Idols I Follow Who Got Into Acting
List of kpop idols I follow/who are part of my bias groups who gave it a try at acting in web-dramas or TV dramas.
I will be pointing out how I genuinely feel about them.

Kang Seung Yoon
South Korean
I see a lot of potential in him, I look forward to seeing him grow as an actor, the characters he portrayed usually have differences between each other which works as proof that he does has it in him, I really wish to see him on more TV dramas soon since for now his work consists mostly of web-dramas.

Although still green, she did well on The Liar And His Lover, her portrayal of Yoon Sorim was good for the nature of her character.
currently waiting for The Great Seducer to air to reach a more detailed consensus about how I feel towards her as an actress considering her role in the drama is supposed to be completely different from her role in TLAHL.

Jung Chae Yeon

Her acting is delightful, everything she does I adore her in it and she has shown steady improvements on each project that she does, her acting in Reunited Worlds was seriously impressive, the way she handled the emotional scenes got me feeling emotional too.
Seriously confused as to why she hasn't gotten a lead role in a TV drama yet when she always gets good responses from K-audience.

Irene

She debuted in a web-drama back in 2015 but she haven't acted again since then, her character in the show didn't give us much insight on what she can do and cannot do as it was a simple character with not much writing or development behind her.
However, Irene did well in the little she could show us, I do think she was a little stiff but she didn't show anything in that drama, I hope she gives it a try at acting again sometime in the future because I feel intrigued about whether she can do it or not.

Not a very good actress, she exaggerates her expressions a lot and doesn't have a good tone.

Seulgi

I was torn on whether I should include her or not, but as a loyal follower of Red Velvet I have seen Walk The Flower Path being referred to as Seulgi's first time acting and counted as a legit role, and since it was released as a web-drama and not just some extra from Idol Drama Operation Team I thought "Why not?".
However, I do not want to formulate an opinion based on it since IDOT wasn't really a good tool for any of the idols involved to showcase their acting, however, I do think Seulgi along with YooA did the best in there, I wonder if she will be pushed for acting in the future.
