All over the place, doesn't live up to the summary
I came there expecting to watch a strong intelligent woman which she is portrayed to be it but always got played but many people and someone stuff were just not cohesive esp at the end. The ml was a problem to me he was too stoic that I liked the second lead more. Overall it's not a bad drama, just go without expecting a second mulan as She actually fights only at the very end for like two eps at most, the best thing tho is that it had a realistic ending. It wasn't sad or happy, just realistic.Was this review helpful to you?

So far so good
So I am loving the reincarnation element in it. But I dont like it being too predictable . I want some suspense. The female lead is my absolute favourite actress she is cool , charismatic and funny (also really pretty) . For the male leads , i am a little creeped by the first ml , he is got something off while the second is warm ,sweet and very supportive of the fl . I think i am going to have serious sl syndome . So many things are still a mystery like why did she SPOILER ALERT get fired from her job , what was the first ml going to do with handkerchief, if they want to keep the guy from her past reincarnation a secret why are they giving us hints about the ml . So many questions. I wonder if we will get to see the past lives in full or just a little hints like the two episodes here (that would be cool but i doubt it) also whats with the mistaken gay trope , didn't like , its somewhat cringey . Hope we get go to see both ml leads shine . For the chemistry there is still no real romance so we shall see , its been so long since we saw actors that actually make you immersed in the romance in kdramaWas this review helpful to you?
Overrated
I find it cringy everytime he acts Italian also damn did he get old, his face looks like he is melting i wish they didn't do close ups. The only good thing about this is the directing and ost especially solar adrenaline other than that the chemistry people in the comment section bashing dots when this doesn't hold a candle to it even if you like this you don't really have to compare especially bashing song hye kyo acting that is far superior than any othese c level actresses and actors. I can see that kdramas are getting more westernized which is sad if I wanted to see American shows I would just do that but I don't they are trash so I hope they keep what made kdrama good in the first placeWas this review helpful to you?
Problematic
This is the most disgusting Chinese drama I have come across not only is there a huge massive age gap between the leads aka 17 years, the drama itself presents a child marrying an old man with a harem, yes a harem with 3 concubines. The story is nothing exceptional too. I came after watching rebellious princess and people were bashing fl for being old while in her 30's while this grandpa has almost 50 yrs and is like this powerful general with the child wife. He is supposed to be late 20's and I am like where you look like you could be her grandpaWas this review helpful to you?
