The story line is so different from any other Korean movie I have seen. It's usually the older acteresses or actors a usually the grandpas or grandmas in the movies or dramas. But having the older generation as a lead is a breath of fresh air. Even though the older generation having an illnesses are cliche, the way it was done was refeshing as well. Instead of hanging her head down, she stil tries to go on with her life & tries to find who she is before the illness strikes her for good. This story is slow, but I couldn't stop the movie either.
The main actress stand out from anyone else is all I have to say. I liked Ahn Nae Sung's character. But the other characters either didn't really stand out or didn't like their character at all. One character was very creepy! *Cringe* Still thinking about makes me cringe some more. . .
The music was not the best attribute in the movie. I was so intrued by the acting & the story that I couldn't really pay attention to the score.
I wouldn't really re-watch this movie becuase this movie was pretty slow, even though it was good. But there were scenes that I couldn't watch at all. But if I ever re-watch this again, it for the character development of the female lead's character.
Overall, I recommend this movie to anyone who likes movies that have a slow pace, but good story. But you should still watch this is you like poetry, melodrama, & the actress.

The story is a little cliche, but I enjoyed it because the acting helped a lot. There are really good quotes made by Yankumi, Shin & Ryuichiro. There was great chemistry between Yukie & Matsumoto. The ensemble cast was great. There was great character development (the students that the show focuses on).
The acting was great. I actually like Goro as a character, he is funny.
I like the ending theme song.
I would rewatch this drama because it's light hearted comedy, but be prepared for tissues, but you would probably cry at some points of this drama.
I recommend this drama for anybody who likes the manga or anime. People who like light-hearted dramas, school-dramas & comedies.

So I decided to rewatch this drama from start & finished the ending! Yeah:)
Story: I haven't seen a lot of melodramas in Japan when I first watched it, so it was my first Japanese melodrama. The plot drove me to tears! Some parts of this dramas actually creeped me out(in a suspenseful way).
Acting: I loved the main leads together. They had pretty good chemistry together. I loved Narimiya Horiki in this drama. He was endearing to watch & so was Fukushi Seiji who plays Kanon's brother.
Music: Some were great. One song was played over & over during the drama. I like the main theme song & one other song that you have to listen to youself(watch the drama).
Rewatch: I put low because I was crying so much by the end of this drama & I don't want to have to cry all over again. But I'll rewatch it if I'm in for some melodrama

The story was new to me the time I watched it so I thought that it was an original story to me.
The Music was not memorable. I gave an 8 for a re-watch value is because there were very sad moments in the drama and there would be some of the scenes I would skip because I got frustrated at those scenes but there were funny moments too.

WARNING: SPAZZING OVER THIS DRAMA WITHOUT SPOILERS!! SORRY IF IT'S LONG GUYS/GALS/WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW!! SO. . . LET'S GET STARTED THEN. . . SHALL WE!?
I agree with people when they say, "THIS IS THE BEST DRAMA IN 2013!!" because it's true!
Story: 10/10 because this story is original. The plot was amazingly written. The characters were well thought out by the writer.
Acting: 10/10 because the leads had out-of-this world chemistry! Not lying about that. People who love this drama to pieces will understand that!! The characters were well written like I said earlier. The actors and actresses were chosen well! If the actors/actresses were different, then I probably wouldn't like this drama as much as I did, that's how much I love this drama.
Sorry for the ramble next category GOMEN/MIANHE!!!
Music: 10/10 because the BGMs were memorable, it sets the mood of the story very well, it was always on point to where it was going to be. It gave the moment from to be happy & cute to very dark, sad &/or serious in not time at all. Love it to pieces & the opening song was great too.
Rewatch value: 10/10 because it was cute and memorable, & some of the scenes were memorable and great to watch.
Overall: If I gave a rating I would give it 20/10 for this drama even more because how much fun it was to watch this and can't wait for the next episode to come out. I'm probably going to have a withdrawl from this. It was an addicting drama & it's now over.
Sorry for a very long drama review. Now you get it. If you haven't seen this, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! You should've watched the drama first. Oh well, that's life & that what people do sometimes. *SIGHS* SPAZZING OVER & OUT.

