《 unproblematic men who deserve rights 》
Not-necessarily flawless but lovable, wholesome beings or those who learned to be such <3
Unproblematic not necessarily as in "nice/friendly": I'm okay with ML's having some tsundere behavior to them and being overly nice doesn't equal being non-toxic tbh. Rather than that it's having characteristics that I like in men like: good-natured, respectful, thoughtful, considerate behavior towards the female lead but also to others etc.
This one ain't for toxic, rapey, self-centered, misogynist or borderline pedo male leads.

2. One Spring Night
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
- Yoo Ji-ho: I live for self-less, considerate & slightly-melancholic but sweet male leads and Jiho was one of those. While he was too perfect for his own good, he never had that houlier-than-thou attitude.

- there's no real ML in this but the love interest of YJM is the closest thing that comes to one & his behavior towards her was sweet
-
8. My Girl
Korean Drama - 2005, 16 episodes
- Seol Gong Chan: Was not sure if I should've included this one since I watched it like 7 years ago...anyways I remember Gong Chan to be a really sweet guy behind his cold facade. Might not hold up to todays standards but for 2000's romcoms he was the closest to being unproblematic lmao
-
9. My First First Love
Korean Drama - 2019, 8 episodes
- Yoon Tae Oh: while he got some jerk-ish traits at the start he actually always helped the FL throughout out her whole life, was selfless & always there for her.

11. Crash Landing on You
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
- Ri Jeong Hyeok: the man, the legend lmao so while he's a very unrealistic character he was a pretty good one for a fairytale romance like CLOY. Selfless, devoted, respectful - Just perfect in every way!
