ 4-5 Acting ~ 9 Overall 7. I loved the chemistry, storyline and acting between Choi Young and Eun Soo. I loved the relationship between Choi Young and his King. I loved the chemistry and sweet love story of Gongmin and Noguk. Everything else was kinda crap. The plotting was mediocre at best the bad ass elite guard of the Woldalchi were like inept fluffy kittens... The ending given to Dr. Jang was a complete cop out. The writers held so many great nuggets of awesome in their hands and it just slipped through their fingers, writing wise. But somehow through all of that I was sad when this show ended and I enjoyed watching the characters, as I stated above. So again... I give it a 7.
I liked Faith overall (acting, chemistry,OST) and the last episode was better than expected (I braced myself for a terrible time travel explanation but it actually made sense). Was disappointed that the 3 pledged brothers were killed very easily, too easily...they made the drama so enjoyable to watch :) Gi Cheol should have gone to heaven, that would have been epic and we could have got a spin-off drama! I guess there weren't many "steamy" kisses because the main actress is married and because Lee Min Ho fans would have a fit or something...just a guess...
I stopped watching at ep 5, should I finish it or will it continue to bore me to tears?

that's more or less my feeling and the reason I gave the drama a 7. The character of Choi Young was really interesting (I ended up googling everything about him, did you know that his daughter Choi Youngbi will be in the harem of the next king ? Even though Choi Young was strongly against it ? ....ok I just used future to talk about something that happened centuries ago...) and his relationship with Eun Soo too. The most interesting couple was the King and the Queen, who completely kept me going (they were the only reason why I didn't just skip the scenes filled wih that poor excuse of a plotting to just watch the Choi Young/Eun Soo scenes...) Also, I really enjoyed the OST. The basic project of this drama was really original, such a shame it fell in the hands of lame writers and directors.
I'm just happy Faith didn't end like how most if not almost all historical dramas do. EVERYONE DIES OR IS MISERABLE OR BOTH. At least in Faith a bunch survive and the main couple get to have a happy ending. I would have been beyond pissed if Faith killed off everyone. (Will always dislike Jang Bin being killed off but oh well). Seriously, I give Faith a 10 just for not having the typical crappy everyone suffers in the end ending that historical dramas do. I swear one weekend I decided to watch historical dramas and I ended up depressed because everyone one of them ended awful. :/ So i avoid them. I only will watch them now if I like the actor in them. Which I watched Faith for Philip Lee and not Min Ho like pretty much everyone else did. XD

I have to say this drama didn't bore me. There were some interesting things going on all throughout. The core characters have very interesting and good moments. This is not a perfect drama. Writing wise, it could have been better. I wish I could mesh the fight scenes of Arang with the chemistry and core relationships of Faith. Now that would have been cool.

Who can say whether it will be to your particular tastes, but at the end of the day I was sad it ended and on the whole, I did enjoy Faith a lot.

Noo... who would do such a thing? *whistles innocently*

I agree 100% with the post on page before about the pledged brothers and Gi Cheol not getting to heaven! It would have been so amazing if just at the very end he got through, his face as he saw all the lights just to end up in a mental institute or in prison or something... !!!!

I was really hoping for an epic battle between either pipeling and choi young or gi cheol and choi young, like nearly had on 2 occasions. Oh well. Personally I don't mind the lack of steamy kisses, the romance was still in the drama... other than the very ending comparable to city hunter. What.. just a smile? =| Not even burying your face in his/her arms crying tears of happiness due to how happy you must be to see the your true love again through time travel magic?

Oh and does anyone know.. did Royal Doctor have Inner Power or not? He seemed to early on then not so much later on..
i dont want to sound all dumb and stuff but i didnt get the last part of the last episode. here what i translate the last part (i hope what im bout to say dont confuse ya'll). SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!! ok so after gi cheol had froze my choi young and grab eun soo right?! so when she was dragged gi cheol tried to go to the heaven world eun soo passed through it but unfortunately gi cheol got rejected and frozen (i didnt kno if he was dead or just frozen help me please). so eun soo went back to the 21st century and tried to get some medicine and i believe a projector camera. so after she grabbed the medicine the portal was still open so when she went back in she ran to the spot where choi young is still landing but couldnt find him. here the part where im stuck.... when she came back from her time to give the medicine to choi young but couldn't find him did she went back 100 years before she met choi young???? did she time travel back again for the 2nd time????? when she was wearing that hat and the stick and explaining how she wish to see him again and it show her back in the 21st century and back to her time, and finally found choi young what happen to eun soo with the medicine that she went to get? was this show like deja vu or something????
what had happened was.... !!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!.... CY survived Gi Cheol's attack, but ES didnt know that so she went back to 2012 to get meds, when she came back through she had returned to the wrong time in the past. she waited in that time (100 yrs before CY's time) until the gate opened again and was able to get back to CY's time.
So then does that mean everyone's alive again or is it that it's been a few more years after everything that's occured? I was confuse by that too.

No. Eun So went through the door back to Seoul. when she tried to return with the medicine and tools to heal Choi Young she was actually shot back 100 years before his time. Meanwhile during the Goryeo time, Choi Young did not die. He survived inspite of Eun Soo's not being able to reach him.

Meanwhile, Eun Soo bided her time waiting in the other time period for the Door to open, healing people and living her life. 5 years passed and when Eun Soo knew the gate would open again, she tried again and landed back in Choi Young's time and they reunited.

The end! :) Whew... Time travel makes me dizzy!
Aaah that makes much more sense thanks so much! Time travel drama can make me dizzy too especially the endings sometimes. XD
OMG OMG OMG I am so speechless! I cried sooooo much at the ending! At one point I though not again sad ending :((( Whyyyy, but then everyting went well! So excited, I adore this drama, it's definitely one of the best drama I've ever seen <3 Actors, plot, music <3 10/10!
havent seen the ending yet... but ty spoilers i'm prepared now!! i didnt want to see another not happy ending drama!!!i'm starting to get the reason why in most korean dramas the main couple usually stay away from each other etc but this is not what i really like to watch in a drama.. When 2 people are so much in love (even in acting) noone can ever seperate them!! the end!! this drama is really good i love it so far!!