Story is very weird & the first episode kind of proves that, but it gets better and better as the episodes go by. But don't let the first episode or the story put you off, it's really funny, heartwarming & there are some serious issues in this drama.
The characters are so unique and different that I got to like all the boys and the main female lead's friends. There are a couple of life lessons along the way & I love the way the boys interact with not only the female lead, but also each other. I love how they all start to mature by the end of the drama. The characters are pretty fleshed out(the main ones of course).
music was okay, but not memerable. But some of the bgms are great to set the mood of the scene.
I would re-watch this when I want some laughs through out my day.
Overall, I recommend this drama to who like some or most of the cast( because it's a star cast), pranks, coming-of-age, comedy, their a little romance, eye-candy, heartfelt moments, some life lessons & some Japanese uniqueness, then you'll like this drama.

Story: 10/10 because in dramaland, a lot of times they write fiction stories, but these writer(s) decided to take an inspirational true story & turned it in to a drama.
Acting: 10/10 because this introduced me to Nishikido Ryo, Erika & Naohito. The actors & actresses in this drama was chosen well.
Music: 8/10 because I don't really remember to songs too well. . .
Reawtch value: 5/10 because this made me cry so much, almost every episode I start crying somewhere in this series. I only watched it twice, but it was hard to watch a second time.
Overall, I think it's a great drama to watch 1 time, but not more than once.

I really love this drama, I watched this drama about 3 times.
I gave the story a 10/10 because I love the story-line since the manga. It's one of my favorite Taiwanese dramas of all time. I've watched the anime before this because I was an anime fanatic at the time (mostly shoujo) and it was my favorite anime in the Shoujo genre.
I gave the acting a 9/10 because I thought that the acting was amazing. The chemistry was great.
I gave the music a 7 because it wasn't memorable except for the opening song "Say that you Love me" by Jason & Lara.
Re-watch 9/10 because there were great moments that I could watch over and over again. I would re-watch it to see the character development again and again.

Story: 9/10 because despite of some the cliches, it was still very enjoyable & had so much heart to the movie. What started as bickering, misunderstood relationship; it became something more & I got to watch that on screen.
Acting: 10/10 because I love Zhen Xin & Tai Yu together. Their friendship & their budding romance was very believable & I enjoyed their journey. Wang Darren as Tai Yu was fantastic! He's funny, sweet & lovable despite his tough exterior because of his past. I also enjoyed Vivian as Zhen Xin as well. She took Zhen Xin and brought her to life from her acting to her appearance! I didn't recognize her at all(Vivian is the main lead in Taste of Love). Ouyang was nice & sweet, but felt very one dimensional. When Ouyang unintentionally hurt Zhen Xin, it hurt me too. The chemistry was there as well.
Music: 7/10: it was adorable, but barely remember it. Too invested in the story too listen to the music.
Rewatch value: 10/10 because the movie was adorable & easy to watch.
Overall, if you like the cast, typical mean guy, nice girl troupe, realistic character development & friendship dramas/movies. . . Then you should watch this movie.

Story 10/10: because this was my first war movie made in Thailand. The story was well-written & I wanted to know was what another country like during that time. I only seen it in Korea, Japan, Russia & American's point of view in Asian movies & movies in general. I wanted to see it in a different point-of-view.
Acting 10/10. The actors were amazing, especially the leads. I cried with them & smiled a little when there were happy moments. The acting was the best part of this movie & I hope to see the leads in a different drama or movie soon.(I'm trying to watch Thai dramas & movies)
Music 9/10: The set the tone of the movie & the BGMs were memorable.
Re-watch value 6.5/10: There were a lot of sad moments in this movie & some of the scenes were hard to watch becuase I was crying so hard.
Overall, I definitely recommend this movie to anyone who likes Thai movies, the actors, romance, drama and/or war movies/dramas.

Story: 10/10 because it's the story we know and love. It stay true to the manga more than the original, but that doesn't mean that I liked the older Japanese version either.
Acting: 8.5/10 because I thought that the leads did a fantastic job. It might be stiff at first because it the first couple of episodes, but the acting gets a lot better. Nakatsu in this one is funny as heck also.
Music: 6/10 the only reason it's lower than the other one(2007) is that they used the same music(it was a while back when I watched it so I don't remember if some of the music changed).
Rewatch value: 10/10 because it the story we know & love, stays true to the manga, has some changes the made me like the story more, & the acting is great to me.
Remember: this is my personal opinion, if you don't like it, then that's fine.

