Where to start with this review.....

Plot: The story started off really strong the first half of the series, and the misunderstandings that happened between Leo and Yixun were beleivable and not frustrating. However episodes 11-13 were irritating to watch with the continued misunderstandings, neither party would come clean and admit their feelings, and her friend Xiatong kind of interfering with things. The last two episodes however made up for those couple of episodes. The ending kind of reminded me of the j-drama Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake, but with a bit of a different twist and I have to say I like Lavender better.

Acting: For the most part it was good, but "Maggie's" Engrish *shudders*. I was pleasantly surprised at how good "Leo's" english was and it is probably the best I've ever heard in a t-drama.

Music: For the most part was good, but the song Leo sang at the end of the last episode I loved!

As far as the re-watch value goes I would say it is pretty good because the plot was enjoyable save a few episodes and I can see myself just randomly watching an ep. here and there.

If you like sad, romance, friendship, family, and slice of life movies. You'll probably enjoy this one, and even if you don't it's a movie worth watching at least once.

This is such a sweet yet sad and beautiful yet heartbreaking story. It reminded me a lot of the American movie A Walk To Remember or the Japanese movie Tada Kimi Wo Ashiteru. In a nutshell the main girl meets the guy accidentally due to a mix-up and they start dating. The guy later discovers that she has cancer, and she breaks up with her even though he doesn't want to. In order to not completely spoil the end I won't go into more details, but essentially it's about living your life to the end with someone that you love.

This movie had me crying like crazy -even more than the drama/movie 1 Litre of Tears did- The story is so touching yet real that it caught me by surprise. I'm not a cryer and I didn't expect this movie to be as much of a tear jerker, so keep plenty of kleenex handy while watching!

Acting was great by all parties, but at the very beginning I found the main actress a little stiff in a way. However she found herself toward the middle and end, it made up for the bad beginning.

Music: I loved the ending song and there were some good songs throughout the movie. Nothing earth shattering amazing, but everything was ok.

Rewatch Value: I sure will rewatch this movie again. In my opinion it's a classic and will be a favorite of mine.

This was such a good drama! I started watching the new taiwanese version of this, and while that one so far is really good and funny it's not quite the same -even though it's not really fair to compare the two. Overall the plot of this one is excellent and I was a little leary at first to watch it as I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but after the first episode I was hooked into watching this. There is a love triangle and I thought the end was done well (I'm a bit of an oddball as to who I thought should end up with Rikko, since I was more for the guy than the robot -the end has quite a twist so I don't think I've revealed too much but if I have I'm terribly SORRY!!) Anyways a good combo of romance, betrayal, friendship, teamwork, cooking of course, and life in an company that I'm sure almost anyone would enjoy.

The acting was superbly done by all parties. Night's actor did a terriffic job with all the "malfunctions". Soshi's actor was really good as well playing the part of guy that I likes her even though she does yet doesn't like him. Rikko did a good job as well though the last couple episodes were a little frustrating to me -indecisive main girls = head against wall. All the other characters were well done as well mika was a great frenemy and night's creator was outstanding as well. This drama just had such a good overall cast between the main characters, supporting characters, and even the random characters interspersed.

Music was good from what I remember -I have a terrible memory for music that I don't play myself on the piano, violin, ect....

This is definately a drama I would rewatch and I would highly recommend it to people checking out J-dramas for the first time or looking for something a bit different than most k-dramas or t-dramas.

The story of line of the drama is so sad, especially since it is based on a true story. The plot overall is good, but I was a little ticked off at the male lead the last one or two episodes (It would be a spoiler if I told you what happens).

The acting is amazing for all parties, but especailly the female lead -her portrayal of the disease progression was so convincing and heartbreaking to watch.

The music from what I can remember was fine and not to repetitive, so I left its score blank.

I will definately rewatch this drama again and I highly recommend at least watching this once.

Ok, so the good points: good acting, decent soundtrack, and some cute/touching moments.

