SyiedaZ Most Favorite Dramas (Highly Recommended)

How I wish there is a romance in this drama (between Qin Ming and Li Da Bao). Their chemistry is so perfect and their bickering is so much fun to watch. Extra plus with their detective friend, Lin Tao as trio.

My most favorite from this series is Season 1. Season 2 and 3 also good but can't suppress the 1st season from my personal opinion.

One of the best medical drama for me and the best acting from Jin Dong and Bai Bai He so far since I love them both as an actor/actress. 

Even though romance is not the main focus in this drama, but I love how their relationship develop in each and every episode.

Both Wallace Huo Jian Hua and Yang Zi are my favorite actor/actress from China, so this drama is one of their best drama I have watched so far. 

Love story set up during the war time are very well executed.

A very perfect and balance romance + crime/suspense drama for me, even though the 2nd half focused more on Simon Bo and his past, and Jian Yao character seem like not very well develop at this time.

I need more Li Xun Ran (Wang Kai) and Fu Zi Yu (Andrew Yin).  ^_^

Wallace Huo Jian Hua is so hot, sexy and cool in this drama series.

Sweet high school romance with baseball as a main theme and their journey to make their dreams come true. 2 main love stories between Kunimi Hiro + Koga Haruka and Tachibana Hideo + Amamiya Hikari.

This drama series is what make me become a huge fan to both Yamada Takayuki and Ishihara Satomi.

Really love Ichihara Hayato character in this drama. Kenji and Arare love story is so beautiful.

With the traditional Japanese confections shop (a type of Japanese sweet call Wagashi) as background in Kyoto, make me want to try all type of Wagashi that shown in the drama. Before this I only known about mochi and I actually really love to eat mochi.

Have such an absolutely breathtaking shots of historic Kyoto and its famous cultural landmarks.

Both lead actor/actress play character age that different from their real age. Their age gap is exactly 10 years in this drama, even though their real age only 1 year apart in real life.

Yang Zi as Tong Nian, a 19 years old postgraduate student (genius student who started college at age 15, had 2 double degrees, and on her way to do her PHD). 

Li Xian as Han Shang Yan, a 29 years old e-sport club owner (who also a really popular CTF national champion). 

Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, Han Shang Yan and Tong Nian, plus their bff couple Mi Shao Fei and Sun Ya Ya.

How I wish there is more romance in this.

Namba Kurimi is very obvious in expressing her feeling and love (at the same time helping him solve all the cases) toward Tomoda Tatsuhiko, while he is just cold as ice.

This is a short special drama for tourism promotion with sad yet beautiful, but funny love story.

Show Luo and Rainie Yang have good chemistry in this and both of them are best friend in real life.

This is a web drama with very sweet love story. Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, Lee Kang Hoon and Cha Yoon Seo.

Even though Lee Kang Hoon a little bit like a dictator in their relationship but I still feel his warm protective nature toward Cha Yoon Seo.

I'm a huge fan of all NCIS and Criminal Minds series from US, so this Korean remake definitely included in my most favorite list.

Plus extra point, Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won are the main leads.

Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, Lee Jae In and Kim Da Hyeon. Watching them always make me feel like having butterfly in my stomach.

They start with a dating contract relationship at first, but I really love how honest and realistic both of them trying to fulfill the contract. And see how they slowly falling in love with each other.

This web drama series make me want to visit Jeju Island. So Ji Sub and Kim Ji Won pairing make this short drama so heart warming.

My no.1 favorite family drama so far. Hotta family are really fun to watch.

Even though romance not the main focus, but really love Tabe Mikako and Kamenashi Kazuya pairing in here.

A very good medical drama but with less romance.

Takenouchi Yutaka as Dr. Mariyama Kouhei and Kanno Miho as nurse Tanaka Aiko, who share a secret past and working together to save hospital in her hometown from closing down.

I already lost count on how many times i re-watch this legendary drama (but I am very sure that I already watch this more than 20 times).

A beginning of love story started when Hasegawa Takashi mistakenly/accidentally sent an uncompleted piece of his latest work to Murakami Amane via email.

