User acct on my Blocked list as well as on my Friends list

To ANY admin who can help with an unusual problem:

I Blocked an account. The account is STILL showing in my Friends list several days past my blocking them. When we click an account it normally opens a separate URL for that acct and says 

The requested page was not found

All of the accts on my Blocked list show this, with the exception of the one acct which redirects to MDL's Home page. 

The user has 2 separate accts, that I know of, and the user has commented several times in the Spam Thread which has since been deleted. Their other account didn't comment in the Thread, so, it was a surprise after blocking the user I received another msg from them with an alternate acct. I blocked this alternative/2nd acct, too. 

WHY is the first acct I blocked still showing up in my Friends list, and why isn't it showing The requested page was not found like all the other blocked accounts? 

Something is seriously wrong in allowing an account that one has Blocked to remain in one's Friends list. Something is seriously wrong in allowing an account that one has Blocked to direct to MDL's Home page instead of The requested page was not found. If the fault is within MDL, then fix it.

BUT it seems as if the user has circumvented  MDL in some way to continue trolling and harassing at least my account. The user is on my Friends list AND on my Blocked list.

I can provide a screenshot of the user acct still on my Friends list. I can provide screenshots of both of the users accts on MDL in my  Blocked list. I can provide screenshots of the msgs from the user acct and their alternative acct. 

Have you tried unblocking them, unfriending them, and then reblocking them?

LOL. I've done everything possible to do this. Nothing has helped. Can't unBlock as it keeps showing the Something went wrong , and can't unFriend as clicking their acct name redirects to MDL's Home page instead of the users profile.That's why I reached out to an Admin.

It really is, considering the user has deleted all of her comments under another Thread that was opened after the first Thread was deleted due to her insistent comments which had nothing to do with the spam thread. 

I made the mistake of friending her. Then I found out she trolls others, as she did my acct in messages with 2 separate accts. 

Kind of funny no other acct on my friends list redirects to MDL's HOME page. Funny how no other acct was prevented from unBlocking on my Blocked list. 

I unBlocked everyone except her 2 accounts. Her second one I could unBlock then re-Block. Her original acct though, nada. It sits in limbo.

It looks like the user either deleted their account or was banned. This appears to be a bug in the system for that edge case.
