C dramas I loved :))

i like the story. fl is pretty decent. not too sure how i feel about the ml (and his acting and .. face) tho

perfect story from beginning to end. chemistry between 2 leads is so so so amazing

chemistry between the 2 main leads is amazing. didnt care much for the other characters or for the actual story itself

started off strong but fizzled out towards the end. plot towards the end was just a bit ridiculous with the fl always being wrongfully accused of something and the ml defending her but looking like a complete fool. got a bit irritated at the ml towards the end, no depth in his character.

the ml and fl are too cute :')))))) really fell for WYB here. The drama's strong suit is the good chemistry between the ml and fl and their love story. Other plot points and other characters (like team mates), I didn't really enjoy/feel attached to. Usually in esports/game themed dramas, I would feel attachment to the team and their bond but I didn't have it here unlike dramas like the king's avatar and falling into your smile. 

OST is goodddd esp the one by WYB

vv enjoyable and well made/thought out plot. the acting of the 2 mls not amazing but decent.

took me some time to warm up to this drama because i didn't really like yang yang that much (from his stiff acting in love o2o, bad acting in the eternal love movie, personality in divas hit the road) but he turned out to be a decently good actor - and he looked good in this drama lol.

also thought that his character was going to end up with maggie cheung's which i thought was weird. only after i realised that there wouldn't be a love line between the two than it got more watchable - still don't like maggie cheung's character though.

in terms of esports plot line - this is definitely one of the best. the way they shoot it + graphics really get you engrossed in the show and gaming - it made me respect gaming. don't quite like the concept of yang yang's character being the chosen one and never making mistakes though - he never seemed to struggle that badly when playing.

enjoyed the camaraderie between the team mates and i really liked how each of their arcs were well developed. individually though, i don't like them that much.

what i really enjoyed though was the story/chemistry between yang yang and the other fl, the other opposing teams (the dynamics were SO well done)

ost was not bad

its not a perfect story but i enjoyed it. many plot points / arcs that i liked. thought the chemistry between the 2 leads was excellent. so much enjoyable angst. ost is really good.

wow didnt think i would find a historical drama that topped ten miles of peach blossoms and others. the story is very well written - each arc is captivating. chemistry between the 2 leads is wonderful. like the ml slightly more than the fl - the ml is loyal, stable, unwavering, kind - i can honestly go on. music is a bit off during some points of the drama but has some good ost songs. i love this. song that i listened a lot while  watching this - cruel summer by taylor swift (matching the angst)

didn't necessarily love it. the main couple's relationship is mature and sweet - it was enjoyable to watch. after awhile though, i grew bored of them and bored of the fl. definitely what kept me watching other than general boredom was the very engaging plot. I didn't really enjoy watching the crime and fight scenes initially but i liked them towards the end. The plot never got stagnant because there was always an event/issue happening. Second and third couple were cute too. Initially thought there was going to be a love line between Mika and Dr Shao so i was so uncomfortable with the latter - thank goodness they didn't go down that route.

The show exemplifies the positive traits which a doctor should have. In that aspect, it is encouraging and comforting to me.

heeheeheee. wow i was so excited for this drama to come out and it did not disappoint. I already liked xukai from his previous drama (dance of the sky phoenix) but I fell for him again in this drama. He is so good looking...... and the way he stares at tong yao. Wow... 

ml and fl have good chemistry, their banter is so good, their physical interactions are cute and their love story is well developed.  (too many swoon worthy moments) - cheng xiao's acting not bad

with regards to the actual esports plotline, it's pretty decent. not as good as the king's avatar but decent enough for me to be engrossed in it and actually care. it doesn't do a very good job of explaining how the games work and the various game characters though - i had shallow knowledge based on what i learnt from watching gank your heart and the king's avatar. while this drama did face lots of backlash and controversy over how they portrayed esports/professional players, I think it did a good job highlighting and developing various issues like lack of support from parents, the world's view of esports not being considered an actual viable career path, issues with obsessed fans/fans who overstep boundaries and so much more - it was well thought out and well portrayed. can't say much though about the use of real life esports players to model the drama characters. i also enjoyed the dynamic between the team members - i like how they grew together and grew to rely on each other more and more - they are too cute.

for the second couple, i didn't quite like them at first but i warmed up to them a bit more after that incident - i could understand them a bit more - though i still find them a bit too immature. can i just say though that the guy is good looking... tong yao's ex bf too......... and lu si cheng's korean ex teammate

love this drama - soooo cute

i didnt love this drama that much but have to say that it was a well produced drama.

i personally dont like yang yang and dilreba that much but they played their characters well here, chemistry between the two was very very good. yang yang's acting still a bit awkward.

the script was good, very natural, well written

plot wise was boring on some bits (like the novel), but had realistic progression (which is something applaudable)
