every drama that I've watched

1. The Heirs
Korean Drama - 2013, 20 episodes
-
2. Meteor Garden
Chinese Drama - 2018, 50 episodes
-
3. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Where do I even start with this absolutely adorable drama? This is by far one the best and cutest dramas of all time. Not to mention it has one of the healthiest couples to ever grace your screen. Bok Joo and Joon Hyung are more adorable than words and I really wish this drama had like ten more episodes so I could have more of them together. What really makes this couple so special is the friendship that built the foundation of their relationship. It made them falling in love with each other so sweet and special. I love their undying support of each other and how they're always there when they need one another. They are the perfect example of a healthy, loving relationship with no toxicity to be seen. I adore them beyond words. Every moment they were together was special and the ending of the show really made everything come together. I can't wait to watch this over and over and over again.

4. Coffee Prince
Korean Drama - 2007, 17 episodes
I really, really love Coffee Prince. Eun-chan and Han Kyul were such wonderful characters and I loved everyone at the coffee shop. This show is definitely worth a rewatch!

5. You're Beautiful
Korean Drama - 2009, 16 episodes
I did not like that Tae Kyung got the girl and that he took up most of the screen time. I loved Jeremy and Shin Woo, but Tae Kyung was a jerk for basically the entire series with not as much character development as I would've liked. There were moments that I did enjoy his character and liked the interactions between him and Go Mi Nam, but I don't think they should have been the main couple. I definitely understood his character more after it was revealed that his mother had rejected him and treated him horribly his whole life. You definitely understand more why he acts the way he does. I really would've liked it if he and Go Mi Nam had remained really good, close, and loving friends. If he would always appreciate her for helping him understand what it's like to care for others, to be selfless and open up to someone. I would've like to see him focus on healing and maybe trying to work on forgiving and building a relationship with his mother. I definitely would've preferred for that to be his character arc. I think Go Mi Nam and Shin Woo had much more chemistry and the potential to be a loving, healthy couple. While I do like this drama and I love certain moments of the show and certain characters I wasn't as sucked into the story as I have been with other dramas. But there are scenes that I really enjoy watching again.

6. Bromance
Taiwanese Drama - 2015, 18 episodes
I really do love girls disguised as boys dramas and this is such a good one. The two main leads have absolutely amazing, off the charts chemistry and no scene between them is ever boring. I was never, ever bored with this drama, and the leads and side characters were all interesting people that it made it very enjoyable to watch everyone's stories. I kind of wish that the last two to three episodes would have shown scenes like Pi YaNuo coming clean about dressing up as a girl and meeting Zi Feng as YaNuo's twin sister. And I really would've liked to explore Zi Feng's and more people's reactions to finding out that she was a woman. I was waiting for the big reveal, and it was a little sad when those reactions weren't really shown It's revealed in the last episode that Zi Feng found out she was a woman pretty early on and when you rewatch the drama with this information in mind, some of his reactions make more sense. And the absolutely adorable secondary couple didn't have a kiss scene but the deleted scenes of these two make up for it. That being said, this drama is such an enjoyable one, with an FL that made a very believable man and a very pretty woman with amazing fighting skills, and an ML that was such a refreshing character and decided to trust and believe in the person he loved. Every single character was interesting and the main couple's relationship was very healthy and loving. I will definitely be rewatching this again many times in the future.

7. Beautiful Gong Shim
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
Let me start by saying this drama has some of the absolute funniest scenes in a drama ever. There are so many hilarious moments that it takes you by surprise when the plot starts heading towards murder, kidnapping, and a lie that has been hidden for over 20 years.

8. My ID Is Gangnam Beauty
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Definitely one of my most favorite dramas that I've ever watched. I loved Mi-rae and Kyung-Seok so much! Both individually and together as a couple. Every single moment they were together on screen was enjoyable. The chemistry between these two characters is undeniable and I really wish this drama had more episodes. Kyung-Seok is one of my most favorite drama boyfriends of all time. He is absolutely dreamy. And I'm not just talking about his looks. I love the way he treats Mi-rae and how he really doesn't care about how she looked before, not to mention all the times he's stood up and protected her, and respects her feelings. The only reason this drama doesn't have a 10-star rating is because of the ending. Not that the ending wasn't enjoyable, but it definitely felt like there were a few things that needed wrapping up. And I really wanted an epilogue of their future. But overall I really, really love this drama and it's one I'll rewatch over and over again.