Their interaction/conversation via emails continue as Hata-san and Teruteru Bozu.  (^_^)

Another perfect romance + crime/suspense drama for me (same production with Love Me If You Dare).

This is Wang Kai and Olivia Wang Zi Wen 2nd pairing in drama after Ode To Joy Season 1.

A women who trying to seek revenge meet a lonely detective who lost himself for a while. They find themselves and a new meaning of life in each other.

Spoiler - sad/tragic ending. But I really love the ending. Very well written and perfect ending for this kind of dark theme drama series.

The action, the love story, the acting, the story line.... love all of it (except for the ending).

One of the best acting from Jung Kyung Ho as he is one of my favorite actor from Korea.

A very beautiful love story between male vampire, Kim Sung Yeol and human girl who dress like man, Jo Yang Seon@Seo Jin. I also love the bad vampire character play by Lee Soo Hyuk.

Both Lee Joon Gi and Lee Soo Hyuk are perfect as vampire.

A romantic-comedy that very entertaining to watch. Both Oguri Shun and Ishihara Satomi are brilliant in this drama series. Their chemistry are amazing.

The romance is subtle but with very sweet and heart warming.

Main story focused on 3 female leads living together with each of them have their own love and life stories.

This is the 2nd pairing between Karina and Tanaka Kei after their movie, Love Come in 2010. 

Love the story between Oshima Yuko and Aoyagi Sho also.

Surprisingly, I really love Kiritani Kenta character as Kaji Ryouhei in this drama. 

His pairing with Matsuoka Mayu as Shima Yuka make the story really interesting and entertaining.

Really love all seasons of this Code Blue series (including drama specials and movie). 

One of the main/important reason is because they maintain the same 5 main leads through out the series.

This drama is based on manhwa and main theme surrounding of imaginary Korean imperial household/family in modern day. Crown Prince Lee Shin enter into an arranged marriage with commoner Shin Chae Kyung, and their love story begin.

This drama is an acting debut for both main leads, Joo Ji Hoon and Yoon Eun Hye, and brought them to stardom.

Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, a cold and arrogant lawyer, Xiang Yu Ping and his tomboyish nanny, Yang Guo.

Also the cute and adorable Yu Ping's niece and nephew, Xiang Yu Fei and Xiang Yu Ting.

Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, a cold and rich President Mamiya Hokuto and part timer Takanashi Chiwa. They entered into an arranged marriage as requested by Hokuto's grandfather.

Fujioka Dean is so cool and handsome in this drama.

A high school girl meet a contract killer/assassin while his on the run.

Wishing there is a sequel for this short mobile drama special, or at least another movie/drama that both lead can act together again.

Always love to re-watch the main couple scenes, Lu Xiang Bei and Tong Yi Nian. 

My favorite drama from Hawick Lau because of his cold face expression and attitude in this drama.

The story line, the theme and the background of this epic drama is really different from other Korean drama that I had watch over the years. What I love the most in this highly popular drama is there is no love triangle and there are 2 different couples.

I bet most of viewers out there watching this drama solely for Song Joong Ki or Song Hye Kyo, or both. But I'm one of those few shipper of second lead couple, Jin Goo and Kim Ji Won. Their love story appeal more to me.

I definitely will recommend this drama to those whose never watch any Korean drama or first time watcher (same goes to Goblin).

My most favorite among all the adaption series out there. Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin really nailed it.

I love this sequel more than the first season. Definitely because of the chemistry between main couple. 

Jiang Zhi Shu and Yuan Xiang Qin are really too adorable. They are couple goal.

Fang Zhan Cheng who lost his fiancee, Liang Luo Han in a tragic car accident and also lost his own eyesight coincidentally meet Wang Yu Xi, who looks exactly like his dead fiancee due to misunderstanding. She then hired to become Zhan Cheng's nurse/caretaker.

Kingone Wang really nailed it acting as blind person. 

A slow-pace romance and love story between Inaba Rika, a former news reporter whose currently a director for an informative tv programs with Sorai Daisuke, a former pilot whose currently a public relation officer for Air Self-Defense Force.

