I honestly was intrigued by the synopsis and the casting of this drama that is why I decided to watch it.

When I started watching it, it was really exciting for me. I kept on wanting to see what the next episode will offer. I loved seeing the chemistry of the casts on screen and the plot was gradually getting thicker and thicker. They kept on revealing secrets, suspects keeps on pleading guilty. It made me feel excited. However, somewhere in the second half of the drama it slowly started feeling like they were just dragging the plot until the end. It seems like the same thing keeps on happening, same people keeps on getting suspected. It felt like the story line became stagnant somewhere in the middle. I honestly think it wouldve done better if this drama was just 12 eps long. I feel like 16 eps was just too much.

Aside from that, it was good. Now... unto the next one.

After watching too many heavy and complicated dramas consecutively, I started looking for a light drama. And by chance, I stumbled upon this one and chose to watch it.

At first, when I read the synopsis it somehow had the elements of a light drama I was looking for. Love triangle, rich guy - poor girl, strong FL and peculiar ML, etc. So I gave it a go. However, somewhere in the middle of this drama it started not making sense to me. I had a lot of questions in mind:

1. Why was the dad beating the hell out of the ML only? Why wasn't he beating the eldest son?
2. Why did Jun think that a "corporate job" is her only option after college aside from you know her part time? She could've been a lawyer, worked for an NGO, a doctor? Idk. I mean the whole drama they were saying she was smart, but if she was smart enough, why study something you know you won't pursue?
3. Why did the dad of Jehun keeps on accepting how he and his son was being treated by the Byun family?
4. A big corporation that doesn't have a board of directors that intervenes with the decisions of the company is kind of unrealistic to me? idk maybe just me?
5. The mom of the FL seemed to be a missing figure in the FL's life at the beginning, but suddenly during the latter part she was always there for her? Like what happened to her other family?
6. What was the significance of the role of Hyuk's little sister?

I can keep this list running but will stop here for now since I think this can suffice for now. Long story short, there are a lot of loopholes in this drama.

Also, I know they took the more "comical" route of comedy. not really a fan of this type of acting but is okay sometimes. However, was not a fan of Siwon's and Sora's acting here. I know they are good actors but just not in this drama. It often feels like their acting was a bit over the top at some scenes, and it lacks in others.

Anyway, unto the next drama.

This is the type of movie that makes you feel the butterflies!!!

OMG I just finished this movie a while ago and it makes me question my life and all the choices I have made lol

Firstly, I love love love their friendship. Don't get me wrong I love my friends but where the heck can I get a friend that is willing to travel with me in whim. I am the type of girl that really wants to travel a lot and am quite impulsive but (I'm not sure if this is a pro or not) my friends are more on the calculative side hahaha. It has always been my dream to suddenly go somewhere without any plans.

Secondly, if that friend was a HOT YOUNG SINGLE guy omg yes to the 10000%.

I love how they've seen the worst of each other but still remained good friends. I'm actually quite surprised that their bf/gfs along the way didn't find their friendship as a threat to their current relationships. Personally, I'm not sure if I'm okay with my significant other being that super duper close to a girl.

I know this movie is supposed to be a feel good one but wth it made me look back to what have I been doing with my life. This is what I've been imagining my youth will be like (minus the cheating part of course). Travelling with friends, being with my significant other, having the time of my life. hayyyyy

Definitely a great watch!!!

"How do I get better when I've had the best?"

I honestly started watching this drama blind-sidedly. I did not know what the drama was about nor who were the actors. I was just intrigued by the title of this one.

And honestly, I was literally crying from EP1. Not because the story was too sad to watch but it was more of because I was able to relate to the story. As someone who lost her SO in real life, this drama was able to put into words a lot of emotions I was not able to. I felt for the FL when it seemed like everyone else around her was able to move on with their own lives, and here she was still living in the past while trying to thrive for herself for her future.

People might think that the FL was a little bit obsessed and/or delusional but honestly, up until you've been thru the same thing, you cannot really tell. Like how the heck do you move on from something that did not even end? The sole thought of knowing that if he was still alive you know that you will be together still and you know that it is really hard to look for something even remotely close to what you had before
Sorry back to the drama... honestly the first half of this drama i really liked. The 2nd half was a bit meh for me. Especially the part where they killed the ML for the 2nd time again and made the FL lead go through that hell again just after a few days of reconnecting. And the way it was phased, I felt like it did not even give the death of the ML justice. It was like he was killed one second, the FL cried, then next scene was the FL was already out and about investigating. No grief no anything.