Bad points: The plot was just too full of angst in the latter episodes and the ending was simply attrocious (Makes me mad just thinking about it and wanting to pull out my hair- well maybe not that far, but close)

Overall I thought the general concept of the drama was fine and the plot was good until about just over halfway through -then things got complicated and went way downhill from there. This drama had one of the most frustrating and irritating endings I've ever seen. There were plenty of laughs and cuteness in the beginnig episodes, and some in the later episodes but in lesser ammount. I will not likely be watching this again, as I didn't like the ending at all and it was just an ok drama overall. (Was a 7* drama until the latter episodes knocked it down to 5*'s) Acting was well done by all parties, and I think Mari was one of my favorite characters with her attitude and personality. So if you watch this drama be warned it's good until the ending which, as noted several times, frustrating.

Okay let me start off by saying this movie's plot is not very original at all, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as I have really liked movies and dramas with similar plots.

This story was very sweet -a boy and girl start dating and then they find out she's sick (his grandfather had this happen too only he had gone away for army service and came back to find out that the girl had passed away while he was gone). However, and this is a big however, the plot progression was almost painfully slow and boring until about the last 15 minutes, which were really good. The ending itself was good, but a bit bittersweet just to warn you.

The acting was okay for the most part, but I just couldn't really find the "connection" with the main characters. Music was fine, nothing earth shatteringly amazing or annoying. Will I rewatch this? No, because the plot was slower than molasses on ice in antartica in january.

The plot was pretty good and they threw in some interesting twists into the story. The male lead is a playboy college student that sleeps around with all sorts of girls. One day on his way home from his work at a "gambling" house the grandmother asks him to see if "she's" all right after the carriage zoomed past him and crashed into a gaurd rail. That's when he meets Josee. He likes Josee pretty much right away, but she really doesn't care for him and her grandmother seems to have mixed feelings about him as well. After that you can kind of guess what happens, but if you really want to know you'll have to watch it for the details.

I liked the quirkiness of the plot and how it showed that people with physical challenges love and can be loved too. I want to caution younger viewers a bit if they are considering this movie, because there were quite a few sex scenes, nudity, and more adult themes. Acting was good for the most part, but it wasn't stellar and some of the supporting characters were kind of weak. I read the comment down below that said the ending was weird, but I didn't expect it to make me go what the hey just happened here, and you expect the movie to come back on and explain more, but it doesn't. So in other words I didn't love the ending, since it left me hanging. I will most likely not rewatch this movie, because while it wasn't awful it wasn't great either. If you're looking for a mature (college aged or adult) and bittersweet romance/drama movie this might be a good pick, but if you're looking for a light and fluffy love story this wouldn't be a good pick.

This movies is definitely different. The plot I found was rather slow paced compared to what I expected. For most of the movie the plot was pretty mundane, but had a few funny parts scattered in. Now, I didn't love this movie, but it was ok. I was also a bit creeped out by the older guy and young girl's relationship -yes it could happend and at least he was a decent guy, but still it was just a bit akward for me.

The acting was very good and you could "feel" the actors pining for each other, more so on soo-young and Ajuhssi's relationship than Ha-Kyung and Sook's.

There were some good songs scattered throughout this movie, but nothing too stellar. The rewatch value is poor because although it was ok, I don't think I'd watch this again.

Overall I loved the plot for the first 5ish episodes, and while the plot was ok after that I felt it just got a bit too slow. It would have been an even better drama in my opinion if they had cut a couple of episodes or revised the plot a little. (For example: while the school cultural festival was nice it just seemed a bit out of place in this drama -I did love all the crazy costumes though! Also, the episode at the study retreat with the teacher and his son scene seemed a little out of place as well -I know they were trying to make a point, but they could have done it differently). This drama was primarily about the growth of friendships, comraderie, yankees, a hint of romance, families, and just overall school life. I would recommend watching this if you liked other school oriented dramas like kinyo club, hana yori dango, boys before flowers, nodame cantabile even though the premise is quite different than the other dramas.

The acting was good, although there was overacting in some parts due to the character the actors and actresses were portraying, but in a way something about the acting just didn't always click with me and I can't place my finger on it.

Music was enjoyable and fit really well with each scene (I love the piano piece toward the end of the last episode when the main guy is thinking -if anyone knows what it is please let me know!!)

I would rewatch this drama, but this is one of the dramas where although I liked it I don't want to watch it again for quite a while.

