I've never hated a Female Lead more

The writing for this drama was just so horrible. Strange enough, I wanted to finish the drama and I never really got bored, but the story was very frustrating with the ML & FL. I hated the female lead from the beginning to the end. I'm was a working mom and no way did I treat my husband that way. The female lead's mother-in-law did not help either.

The reason I gave this drama 5 stars instead of 1 was because of the young secondary couple. They were absolutely adorable. They should have wrote the drama revolving around them instead.

I hope Hawick Lau gets better dramas in the future, he's talented and this storyline was horrific.

I watched this drama because I loved the main actress (Zanilia) in THE JOURNEY OF FLOWER, where she was absolutely amazing as a strong female character. So, I can't blame her for the wishy washy, gullible female she turned into (especially towards the end) in this drama. The writing for her storyline was just awful. The top half of the drama was very promising with the cold and handsome Shi Wu Ji played by Qi Ji. Strangely enough, the writer did an amazing job writing his character, ruthless, cold, sharp businessman. Yet he meets his soul mate and he turns into this wonderful husband/lover who loves her despite all her flaws and hands her the world on a Silver platter no less. But Huan Er doesn't fully appreciate all that he does and chooses the Stupidest path which of course hurts this wonderful man. To be honest, I don't think she deserved him. Watch this drama for Qi Ji. I first saw him in CRUEL ROMANCE also as a cold ruthless Japanese spy. He was so handsome, I really wanted to like him, but he was just so evil. So this drama really redeemed him in my eyes as a tamed bad boy. I look forward to seeing him in more dramas.

Although this drama was done in the early days, 6 years ago, I still enjoyed it. Actually I found quite a few of the old classics really fun to watch.

I was initially weary of going thru 55 chapters, the drama was good and did not drag so the chapters breezed by. Like the classic older Korean dramas, this had all the trimmings, Martyr daughter-in laws, evil mother-in-laws, poor girl marry into rich chaebol family and suffers in silence, etc... you get the picture. The poor girl who was the main character had the heart of an angel, kind, hard working, filial, and then of course the worst things always happen to her to the point you are wondering why is god (or the writers) doing this to her??? The redeeming part of the drama, however, is her gorgeous and equally kind hearted boyfriend later husband. I really fell in love with him.

What I liked about this drama was it showed good side and bad side of all the characters. The person(s) you thought you would hate to the very end of the drama, you will kind of forgive in the end. It shows that we are all human, capable of extreme selfishness, of mistakes, of change and also kindness.

I thorough enjoyed this drama and would re-watch it again in the future.

Jerry Yan! Need I say more? Everytime I see one of his drama, I can't seem to help myself but fall in love him again & again. Damn this guy really knows how to treat his women right!!!!

Aside from his on screen heart melting smiles, Jerry Yan can really act. He can play a high power Hotel Tycoon in Loving Not Forgetting, and now he can just as easily play a quirky, Fashionista CEO. New comer to the China drama scene, Ron Ng, was also very good. I loved watching him in HK dramas and he did not disappoint in this drama. He usually plays a really good guy, he played a more mature part in this drama and became a bad guy as well as good guy.

I like the female main actress, played her part well as a confident fashion designer. Her stubbornness to accept & forgive Jerry Yan, drove me and I'm sure many others crazy. Lots of female antagonists in spades. Back stabbing in every corner.

Overall, I really enjoyed this drama. It still can't beat LOVING NOT FORGETTING which I rewatched several times. Therefore the 9.

Shi Won was so handsome, it was almost blinding! This is the first time I've watch the female lead, Chai Rim, but I really liked her. Perky, cute without being a doormat. I thought visually, it was a good match, even though there was an age difference. I usually don't like Noona romances, but this one was ok. However, as others reviewers mentioned, it must have been chemistry because I did not feel the "passion". Overall, however, good light romance. Fast paced, I enjoyed it.

This Taiwan version of the Korean Drama "You're Beutiful" is so much better. I could not even finish that version & eventually dropped it. It became so corny, I could not stomach it. The lead male was also an eye sore. The lead male in this version however, was hot. Even at times when he was not being Mr. Cool, he was endearing. Although storyline was basically the same, it was tweaked just enough so that you are not just watching the same old, same old. This version was fun, silly and very enjoyable to watch. I absolutely loved the opening OST!!!! I highly recommend this version to everyone who has already watched the Korean version as well as those like me who could not stomach the Korean version but give this one a shot. You won't regret it.

Truly wonderful drama with an older couple. Romance was no less sweet and heart warming. Really good chemistry between the main actors. Be warned that when you watch this drama, you will drool over Korean food. The filming of the food as well as the beautiful Korean country side was absolutely gorgeous. This film was really a feast for the eyes. Storyline is really heart warming, all about the importance of family and friends.

