Made me feel empty inside

Wtf is wrong with this ending omg.

This ending is so unfair?? I didn't cry but this ending made me feel empty instead, Like imagine dying after you studied hard for your future, all that work for nothing?? Just for him to die in the end, Imagine dying after first-ever loving someone and when you realize it even decide to live with each other, everything ends, YXG lifeʼs was unfair from the beginning, he lost both his parents,and had to work hard/study for himself, all this on top, he couldn't even get his happy ending with the person he loved, I watched this series cause I'm into Love-hate relationship/haters to lovers, but I didn't except to this cute, I found this series so cute, especially how XHT had a crush on YXG, but I never excepted THIS ENDING. I thought this series was gonna be boring and was gonna drop it but after I liked it, it has this STUPID ENDING.
