THERE'S SO MUCH TO TALK ABOUT!!!
So this is the first series that I see MaxTul and they are not disappointing. They are, honestly, one of few great bl couples out there. See I love their chemistry and the casts were just fit to their roles. Oooh I really love Yihwa in this series. She is really spicing up confrontational scenes with her angst attitude! I kinda wish I was on the squad with her, she really did that, periodt!. The soundtracks were good too.The downside of this series is first, wtf is wrong with this Doc Bright!?!;!? He really pissed me off until the season ends. I really find him very repulsive. Honestly Farm is somewhat annoying because he just let Bright mingle with others and that he is willing to adjust for that lustful doc bf of his. Their couple really went downhill like a carriage being smashed into pieces after an extreme fall. If I would be Farm, I will never tolerate his trifling ass shit and I will cut ties with him. I really hate that when Farm celebrated his bday with Bright, this motherf---------------doctor introduced him to two other guys and pressured Farm to be in an orgy (I think) and that's eeewwww so disgusting (it might be better if Bright do Farm not the other way around). See I like steamy scenes except this one, it really pissed me off in the ass. The pain in the ass Plern Pleng really threw me overboard because of her desperate need of Knock (not love, need only okay). I think this one component of vengeful exes (psychotic ex-gfs), bringing chaos to the main bl couple, is common among BL out there like Tonhon Chonlatee and The Best Twins. I'm not really mad at this common ingredient of BL, well at least there will be a satisfying end to that one. One of the things I hate about this series is Knock choosing his triflin' ass gf more than Korn until the last ep came. He is really hesitant to choose Korn and that really annoys and hurt me. It is like Korn has been the one being targeted by this Plern Pleng bitch! I gotta say I'm not really digging the professor-student couple here and it's not really "it" but don't get me wrong I don't hate it. It's just like okay here's their scene I'll just watch this and that's that.
One of the good things I wanna point out in this series is the bold intro at ep 1. I was like yess!!! A bold act for ep 1 and that invigorated me. I do like the squad of Korn, Yihwa, Farm, the other guy and the boyish girl there. The story is quite flowy and it somewhat pointed out the flaws of being in a homosexual relationship including the society, exes seeking revenge, simple love cultivated between a student and a professor. I gotta say I was satisfied with the ending especially Plern Pleng's downfall for making shitty serum exposing herself accidentally at the bar. It's good that Farm really cut his ties with that motherf---------------doctor, finally!!!! I know there's S2 and that's why I'm giving Doc Bright a chance to not fck this up once again shit!. After all this series is good. Kudos to lazysubber I love how she/he subbed this series and she is really good at making side comments about certain scenes particularly Plern Pleng and Yihwa's scene

A great series that I love to watch
This series is good when there's none to watch. I like the cast it's just plain and simple. This series showcases the usual fear of someone coming out as an LGBTQ+ especially another person demeaning LGBTQ+ as unlovable and they should better be straight. This series deserves attention because it's well-made and good without going through some extreme plot twists. It's just that they are in an apartment during lockdown having talk with each other to pass the time until they caught feelings with each other. The series is good behind the simplistic production it gives us. The OST is good and freely appreciated. I had a good time watching this series (I could admit that I have an urge of binge-watching it each time each episode ends). The end is satisfying because all of the problems were neatly fixed without leaving a scrap that viewers might see as a problem. This is hella good but still underrated. Was this review helpful to you?

Cute and entertaining series to pass the time
This series is really cute and is great especially because of the cast. There you have PerthSaint and MeanPlan that made me love this series. Honestly I hate when Pete is being blackmailed by a homophobic asshole for money but if we ignore it at all, this series is seen as light and feel-good. Pond is really hilarious being just a horny roommate of Ae. I'm really here to those scenes where Ae beats Pond when he teases him being with Pete. Perth (Ae) is really charming, the way he cares for Saint (Pete) throughout the series. I love his character being charismatically endearing and caring and Mean's character also got me "blessed my soul" HAHAAHAH!!! Initially Mean is annoying because of the way he acts around Saint and Pete but later on I grew to love his character being charismatically generous to Plan. Plan's character pissed the hell out of me particularly. I'm really like "nope, don't do that" because of his overreacting and childish attitude especially when he's throwing tantrums. I'm starting to think he is mentally unstable (I'm sorry for that ?). His character is ridiculous and I wished it could have been better if he's not behaving that way. The OSTs are really enjoyable. When it comes to the storyline, it's still good and I find it digestible for the most part and I really appreciate how that homophobic guy disappear suddenly unseen. If I were to considered a how good it is, it is great! Was this review helpful to you?