9. The Brightest Star in the Sky
Chinese Drama - 2019, 44 episodes
This isn't actually a bad drama by any means. The acting is decent and the storyline is overall pretty okay, but I have to say watching episode 29 out of 44 I was kinda bored. The drama has decent action and characters but no one is becoming a favorite of mine. It's not bad, it's not amazing, it's just okay. I would even say a little mediocre. I just can't really connect to any of the characters. As I said the characters do have character development and they have somewhat interesting personalities but nothing really to write home about. I think the main thing is this drama doesn't make me feel excited or care to see any of the characters when they come on screen. I do enjoy some of the moments between the main leads but nothing that actually gives me butterflies when they have one of their moments. I really wasn't feeling the chemistry between any of the characters. Everything came across a little bland. As I said it's just okay. I do appreciate that the show takes it's time to develop the romantic relationship between Zhen Zhen and Bo Xu but, the two leads didn't talk about their relationship or confirm their feelings for each other until the very last two episodes. (Zhen Zhen was literally denying her feelings and giving Bo Xu a hard time till the very end, which was extremely frustrating to watch) I have to say this drama seems to drag on the more you watch it. And the kidnapping scene in the last two episodes while completely unnecessary at the very end of the drama, (it literally came out of nowhere and was a waste of screen time) was one of the only interesting things to happen in quite a few episodes. I can't see myself watching this again in the future. As I said not a bad drama just not a good one either.

10. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
This absolutely adorable drama really took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting it to have such a dark plotline. I really loved every single moment I spent watching this drama. It was hilarious and kept me on the edge of my seat during the suspenseful moments. Min Hyuk and Bong Soon were beyond precious and adorable. Every single scene between them was enjoyable and their chemistry was off the charts. They were so completely adorable. I loved how their relationship developed and how he really loved and accepted her for who she is. They have such a sweet and special bond and every kiss and hug was more precious than the last. Everyone had really good chemistry in this drama. I actually really liked the second lead Guk Doo, every scene between him and Min Hyuk was hilarious. The three of them on screen together was a treat. I actually could have watched the three of them going after criminals and fighting crime together for hours. (put these three in another drama!) Min Hyuk and Bong Soon's wedding was so sweet and lovely! I'm still not over the way they look at each other. I could have watched like ten more episodes of them being cute together. I will definitely be watching this over and over again the future.

11. The Undateables
Korean Drama - 2018, 32 episodes
I was excited for this drama especially since Nam Goong Min was playing the leading male character and I absolutely loved him in Beautiful Gong Shim. But to be honest this drama was a little bit of a letdown. While I loved the first 13 episodes the rest of the drama seemed to go downhill from there. The first 13 episodes were hilarious and extremely enjoyable to watch but after the unwanted and unnecessary storyline of Hoon Nam placing that terrible bet on Jung Eum, it wasn't the same. (it was rook ryong's his cousin's idea but he could've said no. But ryong didn't get any blame or ramifications for suggesting the awful idea in the first place) If they had the plotline be more about the two of them matchmaking and getting to know each other and letting their relationship develop a little more gradually it would've made for a much more enjoyable drama. I really wanted a little more push and pull from them. A little longer of them and their enjoyable love-hate relationship. I wish they would've focused more on their connected past and how that brought their whole family together. 32 episodes were way too long to let this storyline go on. 25 episodes would've been enough to tell the story. While I can't see myself rewatching this entire drama again in the future, I will definitely be rewatching some of my favorite funny moments from this drama.

12. Personal Taste
Korean Drama - 2010, 16 episodes
Where do I even start with this one? I have to say I have mixed feelings about this drama.
-
13. Wait, My Youth
Chinese Drama - 2019, 24 episodes
I absolutely adored this drama. Set in the early 2000s this drama is relatable and gives a realistic view of high school, college, adult life, and relationships. Can Can and Tian Ye were such a wonderful and loving couple. Their friendship, that turned into such a sweet and loving romantic relationship was wonderful to watch. It felt like watching soulmates that were drawn to each other and kept coming back to each other despite the bumps and roadblocks life was trying to throw at them. Their natural chemistry during their friendship and the eventual romantic relationship between them just felt right. Amazing natural chemistry between these two. I love the fact that this drama dealt with real issues without overdramatizing things, it made everything more realistic and almost as if you were watching real-life events. Every single supporting character was interesting and when the story switched to focus on them I was never bored and always interested to see what they were doing. I was never bored with this drama and while it was soft and understated it left you wanting more and more. I laughed, I cried and swooned during the romantic moments. I will definitely be rewatching this again in the future.

