Curry & Cyanide: The Jolly Joseph Case is a true-crime documentary directed by Christo Tomy, investigating six deaths in the same family and the woman at the center of the Koodathayi Cyanide killing case

The series is based on actual events in Koodathayi, a village in Kerala, India, between 2002 and 2016.[3] Jolly Joseph, a mother and wife, was accused of poisoning six members of her family, including her first husband, with cyanide-laced food. She allegedly did this to inherit the family property and to marry her lover, who was her husband’s cousin.[4] It is based on first-person testimonials of individuals involved in the case.[5]

Indian web series seem disappointing to me because of their length because Indian soap operas are 200-500 hours long and movies are 3 hours long, which is the standard for Indian products. If you count the length of the an  Indian web series, it is 3-4 hours, which makes me feel as if I am watching a movie not a web series.

If you wanna see historical type then I recommend you few good one:

1. Karmaphal Daata Shani (https://m.imdb.com/title/tt8437668/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk) 2016

2. Bharat ka veer putra Maharana Pratap (https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3216182/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk) 2013

3.  Mahabharat (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLa6CHPhFNfadNcnVZRXa6csHL5sFdkwmV&si=2RShBa9NpIMfVoNS) 96 episodes

It's become quite difficult for me to find Indian content because it's no longer available on free platforms. As a result, I haven't watched any Indian content in a long time. Can you suggest some free platforms that aren't based in India?

I watched Citadel: Honey Bunny and noticed some areas where time and budget constraints seemed apparent. Emotional scenes could have been given more time and attention to create a stronger impact. Certain parts of the plot were narrated at an abruptly fast pace, and I felt they deserved more time to develop fully.

India is home to many beautiful locations and architectural marvels, and incorporating them could have enhanced the visual appeal with stunning scenery. There were a few noticeable errors, but the non-linear storytelling kept things engaging. The involvement of the child in the narrative was a great touch, adding a layer of emotional depth that kept the audience invested. The scenes between the mother and child were especially well-executed and heartwarming. The action sequences were decent, complementing the story effectively.

However, what bothers me the most is the tendency to leave the story on a cliffhanger. This was already done with Citadel starring Priyanka Chopra, and they’ve repeated it with Citadel: Honey Bunny.  Adding to the frustration, the gap between seasons or spin-offs often exceeds a year, making it harder for audiences to stay invested.

Overall, it was a good watch, but with a few tweaks in pacing and attention to detail, it could have been even better.

Indian chess prodigy Gukesh Dommaraju made history on Thursday, becoming the youngest-ever World Chess Champion at just 18 years old. He defeated defending champion Ding Liren of China in a gripping 14-game series held in Singapore.

At 18, Gukesh surpasses Garry Kasparov as the youngest World Champion. Kasparov had held the record since 1985 when he won the title at the age of 22 by defeating Anatoly Karpov.

congrats 🎉🎉🎈✨🧨