My brain cells were shredded into pieces but I'm still ok....
This popular series didn't really kept my interest. Heavy scenes towards the end of the last few eps were great but the plotline is being messy as hell. I hate when a vengeful ex-girlfriend of Sky and her friend stole Chukchuk just for their amusement. Never been a fan of a vengeful bitch who tries to wreck our main leads. I'm so sick and tired of this bitchy BL trope. I did enjoy steamy scenes but still didn't afford me completely. Acting were fine but some are pretty annoying. Miko and Inaki's acting is superb especially the intense drama scenes with Inaki with his parents. I thought their performance are commendable to say the least. The soundtrack is ugh, cute but not that much good. I know this series addresses the social stigma that LGBTQ+ faces with the society but still it didn't really give me a strong urge of feeling for that. I was like rooting for this but I know this is a sitcom but still I need conviction to convince me that it is worth watching. If u were to ask me if it's rewatchable? No, not at all. The plentiful mount of cringe and nonsense just broke the whole series to me.Was this review helpful to you?
CrInGy but cute (nothing more, nothing less)....
So, this series is fine but story-wise, ummm let me think of it for awhile. For acting, I'm surprised how passive and submissive Mild is. I thought that his character's personality in the series will be developed but nothing had happened. His partner in the series portrayed his roles quiet good. The rest of the cast were a bunch of nonsense. The title did not obviously fit to what the series all about. If "The Best Twins" is really it's title, it should focus on the two lead twin here but it's more focused on Mild and the other one. I'm really turned off to the homophobic sister and the obsessed ex in the series. They are really getting into my nerves. I hate these characters and some actors played their roles awkwardly and subpar. Anyway the only soundtrack it has for the series is good, I like it (honestly there were times when I heard this song in my head continuously playing hahahaaha). Pak did really have a chemistry with Mild's character's sister for me. After all, this series is fine but subpar. Was this review helpful to you?

A cute series to binge
This is the first BL I've watched and I quickly fell in love with BL Series ever since. The overall atmosphere in this series is pleasing and light. It's just a light drama but still good to binge on. It's just me that I don't want complicated storyline and this one don't have it so I'm glad. The casts are great and cute. Some scenes are lovey dovey. I honestly wished that Gigie's role there as Pamela changed. It's a cute series and I adore everything. Yow, the soundtrack is very nostalgic and It's All In My Head All This Time is my favorite, I kid you not. Story-wise, somewhat digestible but I was just caught up of chemistries of the casts. It's not top of the top but still freely appreciated. Was this review helpful to you?

That dark twist fooled tf outta me!!
This supposed to be fluffy lovey dovey series turned 180 in the worst way possible. That dark twist, nah, we shouldn't do that! That's such a mess dreadful enough. I didn't like that stepfather SA'd her stepdaughter then that dead-herself turnout. All that twist is a bummer. They really messed this up big time. We should have stayed with that JoongDunk type of series. Dunno why it had to be like this. The love I felt in those previous eps felt estranged to me. ForceBook, being there, just saved the series somehow. Another nega for this series is the problematic sonofabitch character which just spews negativity whenever he's on-screen. He's just there to borrow huge shitload of money from Cher then that imprisoned situation is just ick. Mind u he exposed his stepdad as the suspect of SA. I don't think bringing him in the series show any impact. It's just a burden for my little mind to bear let alone my eyes witness his behavior. All I really hoped was bring the softness cute series back and undo that twist and those negas. Their just unnecessary burden for viewers. I was like wanna watch a light series but bruh this is not what I expected. Expected that bad.
The cast were alright. Again this series should have been short and light with few casts here and there. I'd prefer it that way. Idunno I think that's just a popular opinion. Sorry. Without those negas, I think this is decent or fair series to catch up on after serious deeper BLs out there.

