Best Coming of Age drama/movie!!!
A coming of age drama or movie focuses on the mental growth of a character or more and how they mature. These stories include nostalgia, romance, friend groups, mental health, family relationships, innocence, self discovery, dialogue, and internal monologue, etc. The bulk of the story will be on the development and growth of the character from childhood to adulthood, (whether negative or positive).
- The drama/movie must include the theme of coming of age and youth.
- There must be a theme of past, present, and future, which can follow from childhood to adulthood, in the future with flashbacks of childhood (lots, not just one or two small scenes). Going back in time (to childhood) can also be included.
- It does not matter if it's ongoing or aired.