Lastly, I hope they were more clear about the ending. Like I would really want to know what happened to everyone? If everything was really brought to them by fate, would they still fall in love with each other but in a different way? IDK... these are the questions left in my mind after watching this drama. But overall it was cute, i really really like the OST of the drama <3 Love all the feels it gives me <3

Great premise!!! Ending was okay. but great actors also!!!

I sincerely hope that this kind of time travelling really exists <3

Did not really have a high expectation for this drama but it ended up pretty nice for me.

Firstly, I love the chemistry of the actors here. From leads to supporting actors to extras, they really got along well. Love the bromance of the two leads. In fact, I love the bromance of the 2 more than the romance of the ML and FL hehehehe. Not sure if it's because I ship Rain with his wife IRL hard but can't seem to really like his FLs 100%. I think aside from Kim Tae Hee, I can only ship him with Song Hye Kyo lol. But does not mean Uee did not do a good job. In fact, her acting keeps on improving. I like her.

I also like the plot. It had a good amount of thrill and mystery that made me stick to watching. I think what somewhat off for me was the ways the ghost were living. Like how come no one notices the doors closing and opening? How come people do not pass thru them? There were several scenes were the actors were just avoiding each other so that they won't bump with the ghosts. It was just weird.

But aside from that I did enjoy watching the drama. Now...unto the next one.

This drama had a promising start. The first few episodes, I was actually looking forward to the next episode when I started watching this. However, I'm not sure why the drama suddenly turned into a mystery drama. In my honest opinion, it was really unnecessary since the main plot itself is already eventful. Honestly, I think if they just stuck to the main plot it would have been a tad bit nicer.

But actually despite this, I believe they did a really good casting. The actors were able to portray their roles really well. They all had good chemistry together. Really wish it was written better.

Anyhow, that's it for me. Congrats to the team! Unto the next one!

Okay wasn't really expecting much when I started this but here it goes...

I was just searching online something that is not korean, rom-com, and has one of my fave cliches --- the love triangle. And fortunately, this did not disappoint.

I mean don't get me wrong, there are a lot of things that can be improved in this drama but somehow towards the end it just all worked together.

PLOT - at the beginning, a lot of things were happening even before the characters got introduced so it made me confused for a while but eventually got the hang of it.
- As cliche as it may be, love triangles are one of my favorite tropes in drama. I love seeing the ML get all jealous and over protective. It was just kinda weird that Mark was the one involved in the love triangle. I mean, hellooooo (SPOILER ALERT) you were the lover of the FL's mom. Feels really weird to start a relationship with the daughter of your ex donchathink?
-It was just weird that in the beginning the FL was one of the youngest characters in the drama BUT she was acting more mature than the adults. I mean, was it really hard to give the 15yo who recently lost her parents and had her life turned upside down some space and understanding? What adult in the right would tell her in her face that this or that happened because she doesn't have any parents to teach her? Or every time she argued with her classmates, why did no one listen to 2 sides of the story? Why didn't anyone noticed she went home in her socks or she wasn't wearing her uniform anymore? Seriously, this was one of the biggest flaw of this drama.

SETTING - This show made me realize more how I love to live on a farm and manage one. Love it!!!!

CHARACTERS - Overall I really liked all the characters. Most especially their chemistries with each other. What I just didn't understand the most were the 2 maids of the ML and the mother of the ML. They were seriously acting so immature throughout the drama that it was really annoying.

Overall, I liked the drama. I liked the vibes it gave. Was able to finish it in 1 day and a half. Now unto the next one.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME SOLACE EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT!!!

With all the things that are happening around us these past few months, watching this drama made me feel like it was a breath of fresh air. 100% a drama that is just pure. No BS. No villain. No Politics. Just plain old genuine love, passion, and friendship.

When I first watched this drama, I was expecting a lot of heavy emotions. I was thinking to myself who do I think the villain is, what will be the big twist here? But luckily to my surprise, there was none. Everyone and everything just seemed ordinary and the more I watched the more I realized that this is not your typical medical drama that is full of well drama.

First and foremost, I really love love love the main leads here. I love their friendship, their love lines, their personalities. Everything. I love their chemistries with each other. I also love how the drama did not just focus on them but rather to a lot of side stories of other characters as well. May it be the story of a supporting role or of a patient that we will only get to see once.

