Drama where female lead chases after a guy who still loves someone else

PLEASE RECOMMEND dramas/movies where female lead chases after a guy who still loves someone else. She gets hurt a lot but keeps going until she can't take it anymore and leaves. Thats when the guy turns around and realises he loves her.

Been looking for more dramas like this! I want to see the girl's pain and that when she gives up on him, he realises he loves her so much. 

MUST HAVE HAPPY ENDING FOR THE COUPLE.

Itzura Na Kiss/Playful Kiss/ It Started with a Kiss - Chris and Kinnosuke (I literally only watch the drama for those two + younger brother's own love line).

Scarlet Heart - 10th Prince and Soon Deuk (She liked him since she was young but he loves the main female lead. They eventually get together but it's bittersweet when they die).

Goong - Girl likes the guy but he still loves this other girl until later on and this hurts her cause they're in a forced marriage (but she really loves him).

Fated to Love You (Taiwan) - He still loves Anna even though he is forced to be with our female lead. He does eventually love our lead later on.

General and I - He Xia and Yao Tian (YT always loved HX and sacrifices a lot for him but he still loves the female lead. He only realises he loves YT after it's too late).

Hot Young Blood (K-Movie) - Female lead have always liked the guy but he dates every girl except for her cause she's a gangster (LMAO) in a way. 

Moorim School - Chae Young and Chi Ang (CY likes him but he only cares for the female lead who doesn't like him. Eventually he falls for CY).

Lie to Me - The leads pretends to be married, actually fall in love, but ex-gf comes back and is hurt by this so he chases after her and ends up hurtinf our female lead instead. It's complicated, but there's a happy ending for our lead.

Love 911 - Main Couple (still loves his dead wife) Side Couple (she chases after him but he keeps declining her and goes for other girls).

Le Jun Kai - ML marries FL to take revenge on her father who supposedly murdered his first wife. Treats her badly but finally realises he loves her.

The Bittersweet Promise of Revenge - Main Couple (Male lead takes revenge on female lead who he believes caused his wife of only 1 day death. Super mean to her but unknowingly loves her).

Thank you for these recommendations! I was wondering though, when you say "chases 2nd lead", do you mean the main girl chases 2nd lead? Because I want a happy ending for the couple and, well, 2nd lead most likely never gets the girl HAHA! Just let me know please :D