Really love Ayano Go character in this drama - a very naive and nice guy, with odd, weird and funny character. (^_^) And his pairing with Aragaki Yui is so well matched.

I really think this drama is a hidden gems in drama-land and one of underrated crime/investigation + romance + mystery drama genre.

If you love dramas like Love Me If You Dare, When a Snail Fall In Love and Memory Lost series, then you definitely shouldn't miss and watch this drama.

Both male and female leads are not very well-known yet since they are rookies actor/actress with only 1 or 2 dramas as a main lead. But surprisingly they did a really good job in this.

This drama has one plot that I hate the most in drama-land that I always try to avoid at all cost, which is ugly and messy Love Triangle. And guess what??? It's even has double Love Triangle in here. Tskkkk..

However, oddly and surprisingly I love this drama so much because of both male and female leads. Their unexpected, odd, weird and funny interaction really interesting!

Hsu Thassapak hottest is on another level (^_^)

PS: I can give this max 9.0 rating only, blamed it to - the dubbing voices + double love triangle + cliche rich family objection.

This drama came from the same screenwriter for DoTS. Thats why what I love the most in this highly popular drama is also there is no love triangle involved and there are 2 different couples.

Kim Shin with Ji Eun Tak couple, and Grim Reaper with Sunny couple, both with their heart-wrenching love stories. 

I definitely will recommend this drama to those whose never watch any Korean drama or first time watcher (same goes to Descendant Of The Sun).

What make this drama interesting to me is how they show the relationship between divorce couple when they need to cooperate in workplace as an intern doctor in emergency department.  Them both bickering, shouting and yelling at each other, but they also helping, supporting and love each other (even though at first both of them not aware).

I also love to watch how Oh Chang Min fall in love all over again with his ex-wife, Oh Jin Hee. It is a very rare situation/story line in drama land (and of course in real life also) that both of them decided to give a second chance to one another and start over again.

I normally didn't take any interest to watch any Japanese historical/samurai theme drama that much and even if I watch any of it, it rarely I will like it to the point that I will re-watch it all over again.

But this drama is an exception and I don't regret watching it. What I love the most is because its focused more on romance between main leads and less on political conflicts. There are so many heart fluffy moments in this drama between Wakagimi-sama and Yuinosuke.

Ito Kentaro as Hagi Tadakiyo is really super hot and super cool with his ponytails long hair (^_^) I'm falling in love every time I re-watched his scenes.

Matsushita Yuya as Hagi Nariyuki also had being caught on my radar.  ^_^

Ye Xiao He, a nice country girl first meet Wen Feng, a rich 2nd generation restaurant owner from Hong Kong as his tour guide, which they started on wrong foot and always bickering with each other. They both soon fallen in love with each other.

Ray Chang always be my favorite.   ^_^

This is really a unique love story between Ke Zhen Yu and Cheng Jia Le who meet as roommate, but not at the same realm. They live in the same apartment but can only meet at 10:06 pm every night, the only time that their apartment merged together.

I have watch few of Lego Lee's dramas before this, and this one is the best so far for me.

Another favorite family drama that similar to Tokyo Bandwagon, and coincidentally the female lead also Tabe Mikako.

Amemiya Hatoko returns to her hometown in Kamakura for the first time in 8 years and inherits her late grandmother's stationery store, Tsubaki Bunguten and as a notary whose write letters on behalf of others upon request. Stories will focus on her relationship with her customers, neighbors and friends.

Jiang Zhi Heng, a handsome and talented KRISIS owner/security adviser/personal bodyguard meet Ding Ruo Qin, an energetic, passionate and full sense of justice V-Focus's news reporter/journalist.

Ke Quo Long, a cute innocent, kind and super genius younger guy who meet his 1st love again after few years, Zhou Xin Yi, a smart and strong news reporter/journalist who also Ding Ruo Qin's colleges and best friend.

Extra plus super duper cute intelligent character - K.K   (^_^)   together with all KRISIS teammates and V-Focus colleges.

*For some people, this drama probably a little bit dragged for them since its had a total of 65 episodes.