14. Her Private Life
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
This hands down has become my new most favorite drama! The chemistry between these two is beyond amazing. Every single moment between them was just wonderful no matter what they were doing. I absolutely adore these two! Duk Mi and Ryan are THE example of a beautiful, healthy, and loving relationship. This drama really showcased two people who at first don't like each other too much, but really grow to love, respect, and care for one another. This was really just watching two soulmates after years and years of being apart be reunited again. Duk Mi was such a wonderful, sweet, loving, sassy character, she's definitely become one of my most favorite characters from a drama. Ryan while sometimes moody and intimidating, was kind and respectful to those around him. And his obvious love, adoration, and respect for Duk Mi were obvious in every scene. It was a breath of fresh air to have two main leads to be so unproblematic and work out their problems together as a team who really love and trust each other. This drama wasn't too dramatic or dark but focused on making you laugh and swoon at all the beautiful moments between Ryan and Duk Mi. Oh, the glorious, beautiful kisses and hugs and cuddles! The moments between these two were so natural and real that I felt I was watching a real couple interact. These two made me cry at the beautiful tenderness and adoration between them, swoon at their kisses and hugs, and every romantic moment between them, and laugh at their hilarious, playful moments. I'm still not over the chemistry between these two. The chemistry between the main characters and the supporting characters was amazing as well. Everyone had fantastic chemistry. I'm so happy they made a drama showing what's it's like to be a fangirl and for showing a man fall in love with her for being exactly who she is. One of the funniest and romantic dramas to date. I can definitely say that I will be rewatching this drama over and over and over again in the future!

15. Fight for My Way
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
-
16. King2Hearts
Korean Drama - 2012, 20 episodes
This drama kept me emotionally distressed for 18 episodes. I’ve never been more on edge and stressed out during a drama. But that being said, this drama is absolutely amazing. From the first episode, you can't help but be drawn in by Kim Hang Ah, an absolute badass woman soldier in the Korean army. Her first meeting with Prince Lee Jae Ha is nothing short of iconic with her luring him into the bathroom to make sure it's empty and basically putting the fear of God into him. Literally one of my favorite moments in the entire drama. While this drama starts off on a more lighthearted note, with Jae Ha being a reckless, troublemaker, playboy, and Hang Ah trying to straighten him out, things quickly turn pretty heavy. This drama really shows the unpleasant side of being a royal and the responsibility and hardships that come with running a country. A country that is at shaky peace with the place the woman you love comes from. Honestly, I wasn't sure I liked Jae Ha at first. He seemed selfish and only caring about his wants, needs, and feelings. But it was wonderful to see him grow up and really take responsibility seriously after he had to step into the role of King that he never wanted after his brother died. He had a wonderful and realistic character growth while keeping his witty, playful personality. While this drama didn't focus too much on the romance between Jae Ha and Hang Ah, it was obvious they really loved and cared for each other after they both got their crap together. Every character in this drama was interesting and not a single second was boring. From the WOC team to the queen mother and sister, everyone had a great story to tell. But this drama is worth the watch, it keeps you guessing till the last second. It really tells the story of two people who desperately love each other and fight for peace between their countries so they can live in harmony. I can’t recommend this drama enough! I'll be watching it over and over again!

17. Put Your Head on My Shoulder
Chinese Drama - 2019, 24 episodes
If you're looking for a drama that is pure fluff then look no further. This drama is pure sugar with little plot and just a really sweet, awkward couple figuring out love together. If you need a break from angst and heartbreak and need something super sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth and to destress than this is definitely the drama for that. While I can't see myself watching this from start to finish again I will be rewatching some of my favorite moments. This was exactly what I needed after the last drama I watched and really helped me take a break from all the angst. Super cute and relaxing with lots of funny moments. Definitely worth a watch if you need some cotton candy sweetness.

20. What's Wrong with Secretary Kim
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes

21. Radio Romance
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
I have to admit that I was pretty excited going into this drama. And while some of the episodes were interesting and enjoyable this drama failed to deliver with the romance of the main couple. There were moments between them that I really liked and others when it really fell flat. I actually wished they had focused more on Su Ho's past with his friend Ji Woo which was honestly the most interesting part of the drama in my opinion. I also would've liked to have more of a background story on Song Gue Rim's mother. While this drama was enjoyable and the main leads had some very sweet and romantic moments the second lead couple though they had little screen time were almost more captivating than our leads. The flashbacks were more interesting and captivated my attention more than the main plotline. The characters in the flashbacks were much more interesting and captured my heart more than any of the characters in the present time. Ji Woo was such a precious bean and to be honest I could've watched a whole drama of him and a young Su Ho and Gue Rim navigating teenage life with all the difficulties they had to deal with back then. The three young actors had amazing chemistry and really stole the show for me. They were the best part of the drama. While I can't see myself rewatching the entire drama again in the future, the flashbacks are definitely worth a rewatch.