I saw the female lead ADY, first in Autumn's Concerto. She was really good in that drama, but a little bit too tame for my taste. However, her personalty is a complete opposite in this drama, shes feisty, bossy and will literally kick your ass if she feels wronged. I loved her acting here. shows what a great a versatile actress she is. She and my babe, Mike He, really hit it off, good chemistry. This story is kind like the American show, Beverly Hill Billy's, where a rich family has lots of money, but doesn't rub elbows with the snotty rich. They however want their princess and heir (played by Ady) to marry well into the upper class, thereby enlisting the help of a boy is from the upper class, but is currently broke due to the collapse of the family business. Total opposites in personalty and values, lots of fighting and fireworks in the beginning, but the couple learns and grows with each other. Mike's character made the biggest growth, he goes from being a selfish, goal-less playboy, to a responsible store manager who can gut a fish in less than a minute! As other reviewers have said, however, the ending really dragged and so unnecessary. Otherwise, I probably would have given this drama and 9 or 10. Overall, however, one of Mikes better dramas, I would re-watch again in the future.

This is the number one feel good romantic drama of the year. Great main character couple, So Ji Sub and Shin Min Ah, with off the chart chemistry. What an amazingly cute couple. Shin Min Ah, got so beautiful as she got a little older from My Girlfriend is a Ghumio. Her trademark dimples were so incredibly cute, you've got to see how it worked to rope in So Ji Sub. After Master's Sun, I was not sure if he could do another drama, that could measure up. I was pleasantly wrong. Oh my Venus, surpassed my expectations. This man stays in incredible shape, so being a fitness coach was a great fit for him. I also absolutely loved the supporting cast as well. 5 of my favorite male actors in one drama is almost mind blowing. If you understand English, Henry, from Super Junior was a hoot.

Drama was so good, the episodes went so fast. It was funny, it was incredibly romantic, I thoroughly enjoyed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I only made it to the 4th episode and I really had to push myself o do it. I am also a Mike He fan and adored him in Sunny Happiness. The secondary character was played by another hot dude, Shawn Chen. So being the superficial gal, I was going to watch it for the "eye candy" alone. However, the drama was so bad, I could not even bring myself to watch anymore. The cast was really good, but the script and the acting by the female lead was so incredibly bad. The drama had a really slow, boring, gloomy feel to it. I'm usually not that picky either, but this drama was a train wreck.

I'm Chinese, so I can say that most modern Hong Kong dramas are very realistic. This drama really got me hooked from start to finish. I didn't like the filming in the beginning of the drama, because the lighting was so dark, but the story line about the importance of Family was so heart warming, it was wonderful. The main story line, however , about the greed of humans even from your closest family members. really hit a sore spot in me. I actually know relatives like this, who would sell their own "grandma" practically for money and or power. I would have given this drama a 9 or 10 if it had more romance. Ruco Chan and Priscilla Wong are 2 of my most favorite actors.

I watched this drama for Song II Gook, but I had to struggle to finish it. Based on real police cases in Korea, so I did find the crime stories interesting. But the main couple had zero chemistry, Real disappointment.

Main leads are 2 of the biggest stars of Korea, so what went wrong? After a while I could not stand anymore crying from Kim Tae Hee, it became so irritating, so was her indecisiveness. So different than her take charge character in ISIS. Even with the hot lead of Song Seung Hun, could not salvage this drama for me. I was crazy about him after first seeing him as the alfa gang leader in WHEN A MAN LOVES. i did not like his character at all in this drama. I was confused with some of the storylines, did not like the writing at all. I really struggled to finish it. Hope they never pick a drama like this again.

My kid introduced me to Korean Dramas, and my life was never the same again. I could not get enough, not to mention nothing gets done in my house anymore, but I digress. I am another one of those swear by Korean Dramas until I drop. However, because of Arron Yan, I checked out Taiwanese Dramas, and boy I did not know what I was missing. I watched Autumn's Concerto after another Xtreme must see Drama, FATED TO LOVE YOU. When you watch a quality drama like Autumn's Concerto, I, as a U.S. tv viewer, wonder why do I bother watching any of the garbage they now have in the states. Autumn's Concerto, sent me into such a roller coaster ride of high and low emotions. The story is basically a fated pair of star crossed lovers from extreme wealth and poor backgrounds. Drama had typical tyrannical mother-in-law, self-sacrificing but very frustrating to watch main female lead and HOT, Alpha, Gorgeous male lead. Bonus is the cutest and sweetest little child actor, you will ever meet. He was absolutely adorable!!! Drama will put you through the ringer of lots of crying moments, but I promise you a happy ending. Nuff said, Just watch it, Highly Recommend.

I thought this drama was really well done. It's misleading if you think it is another typical vampire trying to fit into today's society. This drama is sooo much more. In fact, it will take you into a roller coaster ride of emotions, not to mention different time lines. I really love how Korean dramas switch back & forth between historicals & modern day. The female lead, Seol Hyun , is beautiful, there is an innocence about her and really lights up the screen. I notice that she stars in a lot of Music Videos as well. The lead male, Yeo Jin Goo, is such a good young actor. I was so impressed with him in Moon Embraces The Sun. Though overall Orange Marmalade storyline is not as good, Yeo Jin Goo, still delivers a high quality performance.

Finally we come to CN Blues, Lee Jong Hyun. I love this guy, I can't wait for the day when he will become male lead and finally get "THE GIRL". My heart ached for him, yet he is so damn COOL.
