Gozu - Messed up movie, typical Takashi Miike style. Ruined ladles for me forever.
(editing this in: Visitor Q - another Miike film. Wasn't one of my favs when it came out, but I've been meaning to re-watch it. It is definitely very disturbing subject matter)
Strange Circus - I actually found the first 20 mins to be the most disturbing. I almost turned it off. I'm glad I didn't.
Moebius - Already mentioned in this thread, but it is one of the most disturbing ones I've seen, so I had to add it.
Silenced - Also already mentioned, but this is one of the few movies that I could not watch all the way through in one sitting. Great cast, very well done film, but very hard to watch for me. Based on a true story that did not have a happy ending. I don't even think I'm recommending it, just wanted to mention it.
The Treacherous - One of my favorite films.
