It's getting good. Don't trust the bad reviews.
This show really isn't as bad as people are saying. From the acting to the storyline, I'm enjoying it quite a lot. I like the female lead for her intelligence, and love Do Jin's character for his kindness.
Also, I expected to feel frustrated with the female lead for keeping things to herself or making poor decisions, but it wasn't as bothersome as I thought.
Oh, and the villains— the villains are both intriguing and detestable. I can't wait to see where this storyline takes us next!
Edit: Now that I finished this drama I have to add some things that I didn't like.
The ending was a bit to open for me. I wished we could've seen the trial of the villains and maybe some more story for Do Jin. But it was fine.
Also some dumb decision werde made. It was the smaller details. For example: turning your back to the "enemy" to call someone or letting your child roam free outside while the villain is planing to hurt it. Annoyed me but it's bearable.
I just suggest you to watch it and then decide for yourself whether you want to continue or not.

Amazing!
This drama is seriously underrated! I'm loving it so far. The characters are well-developed and have depth. I enjoy all the characters. The balance between humor and darker moments is perfect. The female lead is fantastic and really funny. I appreciate how she's portrayed as stronger than the male lead, without making him seem weak. And finally!!! FINALLY they're doing a great job making the female lead look like a man, especially when she entered the inn! It was a pleasant surprise. Each episode ends on an exciting note, making me eager for the next one. I'm already hyped for episode 9. The plot twists are mind-blowing! This show is definitely a hidden gem.
My only complaint is that I wish the drama was longer. I'm worried that the next few episodes might feel rushed because there's still so much to cover.
Edit: the ending was well done but my worries did somewhat come true. I wished for more screen time for our couples. At least one kiss would’ve been perfect!

It's okay
I began watching it today, and overall, it's okay. The acting doesn't stand out, and the storyline is quite standard. Predicting the plot is relatively easy, but I still find it somewhat enjoyable. The characters aren't particularly well-developed, lacking depth and coming off as basic. If you're looking to pass the time, this show might suffice, but I wouldn't classify it as a must-watch for quality entertainment. Some things in the show don't quite add up, and some of the characters' decisions come across as oddly illogical. It's frustrating to see them make choices that don't make any sense at all.
But I'll give it a try. I've just watched 2/3 episodes. Maybe it'll get better later on.
[Spoiler Alert]
One particular annoyance is the characters seemingly oblivious to obvious signs of a curse, like the victims having white eyes. It's baffling how the best friend dismisses the idea of a ghost despite clear indicators such as phones not losing battery, everyone falling asleep simultaneously, and more. Additionally, it's irritating that the best friend doesn't make a real effort to assist the main character when she's thrown into the pool or is drowning. Instead of actively helping, she just stands there uttering, "no, don't!" without taking any meaningful action. Wouldn't even suprise me if something is wrong with her.
[SPOILER END]
EDIT: I just finished watching it, and I have to say, it got better as it progressed. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece or a must-watch, but it's not bad either. I enjoyed the plot twist and am hopeful for a season 2. However, I still found most of the plot to be quite predictable, and to be honest, not much of it shocked me—except for the ending plot twist, which genuinely surprised me.

Refreshing (SPOILER MARKED)
I never planned on watching this drama because I thought it wouldn't be something I'd enjoy, but I was so wrong. I really didn't expect to like this drama this much.I loved Lee Se Young (Choi Woo) and Yoon Shi Yoon (Hyun Jae) in this one a lot. The first drama I watched with LSY was 'A Korean Odyssey.' Her acting was pretty great, but as she wasn't one of the main roles, she didn't stand out to me. I loved seeing her in this one. Her acting is really great, and the character she plays matches her energy. This is also the first drama I've seen YSY in. He did great! I also found this role to really match his energy. You could see that he was immersed in it.
The chemistry between both leads is amazing. I'm happy that we got an enemies-to-lovers story where the 'enemy' status doesn't go away as they fall in love. They still teased each other!
Story-wise, I'd say it was also pretty interesting. I liked the time travel concept. Without the time travel, it wouldn't have been as funny and interesting as it is. There were mysteries that needed to be solved, but the main plot was really just Hyun Jae adapting to the new life and finding a family in the trio. Some things that made me give this show an 8 instead of a 9 are the plot holes we ended up with.
SPOILER
We didn't really find out what kind of sickness Hyun Jae had and never got to see the reaction of his friends nor him getting treatment. I would have liked to see that. Also, how come the future didn't change when Hyun Jae disappeared in his time? Was there another Hyun Jae that replaced him? Also, I really wanted to know more about the backstory of certain characters, especially Choi Woo and Hyun Jae. We were told some stuff but never got to see the depths of it. What exactly happened? How did they live their lives after the hardships? Mostly, I would have liked to know more about Choi Woo. We've seen some short clips, but they were never explained well.
SPOILER END
I wanted to have answers to my questions. It really just needed 15 more minutes. Sadly, they didn't give them to us. Also, I really wanted Hyun Jae to start becoming an idol again. I can totally understand that he did not want to, but it still made me sad because I felt he was made for that role.
Anyway, let's just say that it was his choice to make and that it isn't really such a big deal.
One more thing I wanted to say is that the character development is really great for Hyun Jae. You could see the change in his demeanor, his eyes, everything. I loved how he became a better person without changing his personality. Thumbs up for that!
SUMMARIZED
This drama was really refreshing. The story and characters were all enjoyable. There were a few plot holes, but you'll live through them. Many scenes made me laugh, and I could just enjoy the feeling of an "old" drama.

