Hmmm...this is a tough one. I think maybe you can ask someone else in your house to remind you it's time to stop and get some sleep, or put an alarm on your phone.
But I think the result only comes if you're willing to take some unpleasant measures. You could set a rule of just two or three episodes and try to control yourself better. I know it can be difficult(I also lost some nights binging) but it's not impossible as long as you are willing. Sometimes we have to have self control.
Also, try watching only currently airing dramas, this way it's easier to stop watching because you have to no matter what
