i'm like this so far but i tire of the female lead. she was strong and forward as a teenager. the adult character is the perfect example of the expression "pales in comparison". even her wardrobe calls to mind not a strong woman who single mindedly became a prosecutor so she could bring justice to her wronged friend but rather a fragile wounded creature who belongs in a drama about an orphan woman falling in love only to die of cancer or something. it seems all Hae Woo can actually do is hang out the with police ahjussi, check her texts, cry and shop for gauzy pastel floaral print clothing. and oh her poor husband, i see the beginnings of a Shun ji spiral with him.

No, it was clear that he found out about him only lately.

I must agree, she really doesn't deserve being a prosecutor; she doesn't have the hunch and her actions are obviously not fit or well written for a female lead. It's like she's there for the melodramatic part where she can shed tears and and faint every once in a while.

Oh, I think it's too late for the husband to have "Shunji spiral" :D
ugh the fainting...i had forgotten aobut the fainting! it is just a matter of time before Joon Young totally looses his shit.
If he's going to loose it then it's not only because of Hae Woo but also his father because he's totally betraying him (considering the fact that Joon Young's little brother died because of hit and run and his father was covering up for a similar accident).
definately, that boy is a powder keg just waiting for one more k-drama bomb shell before he snaps! i feel sorry for him at his point.
Man, I really want to see Joon Young go into a Shunji spiral. Right now all I see him is a candy-sweet husband. I want to see what happens when his buttons get pushed as an adult like his temper when he was a teen. BUT, i hope he and Yi Soo don't kill each other....though they will probably come close to it!
OMG! I knwe it! Prosecutor Kim is the "Friend"!! Back to Shunji's spiral; I must agree I think Joon Young is going to have one pretty soon plus Hae Woo is cheating on him :D
the first time I saw "friend" I thought to my self "he's got a flower boy frame". totally makes sense now. I cant wait to see Joon Young go full on Shunji. some one give that boy a corpse to stab.
ikr? How can such a good looking guy with that smexy voice be the "evil" friend? Not exactly evil but he kills people on his behalf so "half evil" maybe? And yes, I am sure that he will stab Yi Soo instead if he finds out about him.
Great conversation. It's good to meet other Shark fans.
So I'll like to add my two cents. The friend could be Detective Kim. But I think Kim Jun/Yi Soo has more than one friend helping him out. I think the other friend is Detective Byeon's old junior partner.
I don't know what a shunji spiral is. But I want to see Oh Joon Young lose his temper at least. He has so much bent up frustration.
As far as Hae Woo being a prosecutor, I said it before someone gave her that job. She never like school. I don't know how she pass the bar, but I think someone took the test for her. (Of course she didn't know this.)
Well that's my two cents.
Thanks for being a fan of Shark.

guh the voice, he does not look like his voice could be that deep!

Half evil? HE IS evil but on Yi Soo's side so he's forgiven.

I do think that Joon Yeong is going to loose it soon enough. He will begin to suspect her relationship with Yi Soo and there you go Shunji Spiral.

Am I the only who's enjoying the little moments between prosecutor Kim and Yi Hyeon? Plus, it feels like Yi Soo gave him the okay to be with his sister but at the end everyone failed to protect her from that book store old man killer.

Also, apparently Chairman Jo knows something bad about Yi Soo's father.
I LOVE prosecutor kin and Yi Hyun! they are so cute.
btw at the end of the lastr episode i was all "no, no no no no no!" thinking *** dont let her be dead in his apartment!!!! then i yelled "Thank god! it's just the shoes!"**** and my husband thought i was crazy!

I am also enjoying those little moments and like you said; with Yi Soo's approval it's even more enjoyable. They're so adorable (^_^)

And about Yi Soo's father, I think that he used to torture people or something because in the first episodes, the professor Kang said that he remembered him and there were some torturing scenes so that's probably what Chairman Jo knows.

LOL, I thought he left him her finger or something but then I was glad it's only her shoes. It was clear that they will use his sister against him so he should've used more force to protect her. Poor prosecutor Kim, he's going to loose it when he finds out.