A pleasant surprise.
This show is absolutely amazing. When I started watching it, I didn't have very high expectations, but oh, was I surprised. The acting of all the characters is incredibly on point, and they don't lack depth at all . Each character is fascinating in their own right, hiding secrets and undergoing character development throughout the series.Let me tell you, the story is so interesting. Despite only being six episodes in, so much has already happened. Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of girls' love themes before, but this drama completely changed my perspective. The relationships (ships), are unbelievably cute, and I'm rooting for them to become official.
The female lead is insanely intelligent, something that I admire. Additionally, the second female lead has the kindness, creating a perfect balance between the two characters. Together, they form a duo that complements each other beautifully.
This drama has my heart, and I highly recommend giving it a watch.

One of my new favs
I must say, this drama positively surprised me. I didn't think it would be this good, but it is. It has become one of my new favorite shows, and I am so glad it is getting a season 2.The beginning of the show started with little investigation stories and evolved into a bigger plot. I love all the characters, especially Jin Isoo. I love his personality, and the actor is portraying it so well! In general, the acting is amazing, but I must say that Jin Isoo/Ahn Bo-hyun stood out to me. When he cried, I had to cry. He made me laugh often, and I never really got mad or annoyed at him.
There was some romance, which I enjoyed and am glad was there because it made the show even better.
I like how there were many different cases we could discover that were connected to some characters. And it really rose from smaller cases to bigger cases. Already excited for season 2. Can't wait!

If you're bored: this is a great watch.
I don't think this deserves 5 stars. It really isn't that bad.The cinematography and characters were nice. I liked them. I enjoyed the plot, and even though some things were predictable, it wasn't as bad as some other shows. The fight scenes were also well-made. Yes, there isn't huge character development, but this is not surprising for a movie.
Some parts of the movie didn't make much sense, which is one negative aspect of the movie. Some things could have been explained better or delved into more. Though it isn't that big of a problem. I would like a second movie, but I don't think it will happen.
Aside from that, I recommend this movie. It's a great watch.

I loved this Kdrama
This kdrama is pure gold. Haru is such a green flag and I love that. No toxic ml!! I also liked female lead. She wasn't this shy and "I can't defend myself" girl. Felt sorry for the second lead (The friend of female lead, not the guy she was paired with)I laughed and cried a lot watching this Drama. It was confusing at times, and the ending has also left me confused. I had hoped we could have seen more of it (the ending), but this drama still holds a special place in my heart, and I definitely recommend it!

Do you not know how to protect yourself at all?
This show really wasn't that great. I'm sorry but Fl really got on my nerves with all the mistakes she made. And not only the fl... the police also.Let me give some examples:
SPOILER
-Police officers seem to not carry any weapons and can't really defend themselves against the villain.
- Fl runs away from villain but ends up in a corner. Villain wants to stab her. Next to her are some tool. Such as brooms etc.. She could've used them as weapons but didn't! Didn't even try anything at all and just went away further from them.(I know she was scared - but her hand was right next to the broom)
-Fl enters her door code fully visible and doesn't even try to hide it... even after she knows villains knows the code. (No, she doesn't change it)
-When friends ask her if she wants to stay at her place (because villain broke into her apartment multiple times) she declines because friends mother-in-law lives with friend. ( It would've been nice to see if it maybe really was because she cares for her. But we don't really find out her thoughts)
-Fl NEVER turns her lights on when she enters her apartment. (she knows villain broke into her apartment before)
-Fl provokes Villain by cursing at him and saying he is just a scared guy hiding behind his screen etc.. Why provoke him? (Obv no reason for villain to hunt her down but still...)
and so on...
SPOILER END
Don't watch this if you can't deal with a fl who doesn't know how to keep herself safe. (And the police)

I enjoyed it somewhat.
I liked this show. I watched it in one night, but that was also because the episodes were quite short.I wish they would've been longer, and we could've seen more. I really liked the leading couple, so I hoped for more scenes with them, but I understand that there were none since the main genre isn’t romance.
This show was sometimes stressful and illogical, but it didn’t bother me much. I enjoyed the show, though it was quite chaotic with people switching sides.
The female lead's acting wasn’t the best, but it was bearable. The acting of the antagonist was bad, but didn’t ruin the show for me that much.
Overall, a good show to watch in one night, especially since the episodes are only 20 minutes long. However, don't mainly watch it for romance… romance is just a side plot, and we get like 40 minutes or less of screen time for it. The show portrayed a great message also!

