'Invisible String' Dramas

the two romantic leads share some sort of red string of fate/ childhood connection/ shared trauma. also including reincarnation plots. At least one of the leads must be unaware of this connection at first.

E.g.

In CLOY the two leads are initially unaware that they crossed paths several times in Switzerland before meeting in NK

In JBL, KMHM, Secretary Kim, one or both of the leads don't know the other shares their childhood trauma