For me this drama was one of those that started strong and then slowly went downhill from there. The plot at the beginning was fun and was really cute until episode 9 or 10. I loved the relationships between the students and Bo Ri developed -you could tell she truly cared about all the students and her being a "legend" at the school was quite funny. After that the love triangle that formed became really tiring and I found myself was feeling really, really frustrated with the whole situation, people, and how the characters handled things. The last 5 minutes of the last episode was really cute though.

Acting very good by all parties -you could feel the frustration and confusion Bo Ri felt, the brokenheartedness and love of Tae In, and the sympathy and bittersweet feelings Teacher Hyun woo had for Bo Ri. Hyun Woo's sister and Tae In's mother was kind of a B at times, but I thought her role was appropriate since she prevented what wouldn't have worked out. Tae-In's father seemed like a level headed individual except at the beginning when he had a bit of a cold shell.

Music was fine with nothing exceptional nor terrible. Rewatch value is low because although I loved the first half of the drama, the latter half was just so so.

I really liked the first 6 episodes, but honestly I really did not like the middle episodes (ep 7-12ish?) -it took me forever to drag myself to even watch the end of this drama because I disliked the middle episodes so much. However, the last few episodes were amazing. I thought the whole story was really well done overall, but the middle episodes could have used some teaking. This is very unique compared to most other K-dramas even though the premise is very similar. Music was very good from what I remember and the acting was superb. I most likely will rewatch this drama, but I may skip some of the middle episods since they just didn't jive with my taste. I loved all the stunt team action and the main lead was did so well with his character's quirky nature (tracksuits anyone? lol XD).

The story was really cute, but there was WAY too much filler. I fast forwarded at least 10 minutes of every episode and it still made sense. I always get a bit frustrated when the "other" girl tries to take back the buy, but it all ends well don't worry. The last scene is quite funny and akward -I would be so embarassed and ticked if my parents did that to me on my honeymoon.

The acting was really good by all parties and it wasn't too over the top. There were lots of silly moments, but they all worked.

The music from what I remember is fine, and I would rewatch this drama again in the future although I will be fast-forwarding through part of every episode like the first time or skipping a selected few episodes.

I thought the general idea for the plot was unique and fun, but I really felt bad for the main guy as he was "tortured" by the girl disguised as a guy. The blind date breakup plot in the beginning was really funny and enjoyable to watch. The main thing that p.o.'d me was how the grandmother changed her opinion of the girl when she found out she was a girl and not a guy. I was also a bit disgusted like the other user about the guy liking her as a guy -it was just akward and just plain wrong on so many levels.

The acting by all parties was excellent, as the emmotions and reactions were so realistic and not over the top when compared to other k-dramas. Music was fine, I must admit the intro song was adorable, and I would rewatch this again at a later date when I get through most of the dramas on my to watch list.

I'm going to have to go against the grain of everyone and say I didn't love this drama. Shocker I know?!

The first episodes were very good and I enjoyed this drama, but then things just started getting too dark for my tastes. I thought the plot was very unique and it did combine elements of almost every genre of dramas, but some of the latter episodes in my opinion were a bit draggy and dark which kind of screwed this drama for me (like the ones with the psycho dude and her step-dad). The ending was pretty good as well, but there were some elements I felt could have used a little more closure (not much really just little details that would have made it better).

Acting was amazing by all parties in the drama, as like someone else metioned most taiwanese dramas lack genuine emotions but this one definately didn't. Chemistry between the main leads was perfect and especially more so in the middle episodes. Music I think, if I remember correctly was fine but nothing exceptional. The rewatch value is low because I just was not a fan of the drama, though I loved the acting, which makes it even stranger that I don't like it. Maybe there was just too much mish moshed in this drama for my taste -I really don't know?

This has to be THE BEST J-drama I've ever seen.

The plot was excellent in story and pacing, and only contained a few realistic "roadblocks" to their relationship. Although it's essentially a typical poor/rich romantic drama the script writers, producers, and actors just did such a good job, which made it really stand out from all the others. The ending was really cute too.

The acting was phenominal and the chemistry of the actors was perfect.

Music is rated low because although I liked the soundtrack at first they kept playing the same songs over and over which got kind of old. (I think they used some of the titanic sound track).

I will definitely rewatch this drama.