THIS ELEVATE WHAT SEEMED TO BE SOMETHING UNFAMILIAR WITH THE FIRST SEASON JUST SAYIN'
Well this sequel/adaptation put a bit of color that is missing from the first season. This has its ups and downs that I think everyone notices, not only me. When you compare these two seasons, season 2 has more tension than the first one. While this season improved on something, it degrade on something too. The story was just the same but there are more that are unfortunately cut in EP 12. So I'll just rush you to this sequel's ups and downs.UPS (improvements)
•Wayo has more personality here. Din really made him a bit sassy and showing wide ranges of emotions compared to Bas. Bas, on the other hand, kept his shy demeanor all throughout the show. He's not that showy of his feelings and emotions when needed. I got to witness angry Wayo, jealous Wayo, flirtatious Wayo and bitchy Wayo (I mean when he thought Pha treat him pink milk. When he found out that everyone was treated as well, he disposed off the drink and kick the bin aggressively lol).
•ForthBeam moved!!! Their romance here is pure gem. Obviously way better than the first season!! They had one-night something hahaha. Then from that and all the confusion inside Beam's head, they dated and ended up together! Good for them.
•Forth's portrayal has been given JUSTICE!!! From the awful portrayal of Forth, this season delivered by casting Pavel. He really did his part and just like Din, he showed emotions enough to make the viewers think that he deserves to be in this series. The emotion and all are felt. Probably the best actor in the cast. Nah we're not going to talk about the other one's portrayal lol.
•Dome's portrayal of Beam is great. He got to show more about Beam being a bot hahaha. More moody than the first Beam. I think Pavel and Dome really put colors into this formerly uninteresting couple.
•Nine got the sassy kicks!!! No offense to Copter, Nine really seemed like a moody girl who needs attention consistently. He really has this sassy behavior that I felt has some more oomph than Copter. He really lived by bottom's usual behavior; mean, sulking and sassy hahahaha.
•Green remained!! This one actor was and will forever be an eye candy just like Kimmon and Tee. Surprised he's the only one who came back for the sequel, everyone changed. I thought for his cuteness, I wished he's shown more despite being a minor character.
•Rushed properly. What I mean, this sequel also retold what happened in the first season but with fast pacing. They never drag it for long but kept it short and sweet within three episodes. The rest continuation.
So now we're gonna talk about the downside of this sequel.
DOWNS
•Chen (Joong) as Ming is probably not a good option. Don't get me wrong, I'm obsessed how cute and handsome he looks in every scene but he never relive the behavior of Ming that permeates within Kimmon when needed. He's more mellow which is something I kinda less favor. Kimmon did it better. It's just, maybe, bcuz producers can't find another Kimmon so Chen replaced him.
•Problematic characters added!!! Not Pring posted Yo having promo for something fun (you know that!) She just tainted his reputation making him depressed and stressed. Pring became a hateful biatch here. Another character that I hate is Park. Park is an asshole through and through. He just slutshamed Wayo telling him that first he's seeing Pha, now he's seeing Ming. Fck that! This character might be the worst. Everytime he gets in the scene, he has this dark menacing aura around him. The other scene was when Pha found out Yo having hickeys in the neck while sleeping. He confronts Park about that. That's just drag. The fact that the director or producers decided to add these issues is terrible ugh!!!
•Pha got Sarawat-ed!! Pha here shows not much emotion than the first one. It felt like Pha's emotions has been suppressed here. He became just like Sarawat, having no emotion and is mellow than his counterpart. Ben did it like a lifeless being just like Tae did Forth. This Sarawat-esque portrayal is a thumbs down for me.
So that's all about it! I think this sequel is somewhat an improvement from the first season.

Decent option but.....
This series will always be that comfort series for anyone who needs a break from series with overwhelming plot and twists. This drama is something I enjoy even if it's not really taking off or climbing up my ranks. Well at least this one is decent than Gen Y.I understood now how producers ruined the main leads in Gen Y particularly Pha and Wayo. The cheesy romance was there and the chemistry. You know what, I enjoyed MingKit more than the two I've mentioned earlier. Kimmon really did that. His face exudes cuteness overload and quirkiness. I adore his presence so much ugghffgh. Literally he's an eye candy. Tee is damn eye candy too, cuteness overload too!! Love their romance with Copter over God and Bas. Ngl I found God and Bas's portrayal a bit bland that's why Kimmon and Copter are the stars of the show. Moving forward, I enjoy how uncomplicated the story was.
Ok so here we are in my negative side territory. I never demanded anything surprising but the series really did a trope that I fkin hate: hateful biatches! These bitches always gossip and stalk Pha, being flirtatious which is really dragging. As they get on the screen, my blood is boiling like hell! I disliked that trope so much. They just exist to make Yo jealous and to make my blood boil, that's it. Not surprised by enemy to lover type of shit, I can live with that. Another con is Tae's portrayal of Forth is awful. Tae looked lifeless everytime he's on the scene. It felt tiring to see him there just having this poker face like man do something. It felt that casting him as Forth is a bad choice bcuz I never really felt his presence even if it's him and Bas in one frame. Moreover, ForthBeam never really developed even in its few last eps. Another silly con is that scene when Pha got out of car in front of the condo then he escorted Yo to the pharmacy walking. I mean, yow you have that car and it's raining, why don't u just drive him there. It's like grabbing a ladder to display and not use it.
So, to conclude it all, it's an okay series. Didn't quite understand the hype I'm hearing about this. But for what it is, I pretty enjoyed it.

