The ML lives in his father's house for most of the drama; the house used to belong to the FL's family before she was in an accident that put her in a coma, and she moves back in after she wakes up.

The FL enters the manor of the alternate past version of the ML. The ML takes on a false identity so he can also live in the manor. He lives in the villa that belonged to the FL in the first season.

The leads start out as next door neighbours. Their apartments have thin walls and they can hear everything that happens next door. Their beds are right next to each other, separated by a thin wall. Then they learn each others' door codes and are able to get into each others' apartments. Later the ML moves in to the FL's apartment. 

FL looked after ML when they were kids before he went abroad. When he returns he stays in the attic room of her place.

ML keeps the FL at his place and pretends she is his fiancee / wife due to various circumstances.

For part of the drama the leads are next door neighbours and their bedrooms are separated by a wall so thin they can easily have a conversation through it. Later on they live in the same house. They never share a bedroom, but do share a kitchen.

The ML moves into the FL's home so he can keep track of her. Due to an incident, if something happens to her it might put him in danger too. 

FL stays with ML / lives in his house.

The ML's grandfather gathers his three grandsons and the FL together to live in a very high end complex with their own luxury rooms + shared living space. The FL is tasked with running "missions" involving the grandsons for the grandfather. 

The FL basically moves in with the ML for part of the drama.
