I am not a fan of thrillers and do not like to watch violence on screen as entertainment . Too much gore in this film for me and yet I was compelled to watch all of it because of Ji Chang Wook as K2 , knowing that it will come good at the end whatever the story twists and turns of which there are plenty .
As an action film , it is not as good as Healer ( also with Ji Chang Wook in the main role ) . There are fewer bits when you can relax a bit and the romance is not as good either although sweet and moving in parts.
But there are worse and if you are a fan of Ji Chang Wook as I am then it will not be a waste of time to watch the series.

A Daily dose of sunshine

The title mislead me . I thought it was to be a charming romantic comedy . I had not read any comments beforehand . So I was taken aback by the contents . But the drama is so well put together , scripted and acted ( by all the cast ) that I found it hard not to be glued to it . Mental illness is a bit of a taboo here , but it is treated with so much care , compassion , understanding and healing by skilled workers dedicated to their chosen profession , that it also changed my understanding of mental illness . It is a beautiful drama , with empathy and humour where healing succeeds to help all patients to be human beings again who want to survive , live and and enjoy themselves in a rough world and who have a place in society .

A very entertaining drama !

I watched it and binged it . Han Ji Min is a favourite actress of mine and she did not disappoint . She was so funny , convincing , entertaining , full of life opposite the detective from Seoul who thought that everyone in the town was either queer or a pervert and who looked down on everyone including his new team mates ( beautifully played by Lee Min Ki) . Hilarious moments , dark moments , mysterious moments , and chilling moments when the murders begin to occur , suspense . . Then it is all systems go for the team to investigate what is happening in this peaceful corner of their town . Until almost the very end after the police suspect was killed , I wondered who on earth was this evasive murderer . It is all beautifully revealed and the future looks bright for both our main characters . Delightful .
