A Heart-warming Drama
⚠Caution- Contains a suicidal story.
- Contains disgusting scenes (blood, insects, liquids, slum places).
?Drama type
- This drama type is similar to Korean drama Taxi Driver and Japanese anime Detective Conan
- It has a main plot (the story about the main character and his family) while having the side plots running in each episode.
- Side plots: Each episode has its own conflict and will be resolved at the end of the episode. So, an episode has a different conflict story from other episodes. Example (does not contain spoilers): Episode 1 is about the death of someone ending his/her own life. Episode 2 is about the death of someone killed by someone, etc. If you don't like this kind of drama, then it's better to not watch it.
✅Pros
- The story is really heart-warming.
- Family-friendly.
- Unique main plot.
- Top-tier acting by the main character.
- Mysterious irritating yet funny and loveable personality by his uncle that you will be suspecting him in the entire drama.
- Adorable neighborhood character.
- This drama is for you who likes to hurt your eyes so the tears come out :")
- The duration is not too long so you can binge-watch it on a holiday night.
?Cons
- As always, because this is an original Netflix series (which only has no more than 10 episodes), there is a plot hole (plot missing) at the end.
- The side plot is somewhat boring and sometimes the conflicts are resolved too early/rushed.
- In the beginning, you might find it's annoying to hear the main character's voice because it's how the main character is.

Uninteresting at first, intense at the end
What's in each episode:1. At first, the drama is not so interesting. It shows some women working as "entertaining" women. They smoke and drink beer, a job that is considered illegal in South Korea. Nothing really interesting in episode 1. You gotta hang on to it.
2. You start to understand what is this drama about: A student running a secret-modern-remote security service where he is unknown to his employees and clients.
3. Romance stuff kicks in, but it's not overloaded.
4. Conflicts intensify.
5-8. You really enjoy the drama because of how stupid the characters are to solve their problems.
9. You start to think about how this drama ends.
10. The conflicts are still on fire that you now look for the ending. Some are somewhat satisfied (like me) and some are unsatisfied.

The Best Crime-Dark Comedy Drama I've Ever Watched
If Flower of Evil is the best Crime-Romance drama ever, I would like to put Vincenzo in the "best crime-dark comedy drama" category. It deserved to be in the top Korean dramas.Pros:
- Song Joong Ki. Yeah, I know most ppl anticipated this drama because SJK is the main lead. But, I have to admit that he's really good at playing in comedy-dramas.
- The comedy is always on point. It will make you laugh in every episode.
- The twists are so smooth that you can barely notice them and they're always wrapped with comedy.
- It shakes your entire(?) body. It heats your anger up.
- It actually tells about psychopaths without putting it in the drama's main topic so no one realized that this is a psycho-drama.
- The plot is so solid that it satisfies me. No duration-eater crying and romance scenes. I love how romance being the least portion of the drama genre. Many crime/action dramas are overshadowed by romance scenes and it's terribly annoying.
- I don't speak Italian, but the Italian words used in this drama are really ear-blessing ? I would like to learn those words too!
- I usually watch a drama because there's/re my fav actress, but Jeon Yeobin really stole my heart in this drama. I honestly think there's no other actress who could fit the role. She's not cool and badass enough, but I think that is to balance the action and comedy aspects. If her character is the same as SJK's, the comedy won't blend well with the crime-action aspects.
Cons:
- Ep 19 will make you facepalming ?♂️The most common mistake in the action drama, just like what happened in Flower of Evil.
- The anticlimax plot is too short/too fast that I found it unsatisfying.
- The romance scenes in the last episode are unnecessary tbh.