22. Love O2O
Chinese Drama - 2016, 30 episodes
I wasn't too sure what to expect coming into this drama but I fell in love with Xiao Nai and Wei Wei's relationship. I really love the fact that they're both very calm level headed people whose lives are changed by them falling in love. Xiao Nai and Wei Wei are both work-oriented people who aren't interested in romance and mostly focus on school. But the thing that brings them together is their love of gaming. Their relationship really starts the moment Xiao Nai asks Wei Wei to marry him in the game. And the rest they say is history. Their actual first meeting in real life (though Xiao Nai basically falls in love with Wei Wei at first sight when he sees how fast she can game at that internet cafe) is nothing short of romantic and a cute nod to how their characters meet in the game. I love the fact that despite they've only just met they naturally fall into a romantic relationship. (This is the only drama I've seen that doesn't have a confession scene and tbh it was delightful) These two characters have amazing chemistry and fall into a very loving, trusting relationship. Xiao Nai was a breath of fresh air with his unwillingness to get into unnecessary drama and trusting in his girlfriend rather than the words (and lies) of other people. While this drama has conflict there was none between our main couple. They choose to trust each other and work through their problems together. I really love this drama with the video game visuals, the swoon-worthy moments, and our fabulous side characters that I still miss to this day. I'll definitely be rewatching this again.

29. Dr. Cutie
Chinese Drama - 2020, 28 episodes
I had really high hopes for this drama since I loved the FL in Sweet Tai Chi and while her performance here didn't disappoint the chemistry between her and the ML just wasn't there. The first 18 episodes of this drama were hilarious and felt like a very long crack video. But the last 10 episodes were absolutely unbearable and I had to force myself through them. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ROMANTIC CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE ML AND FL! He basically treated her like crap the entire drama and while there were some cute moments between them it wasn't enough to make up for everything else he did. And his sudden entire personality change in ep 21 (yes it took him THAT long to figure out she was a girl) was uncomfortable and unbelievable. Zheng should have been the ML. He had amazing chemistry with Qi and their relationship felt real. He was such a kind and caring character while not taking anybody's crap. He stayed by Qi's side and always put her feelings and needs first. Their first few meetings had me fanning myself with the way he looked and talked to her. The development of their relationship felt so natural and realistic. They had so much romantic potential. Zheng was my favorite character in this drama and he deserved so much better. This drama had potential but the ML ruined it for me. I couldn't stand the sight of him after that scene between him and his mother. He basically let her off the hook for allowing innocent people to be killed. And while the death of Qi's parents may not have been directly her fault she still played a major role. And she allowed other people to be killed and tried to kill others just because she felt they were in her way. I couldn't accept the fact the General let her just get away with everything and acted like it was nothing. That being said, I can't see myself ever watching this drama again except for a couple scenes I really liked and of course to see Zheng again.

-
31. Professional Single
Chinese Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
-
32. First Romance
Chinese Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
This was an absolutely adorable drama that gave me so many feels and made me swoon whenever the ML and FL came on the screen. Every single character in this drama had a story to tell and every moment spent with them was enjoyable. This drama had a similar vibe to Wait My Youth and Love O2O, though a little more dramatic. I felt the bullying plotline was unneeded and while rewatching would skip this part of the drama. (except for the confrontation scene. Tang Tang slapping that girl was magnificent) Xiong Nifan was an absolute sweetheart and she was a joy to watch. I adored her and Yan Ke's characters. Her and Yan Ke were beyond adorable and their chemistry was off the charts. Every moment with them made me swoon, and everything between them felt so real like you were intruding on an actual couple. They fit so perfectly together, he was the calm to her energetic personality and she pushed him out of his comfort zone. It was so much fun to see his playful, mischievous side come to light throughout the drama. While they had misunderstandings as soon as they confessed their feelings they were 100 percent dedicated to each other. (even more, than they were before) Yan Ke was a wonderful, sweet boyfriend that made sure his girl knew he was on her side and supported her. Her best friends Ding Ding and XiaoSong were the best friends (family) anyone could ask for and I wish they had even more screen time to develop their romantic relationships. Ding Ding and Bai Yuze were one of the BEST secondary couples ever and they deserved more time. I wouldn't mind a whole drama dedicated to them. This was such an adorable and enjoyable drama I loved every second of it and I can definitely see myself rewatching this again.
