Upon realizing that she came from the future, his reaction was surprisingly nonchalant; he calmly revealed his awareness, saying, "I knew you were from the future." Ideally, his initial response should have been more reluctant, hesitating to send her back. However, the turning point occurred when he learned of the dire consequences – her potential death if she didn't return. This revelation should have left him devastated, adding a more emotional and impactful layer to the storyline.