I also love how it was written and directed overall. Seriously, the director and the writer should just keep on producing more quality dramas out there. I love how some of the scenes feel relatable to me. It's like the writernim is putting words into my mouth. She is saying the things I personally cannot say out loud to my loved ones. I don't know why but the writer and director both make me feel like they understand me because they are portraying some scenes that feels close to my heart.

Honestly, I'm sorry for my lousy review as I just finished the last ep a few minutes ago and my thoughts are still all over the place. But I can write a 10 page essay on what are the things I loved about this drama. But to cut the long story short, basically it made me feel like it was home. For me, it honestly felt like after a busy work week I get a chance to spend time with my friends one night per week as a breather. It made me laugh a lot, it made me cry but most importantly it gave me solace. This drama proved that you don't have to have a lot of episodes to be considered a TOP TIER drama nor do you have to follow the conventional rule of releasing 2 eps per week. Honestly, 1.30hour per week x 12eps x 2 seasons was enough. Anything more than that would be a blessing that we would all be thankful for.

Hands down to the cast and crew!!!!!! One of the best dramas of 2021 that I will surely miss!!!!

Now unto the next one!

Hmmm... I found this drama cute by mehhh. For me it had a lot of potential but somehow it didn't work out. I'm not really sure why though.

It was interesting to have a drama wherein the setup was the airport. I mean, it was nice to see a change in setting since in dramaland they usually have it in offices, schools, hospitals, etc. It made me also reminisce the pre-pandemic times, wherein it was really easy to travel :( But honestly, I found it weird that they didn't really optimize the work setting of the drama. I think the only jobs the leads got where transfer the transbarriers and always check for illegal banners lol. Yeah I know they also handled different things but come on, the writers could have used their jobs to improve on the plot.

The thing that I really loved about this drama are the characters. I don't know but I found them really interesting. I could have watched a whole episode of back stories for each character and I wouldn't really mind. Especially the 2 second leads, they are so cute together :"> Also, this is the drama that made me appreciate Rowoon hahaha I don't know why but before I just find him meh but in this one he was really good. I love the 2 male leads also. I think the only character i didn't like is Seo Inwoo. I just found him really annoying. It's like do you care about your brother and father or nah? If by pretending you are mad at the world is how you protect them then why was he acting like an ass during the beginning until more than half way of drama??? Like make up your mind bruh.

Anyway, those are my two cents for now. Unto the next one.

That ending was really...

Overall this drama was OKAY. It had great actors and a good story to work with. BUT honestly I think this drama could've been better with a fewer episodes. The start was great, the ending was...ok, but the middle part had a lot of "filler" moments.

For a time, this drama got me hooked but after a few episodes I started wanting to see the end soon.

The biggest thing that bothered me throughout this drama was actually the ending. I mean come on. I so did not get why Lee Yeon needed to lie to Jia re him being reincarnated as a human. Because eventually, Jia WILL find out. Jia will start looking gray and old while Lee Yeon will still look the same.

I think a sad ending - wherein Lee Yeon dies then Lee Rang will sacrifice himself to make sure Lee Yeon gets reincarnated. Then when Jia dies, she and Lee Yeon will reunite in their next life - is a better ending than the one they gave. Because in the ending that they made, yes it was a happy ending BUT was it really realistic? so what will happen when Jia dies? Lee Yeon will wait and search for her again? So it's the same cycle?

Anyhow, overall it was okay. I did LOVE seeing the casts. They had a good chemistry together.

I just seriously love the overall feels this drama gives.

One thing I like about C-dramas is how realistic they are as compared to most k-dramas. Watching a C-drama makes me feel like I'm getting a glimpse of someone else's life. From their childhood to their adulthood. And this drama made gave me exactly this.

I love watching the three of our leads grow up together and mature. I like how realistic it was in the sense that it's true that sometimes in life we do experience fall backs, we lose contact with people whom we thought we were closest to and unless you do something about it, you will continue losing them gradually and unintentionally.

This drama might have some plotholes (like at the end, what the heck happened to Dongdong, he suddenly went MIA) but I'm willing to over look that because this drama just gave me so much warmth and love. Watching this drama made me wish I had brothers and friends like them. Most importantly, watching this drama made me wish I had Ling Xiao as my boyfriend!!! hahahaha he's just too perfect for me lol.

I'm not sure if it's just the romanticist in me but one thing I felt missing was a bit of a love triangle or something dramatic that might have happened to the FL. But honestly, whatever. I loved the drama as it is already. Hoping to watch something like this soon <3

Ahhhh first love <3

These types of dramas makes me want to reminisce so baaaaad!