The story was really different from other melodramas I have seen in a while. A somewhat orginally story with some cliches done right. It made me cry so much & also made me happy when they were falling for each other. There were a couple of funny moments, but it's mostly a serious, dark & heart-wretching drama.
I have seen the main lead in I Need Romance 3 & she can act. Her characters are totally different in both shows. I have seen Seo In Guk in Master's Sun, Reply 1997, the K-Will's music video(Please Don't) & Love Rain so I have seen he is a great actor.
I loved the music in the drama. It set the tone of this drama well. I loved the song the female lead sang(I can't find the name of it(I think it was)). I think it was the only vocal song there was mostly in the last 2 episodes it plays. It was sad, beautiful and had powerful lyrics.
The rewatching value is lower than anything else is because it's so sad, but I would rewatch it for the interactions of the characters, the character development & the music.
Overall, I recommend it to people who are fans of Seo In Guk & the lead actress. Or if you want to watch a mini drama. But prepare the tissues, I think you will use a lot of them in this drama.

Story: 10/10 because what can I say? This is my first j-drama after all. My first gender bender story-I think so. The plot was well-written in my personal opinion.
Acting: 10/10 because it was very comedic & I thought they got into their roles well. I've read the manga, & I like this version very much so. I couldn't choose between Sano & Nakatsu to be with Mizuki.
Music: 7/10 some of the BGMs are memorable to be like "be silent", and some were catchy theme songs, but not as memorable.
Rewatch value: 10/10 this was an amazing story. I would rewatch this drama over & over when I have time. I've watched this 3-4 times already.
If you like gender-bender stories, frienship, romantic-comedies, or plain old comedy, then you'll like this drama for sure.

Story: 10/10 this drama what got me into some of the police/detective dramas that I watched later on my Asian drama journey. It was well-written & the character development is well-done.
Acting: 10/10 because I love the main leads. I've never seen the lead actress before this drama, but I have seen Hiro & Oguri in different drama before this drama & I think this is the best roles for them. There was great bromance, The male(Shu) & female(Yuki) lead's chemistry was great too even though it was not a romantic-comedy.
Music: I love the BGMs to bits. The opening & ending theme were amazing. Some not memorable, but I can over look that.
Rewatch value: 10/10 the comedic moments in this drama is amazing. I've watched it 3 times all the way through, and many, many more times to watch the comedic moments in the drama.
I think the genres in this are the following:
Drama, Comedy, Mystery, Police, Crime & Friendship.
If you like any of this genres you should give it a try.

Haru ga ita tells the story about the question, "What is a normal family?" And also tells you about accepting a person for who they are, and not what it's on the surface (your partner, family and so on). There things in the drama that are touched upon that people don't talk about very often (can't say because it is spoilers). But I am glad they did. What I loved about this drama was it was about family and the romance was actually not the main point of the drama (it was there I promise). The romance had cliches, but I think it was about Naoko and Ji Won learning about each other through her family. It was also Ji Won's acceptance and influence changed her and her family's views of each other and life. I did like that each episode was about each family member and Ji Won and their life.
The acting was not ground-breaking, Kai did a good job for what he was given. Kai does a fantastic job in sad scenes(emotional). Even with the language barrier, I thought he and Kana had a nice chemistry (especially in the beginning). I also give a shout out to Sano Shiro who plays Naoko's father. He did a nice job protraying someone that had a lot of inner conflicts with himself (watch for yourself).
Music was something I wasn't paying attention to, but loved that the BGMs matched the tone of the show. But I really did like the ending theme song "Loving you Mo(re?)" by EXO.
You will either like or hate the ending. I actually like the ending because it was open ended. I felt that even though it didn't end like I expected to, but Ji Won and Naoko are going on with their lives better than they have known if they didn't met in the first place. (Pitch forks are probably aiming in my direction).
Overall, I like the drama for what it was, a family drama with a dash of romance. You might prepare tissues, just in case because I did cry in some parts of the drama. If you like dramas about family and make you think a little bit, then this drama is for you. Also if you are a Kai or any of the actor's/actress fans, then this drama is for you.