NOSTALGIC EMOTIONS says "hi"
I admit this series has noticeable BL tropes and cliches but I think they worked. I always thought way better series are disappointingly shorter than average and worst ones. The character of War which is Best puts me in his shoe easily. I was really relating all the things I did for my crush. The nostalgic feeling of having butterflies in your stomach everytime you come across your crush. I relived it in the best way possible.I thought the cinematography for this one has nostalgia and old-school effect attached to it just like The Yearbook and I Told Sunset About You. I love that the setting seemed to happened back in the days were walkmans were everyone's gadgets. I just love the overall feeling of the series. I also want to point out a kinda similar scene of 2gether in some scene in this series: Best playing songs in front of the crowd where Dew watches it just like Sarawat on stage and Tine watches him. I thought the Best's friends who support him to get close to Dew is cute being not homophobic which is a less of a burden. I thought that the actors really played their respective roles very well. The "yearning of attention from your crush" is what really makes me relate to this miniseries.
There are few things I want to talk about that is unsatisfactory: bad bitch trope and homophobic parent. I know these things exist but please for the love of God, I'm begging you to remove bad bitch who always plan to ruin relationship just because they can. One thing about the homophobic mother of Dew who annoys me as the girl. God, I don't even like them.
Apart from those, I commend the OST of this drama, being a chef's kiss. I also thought the plot is rather simple and easy to follow as it is relatable that it made me feel things. In fact, when Dew moved and Best just cried seeing that apparently Dew has feelings for him too which is for me, the reason why this series needs to be longer or have a second season. That cliffhanger made me hope for a season 2. If it plans to have a second one they better deliver.
This one is just one of the best BL that caught my heart strings.

When nostalgia and tear-jerking drama combines= MASTERPIECE
I love the nostalgia that this series was giving. I was really into it. Y'all know that Director Mean & Benz just did that. I saw glimpse of Remember Me The Series having the same production as this one. I love the cinematography it has something nostalgic filter into it kinda similar to I Told Sunset About You. I love every aspect of the series, it's not too rushed or fast in terms of pacing. It really built up a lot better than most series I've watched before this. The serenade in the phone booth and riding with your bff/crush in his bike is just chef's kiss. Now I'm diving to the "shedding tears" territory. When Phobia left Nut and came back years later I was honestly confused why he's not the same as he was. His character toned down. I felt that hard in my core when Nut ignored him and upon learning that Phobia has cancer (or something), he rushed to the station. I was really sobbing about that. I was bathing in my tears the whole sequence of why Phobia just left Nut. It got sadder when Phob's parent(s) passed away within those years he left Nut. The point where Phob was due for consultation with his doctor. Nut urged Phob to live even if it meant that his arm would be amputated for the rest of his life.
I know the ending upsets or disappoints some people but I'd rather have that or risk Phob leaving Nut forever.
I was really engrossed to this. I know these kind of nostalgic series would shed tears and it did more actually. I saw the efforts of the actors portraying their roles really well. It really paid off. I think this was underrated and unpopular but hey sometimes underrated series turns out to be greater than the ones were all familiar to. I'm not saying that those popular BLs out there are bad, it's just lacking or having few depths in them but for this one, it is emotionally 6 ft. If you think you're expecting fluffiness and lovey-dovey stuff here, you thought wrong. This was one of the greatest BL series deserves praise because it was masterpiece ??