I really do love how refreshing it is to watch some chinese dramas after a looooooong binge watching of korean dramas. Chinese dramas has this refreshing takes on how they produce dramas. They still have some cliches but it's not as obvious and as often as the ones we see in kdramas (which is not really a bad thing, but it's nice to see a different take on things).

First things first. Wow these leads are like vampires. First they portray an adult version of themselves, then a high school version of themselves then back to adults. And even though they play both versions of themselves, we can see some visible changes in the characters' appearances. So kudos to the styling and make up team! nice work.

Secondly, what I really really like about this drama is how simple the story was. Nothing over complicated. Just two people who found love at an early time/wrong time and is ready to do anything just to find each other again. They went on with their lives, gave time a chance and when they did find each other again they made sure to smoothen out whatever went wrong in their relationship.

Also love, the portrayal of the sibling relationship here. Very realistic. Love the vibe of the families in this drama, though thye are not perfect they still continue on with their lives as much as they can.

Lastly, I love how nostalgic it was. Made me realize my first love and how sweet it was. And that is one thing I hate about it as well lol. Made me feel envious towards the end hahaha.

PS. the main couple were really cute!!! Also Guanchao is really cute as well hehehehehe. where can I find these types of men

If you have a brother or sister, this movie is for you

Often times we take our family for granted. This is just a fact that I think most of us doesn't realize at times or we realize it when it's too late.

This movie is a perfect example of that. Since our family are the ones that are always there for us, sometimes when they show us they care it usually comes off as them nagging us too much or them belittling us. But in reality, of course they just want what is best for us.

I loved the relationship of Chut and Jane here as brother and sister. It reminded me of me and my brother. He usually doesn't care much unless you know, it's about boys. He's also like Chut in a way that he just usually go with his own flow. Not really caring much about his academics etc. Like Chut and Jane, there was a time when we had an argument and didn't really speak to each other for years. But when we made ammend with each other, it was like we got even closer than before.

I love how this movie was really realistic in portraying how siblings are in real life. It showed that just because you always fight with your sibling or don't get along with each other always mean that you don't love each other. In fact, most often than not you just show your care to each other in really subtle ways.

And lastly, what I really loved about this drama and the reason why I watched it was because of Nichkhun <3 Too bad his screentime was not as much as I thought it would be. But anyways, love this movie!

Oh youth

Overall I have no regrets in watching this drama. I actually liked it. It's a cute nice feel-good drama.

I liked how almost all the characters grew as the story went on. How there is really no "bad/mean" person just a person with a flawed personality/ thinking. Like for example, Nora's husband and his mistress. In other dramas, mistresses are often portrayed as being too proud, but here majority of the time you'll see them as a couple who's in love with each other. And what's nice also is that, it's not just the leads who had showed growth even the supporting characters did.

First love comes back while one is in a current relationship is one of my favorite tropes hahaha so I might be bias with the story line but it was nice and cute. One thing that just doesn't sit well with me here is the way the lead actress acts. I know she's great and all (I have watched her other dramas) but for me I find her acting too child-like or her acting style was old school. Nora was supposed to be naive, innocent and too sheltered but I don't think at age 38 she still acts like a teenager. Her mannerisms, her facial expressions were a bit too child like for me. But other than that, this drama was good.

This drama honestly made me miss college. I'm in my mid 20s but it made me reminisce on my youth. It made me think of what have I been doing so far in my life and if this is really the life that I want.

Now, onto the next one.

This is a short, sweet, poetic, heart breaking drama. At times, I did wish it had more episodes but looking back, it might have ruined the story by giving in too many details.

I started watching this because of Shin Hye sun but what drawn me more to the story is the fact that it was based on a true story. I have no idea why, but I do love me some tragic stories from time to time. I just find it so hauntingly beautiful.

I think the casting for this drama was 10/10. I really love Shin Hye Sun, she can pull off anything. Never imagined her to be with LJS but in all fairness, they look good together.

Aside from the story and actors in this drama one thing I did really like was how poetic it was. The ending poem is what struck me the most, it goes something like this:

"Are you truly living?
No, I am yearning for death in order to truly live."
From the poem
The Theory of Death and Life, 4 May 1926

I guess its because of all the things happening to us every day, we usually forget to live life. We over think a lot and that makes us miss on important things in life, and that's just sad if you really do think about it.