Almost the Best, but...
I believe there are a lot of reviews explaining the good parts of the drama. So, I'm here to give you some points about which one is lacking.- Firstly, it really reminds me of Attack on Titan, where it starts from fighting with the monsters and somehow it becomes fighting with humans.
- The first half of the drama is about defending and surviving in a world that has been occupied by monsters. The second half, however, is about fighting with a large group of robbers that came out from somewhere.
- At the very end of the drama, it tells you about escaping from military forces.
- The monsters are overpowered. The drama itself tells us that there's no way humans can defeat them.
- The monsters are occupying the whole country. It means there is a fvkcin lot of them.
- So, where are the monsters in the second half of the drama? THEY ARE GONE. The drama won't tell you where are they, how were they be killed, who are their killers, etc. Even that iconic long-tongued monster is gone.
- Although the drama tells us so, humans can defeat the monsters by burning them.
You are enjoying watching: humans surviving in a world of monsters and humans fighting against monsters.
You are deadly curious about how will they defeat all those monsters.
You are binge-watching the drama to see how the drama ends.
BUT, HAHAHAHA, out of nowhere there are robbery attacks. You no longer see the monsters.
Why it's "out of nowhere"? The drama doesn't tell you about the robbers at all before.
What happens with Ahjumma in the toilet next?
If the infected ones can recover from their wounds, why can a weapon maker Ahjussi die?
The drama doesn't tell us about infected ones can get out from a body (shell) to find a new body.
Conclusion (negative part only):
This drama is lacking consistency. They replace the monsters' attack (which is the drama's main value) with robbery and military.
Probably, these questions will be answered in season 2?
Still, the drama is so intense that you barely see what flops. Not going to lie, the actions and intense atmosphere are SO GOOD that IT FEELS LIKE WATCHING A 10 HOUR HOLLYWOOD HIT MOVIE.

Pros and Cons
As always, I'll write the pros and cons of this dramaPros:
- South-north Korean theme is always interesting
- Rich of natural comedy (innocentness at its best)
- Shows the contrast between South and North Korean daily life and technology
- 2nd main roles show us more natural + realistic romance life, so you will be given 2 romance stories. Thus, the romance story will not be boring. (I love Seo Dan more than Seri anyway lol)
- Will always make you curious what will happen next
Cons:
- Romance scenes take some important plots
- It's more "romance drama" than "action drama" (Vagabond is still much better if you're looking for the action one)
- There are plot holes on episode 10 (why it's that easy to cross the border)
- Needs further research about how to do "people exchange" on the South-north border. (Isn't it supposed to be done at DMZ?)
- Not-that-necessary some support roles (Seri's hired gang/mafia).
- Love makes you dumb and can start the war, this ruins the end part of the drama. (How could Ri re-crossed the border in front of 2 countries' armed military just to hug Seri for the last time?)

I was really thinking this drama would be boring. Fyi, I just finished watched Descendant of the Sun when I started to watch it. It was like (cultural term: culture shock) a shock when I watched this japanese drama. Also, I was really thinking the plot would not be a complicated just like korean drama. Yet, I kept watching. My motivation to watch it was because the female protagonist (I just knew her name is Kawaguchi Haruna when I wrote this review) is so cute, so-my-type, and... I love both japanese and korean drama which has cute and so-my-type female main character. Until half of whole episodes, I was still thinking the ending could be predicted. But! Yea, I can't write a spoiler here. Story: Interesting, you would like to see the ending as soon as you want +5
Plot twists: +2
Cute protagonist: +0.5
Rewatch it to understand who is who, why 'it' happens, and to answer so many questions in your head +1
It doesn't have humor (It's not like korean drama which can always make me laugh): -1
Music, soon after I heard it, I like it! +1
Total: 8.5

Absolutely THE BEST DRAMA I've ever Watched
I'll just write the pros and cons here in a list form. This drama is actually a slice of life drama. It's just like an anthology of short stories but the roles are the same.
Pros (not in any order):
I. OST-rich
2. No boring episode. Here, you have 5 main roles to watch, they are funny and are true friends.
3. This drama grants you a LOT of comedy in each episode
4. THE MOST REALISTIC KDrama I've ever found
5. This drama DOES have romance stories with perfect ratio (the drama isn't overshadowed by romance scenes).
6. This drama does NOT rely too much on past stories/conflicts. The past is just to explain that those 5 characters are friends since long ago and the history of how they became friends.
7. Rich of BEAUTIFUL LIFE STORY, no unnecessary plot twist.
8. WILL make you understand some of the medical terms and procedures.
9. THE BEST NATURAL COMEDY in K-drama ever. You will laugh just by watching their acts, in fakin' EVERY episode!
10. You will also be teary because of the kindness or sadness in the story. This drama's setting is in the live-or-die building after all.
11. It's planned to have the SECOND SEASON!!!
Cons:
1. It's too short. Only 12 episodes (1 hour ++) each. But, still not enough for me :(