Could have love it more if it weren't about the misses it had.
This series is just one of the series that needs to be fleshed out more and have the potential just like Kissable Lips. This is just a mini series that could have been a lot better if longer and has more clarity about the plot and things like why Nawee nosebleeds and weaken just like that whenever he's out. There are more to tackle about the series that I felt neglected. This should not be a mini series at all but a longer one to answer all my questions. It's just ambiguous why Nawee nosebleeds. I got confused in the end when he said his father is dead already. I also wished that the series showed Aioun's and Nawee's fathers story. There's just a lot for this series to unpack.I love the main leads, their chemistry is beautiful and I think that's one of the saving grace of the series. Another is the OSTs. Goddamn, love it when Jeff hops on OSTs putting himself there. I'm so glad that they chose Jeff Satur to be the composer of the OSTs as well as the one who sang the songs. It's just chef's kiss!! I like the fact that Aioun never hesitated to confess his feelings to Nawee. I like the ending but still there are mishaps there.
In my opinion, I thought the series didn't answer all the questions I had in mind and it didn't resolved the conflict between Nawee and his so-called family, as well as his condition. I didn't like how aggressive is the character of Chap like he's one of the abrasive characters I've seen. Not a fan of another old ass fix marriage with the girl. I need y'all to stop that bcuz I would hate a series who has it. Thankfully the girl just walked away after the break up and didn't act like a fool trying to save the relationship. I also didn't like how indecisive Nawee here. He's just on the fence about Aioun. He just confess his love and they even slept with each other. Maybe he's just hurt after learning the planning engagement of Aioun and the girl. That maybe the reason why he held back. Long story short they ended up together.
If ever the directors and writers plan to make a season 2 for this, please make it better and don't leave us hanging trying to figure out some misses u made in this serues

Nice but average BL but still I enjoyed.
I think this series is not really keeping up with top-tier Taiwanese BLS out there. I feel like it has its own thing. The two main leads portraying as Zhe Zheshou and Fu Li Gong made me enjoy the series, them alone. I think I have issues with the flashbacks. I thought it would have been good if it's mix well within the first ep. I thought that without those two handsome male leads the scene felt dry and not that exciting. The second couple, uhmmm, nah not a fan of it. They're just unnecessary and lacking. They're my least likable second BL couple ever. Okay moving on. I found it dissatisfied to see Boris Wang rarely like bitch come on he's so eye-catching to look at. I don't care if he's just a supporting character but I would rather have him partnered with other actor and replace the second couple. The surprising cameos were nice. Not really expecting anything but I'm glad they're there. I'm conflicted with the feelings of both Zheshou and Li Gong. I thought it took years just for them to date each other. It's weird that Zeshou acted surprised when he saw the keychain in the little box hid by Li Gong. I don't think it doesn't make any sense knowing in EP 12.5 they both have it already. The blind dates are ridiculous, I don't even know why the hell they advised each other to plan double blind dates each other.
I'm okay with Nikita being like a love guru to the two main couples but when she dated Li Gong I was turned off and taken aback. It's just so downright weird . I thought that is best left as a concept rather than execution. I hate how sometimes Li Gong just broke up with Zeshou. It's so unfair for Zeshou knowing his mother just passed away and his father being indifferent about their same-sex relationship. I thought that just made it hard for me to sit through. Eversince that thing dropped one by one, I just can't help but have pity towards Zeshou. Besides the negative sides of this series I enjoy it.
I never expect anything I'm just enjoying the screen time of the two male leads. Overall this was a nearly decent but still mediocre series

MEANINGLESS YET ENJOYABLE YAOI FAIRYTALE
For some who enjoys light series with no in-depth plot but just bliss and fit of jokes and quirkiness. I wanna applaud the two main lead for carrying the show themselves without depending on supporting cast. The chemistry is just chef's kiss. Makes me wonder how the hell did u just let YoonTalay ship slip away just like that. I think their chemistry will boom a lot if they're given another series in my opinion. I just love their screentime and because of how they handle my attention til the end, they deserve applause.I love them cracking jokes with each other, being quirky then become serious sometimes is something I really adore. I love how unproblematic and light-hearted this series was, just the way I love it. Yaz it's a sitcom and because it's a sitcom I won't be expecting too much. They made me laugh and those sweet and sometimes cheesy interactions of both leads are cute.
I could see people hating this but this is just a plain sitcom so I think u might as well lower or let go your expectations for a better storytelling bcuz a lot of time sitcoms are there for laughs no more, no less.
This series was just something light for me who always encounter a BL with complicated plotlines and shit. Sometimes it's great to take a break watching those series. This series just succeeded making me laugh and enjoy over its sweet silliness.

The drama needing to be fleshed out more i.m.o.
For me, I think this miniseries needs to improve a lot in the execution of the plot/drama and the acting skills of the main lead. They have a little bit chemistry but it didn't add much to the flow of the series. The drama is rudimentary, there's not a lot of in-depth things here. I was really interested with the plot because it's easy to follow and not that complicated. I just hope that they add more eps. This is the opposite of Dew the Movie. The girl reincarnated in a man's body just the way I like it when it comes to that supernatural thing. Not really care much about the series, even in the end I was okay. I thought this was not bad but basic. That's about it.Was this review helpful to you?