A MUST-WATCH!!!
I've never watched a drama this lovely and adorable. The male lead is like a total green flag, incredibly cute, and he'd do anything for the female lead. He makes an effort to understand her feelings and adapt to her life with limited vision. The female lead is equally cute and adorable. It's an amazing and heartwarming show that I highly recommend to everyone!Unfortunately, there weren't any (real) kiss scenes, but that didn't bother me THAT much because they shared other cute and romantic moments that were just as delightful. I'm head over heels for them. Their chemistry is simply off the charts!
I wish this show had been longer and we would've gotten more of them. 😭

Why?
I was a huge fan of the first part of Duty After School and had high hopes for Part 2. The characters and story had me hooked from the beginning. However, as I got into Part 2, my excitement turned into disbelief and frustration, especially when it came to the ending. The conclusion left me bewildered, it felt rushed and lacked clarity. I couldn't help but wonder why the creators made such decisions. The first part of the series had gathered a substantial fanbase, and there was so much potential for Part 2 to build upon that success. Instead, it left many fans, including myself, feeling unsatisfied and longing for more. It's weird to think that the creators might have believed that this ending would make the series a hit. It seemed as if they wanted to wrap up the story hastily, leaving us with numerous unresolved questions.
One of the most frustrating aspects of the ending was the lack of a proper explanation. We were abruptly told, 'All the monsters are gone now. Everything is fine again,' without any context or closure. It left us hanging, wondering about the fate of the (left alive) characters.. It's as if a critical part of the story was missing, and we were left to fill in the gaps ourselves.
(Let’s also not forget how they just forgot about one of the Sargent characters. Where was he?)
!Spoiler!
And the most frustrating aspect of the ending was the abrupt and seemingly unnecessary loss of nearly all the characters. It happened so fast that it left me in shock and disbelief. These characters, whom I had grown attached to throughout the series, deserved better. It felt like their deaths were rushed and lacked the emotional depth and significance they deserved.
The sudden and widespread character deaths further contributed to the sense that the creators were trying to tie up loose ends quickly, without giving proper consideration to the impact it would have on the story and the viewers. It was a disheartening turn of events that left a bitter taste in my mouth.
!Spoiler end!
In the end, I can't help but feel disappointed, and it seems I'm not alone in this Statement. The series had so much potential, and it's disheartening to see it end this way. I've even found myself speculating that perhaps it was all a dream of that one character, desperately trying to make sense of the unresolved plot threads.
Ultimately, I wish the creators had taken more time and care to create a more satisfying and meaningful ending, one that would have done justice to the fantastic characters and story they had built over the course of the series. A part 3 could solve it but so far it doesn’t seem like we’ll get one.

One of my top 3
This is one of my favorite KDramas. I went into this thinking it was going to be okay. I even thought I might drop it because the story seemed boring. But once I started it, I couldn't stop. It's SO amazing. I loved the actors and the plot twists were amazing.!SPOILER
One of the few things I didn't like was that a couple of the deaths seemed downright "useless" or rather unnecessary to the plot. Another thing I didn't like was that the killer plot twist seemed a bit forced. Just to create another plot twist. But aside from that, it's just an outstanding drama that I recommend everyone to watch at least once

Better than the other F4 dramas
If you're okay with the male lead being toxic at first, this show is great. If you're not fine with it, I would not recommend this show for you.The male lead is very toxic at first. Being violent when jealous. And all that stuff. But in the later episodes (about episode 9/10) he gets much better. (Apologizing to his victims and just in general being a better person.)
I've watched all the "remakes". The anime, jdrama, cdrama and kdrama and must admit that this one is the best so far. I like that the plot is a bit different. Some scenes changed for the better dragging the show less than the others.

Good concept but fl ruined it for me.
I do understand the concept, and it's quite intriguing. However, I must admit that the female lead did get on my nerves a bit. While I appreciated her confidence, I found her tendency to lie and her reactions to certain situations a bit annoying. For instance, her reaction to the guy she had just met liking someone else was a bit over the top. I can empathize with feeling upset or sad, but he never explicitly expressed any interest in her, and her refusal to help another girl, because of this, felt rather uncompassionate (you'll get it if you watch the show). Moreover, the storyline seemed to jump around a bit, which left me feeling somewhat disoriented about what was happening. There's actually more I could say, but I aimed to keep this review short. As of now, I'm uncertain whether I'll continue watching the series.