2021 Best Survival K-Drama!
There are many survival K-Dramas in 2021. But, trust me. This one is the best in every aspect while the others are overhyped ones. If you are looking for the best survival drama, watch this! Never watch overhyped drama! Trust MDL's ratings more than Koran television's ratings.I've always been a fan of survival K-dramas. I want to see how the plot goes and how the writers give problem solutions to the conflicts in the plot.
So, as always, I'll just give you the summary.
Pros:
- It gives you an eerie atmosphere in every episode. Less talk, more atmosphere!
- No cringey lovey-dovey romance! Both (male lead & female lead) are focusing more on surviving and helping others than having a blooming love relationship.
- The plot is easy to understand, but it still gives you puzzles. Who is who, who did this and that, who will die, etc.
- This drama has plenty of characters/villains but they are really easy to be remembered.
- No sex scenes. Safe to be watched together with family (not for kids)!
- THE FEMALE MAIN LEAD IS STRONG, COOL, HEROIC, BADASS, NO CRY BABY, AIN'T SCAREDY-CAT. The writer(s) did justice to the female main lead in this drama, unlike in other action K-dramas where females always are the ones who have to be protected by males. This is what makes me score 10/10 ratings on MDL. I'm a male btw. I'm starting being a fan of Han Hyojoo <3
- No jumpscares and not that scary. Heart-friendly.
- Top-tier character developments: A kind-hearted person can be evil and vice-versa because of life-hanging conditions.
- The plot hole is there but it's almost invisible. Thanks to the scary atmosphere and the character's actions. You won't have enough time to think about the hole. You will spend your time reading the plot flow and thinking which character is likely to be alive, where is the antagonist.
- The plot twist is not that big, but it's there to surprise you.
- It portrays the daily life of metropolitan Korean families (kinda).
- This drama won't waste your precious seconds. The plot is solid and won't make you bored. Unlike other dramas where the talking scenes take longer than they should be, Happiness put the talking scenes to the nice timing with a good proportion.
- and many more I forgot what to write. I'll add them once I remember.
Cons:
- Only 12 episodes and this is a big deal.
- Needs more OSTs.
I think these cons have something to do with sponsorship. If I don't see Samsung in a drama, I assume the drama doesn't get enough $$.

Uh.
Well, I'm okay about Jukyung choosing lead A or B. It depends on the story anyway, not on the watcher's preference. We can't choose Jukyung's love partner, right? So I don't rate it low because Jukyung chose her partner that I don't like, not or I rate it high because Moon Gayoung is my favorite actress. Aside, these are the pros and cons I could remember lol.Pros:
- K-drama iconic school comedy scenes are everywhere! No need to worry about getting bored of this drama.
- Hwang In Yeop carries the drama on his shoulder. I mean, his acting is on point.
- Moon Gayoung can still be a high schooler foreverrr
- Supporting roles did their great job! This drama is so lovely and lively, thanks to them!
- This drama contains real social issues in South Korea: Bullying in schools.
- The conflicts between characters can really make you feel the bittersweet of the drama.
Cons:
- The biggest minus of this drama is Eunwoo's acting. While I do know his "handsome-ness" is important for the prince-like character, he's still much lacking in expressing the character's emotions. He looks like smiling while he's supposed to mad/angry/sad/etc. One part that satisfied me is when he found out that something wrong with his family and he had to mad. This was the first time I think his expression is correct.
- What da hell is that flying scene!? Too much and too far from realistic.
- Cringe scenes are overloaded (might be called "fan-service" for fans).
- Unsolved problems in the plot: Bullies end up nothing?
- Where's Hajin? We need her cameooooo :v

Yeah, acceptable
Because it's not a romance-comedy drama, the nuance/atmosphere is so eerie. Don't expect comedy, stop hoping you'll be laughing. Ngl, I don't like romance without comedy. I'm sorry So Hyun-ah T_TPros:
- Kim So Hyun
- Romance that "not that cringe"
- Consistent in picking a love partner(?) in this season. Acceptable plot.
Cons:
- No comedy that makes the drama so eerie
- Slow-paced drama. Too many dramatic-slow-motion scenes.
- Main-lead-centered drama. It could be a good drama if support roles have their story too. I demand Yukjoo more!
- Too much crying
- There are plots that need to be explained, but we got nothing a.k.a plot holes.
