Chinese Historical = set in ancient times without magical and or fantasy elements coming from China.
Chinese Historical Fantasy = set in ancient times with magical and or fantasy elements coming from China.
Chinese Republican = set in China during the Republican time (between 1912 and 1949)
Wuxia = set in a fantasy world where magical elements and/or mythical creatures appear.
Xianxia = set in a fantasy world where magical elements and/or mythical creatures appear and where people or beings can be gods.
Korean Historical = set in ancient times without magical and or fantasy elements coming from South-Korea.
Korean Historical Fantasy = set in ancient times with magical and or fantasy elements coming from South-Korea.
Japanese Historical = set in ancient times without magical and or fantasy elements coming from Japan.
