Very bad!

The usual nipple twister makjang except this one take a wonky unfavorable route because it thinks itself special. At least other daily melo can deliver "something". Even if we disregarded the ending, the drama was infested with retardation throughout its run. I detest this piece of garbage with passion. The one thing I hated the most is whenever Moo Yool & Yoo Jung looked at each other or muttered a single word, Soo Hyuk would instantly spawn out of thin air and screech like a pig. This is definitely Choi Yoon Young's & Sung Hoon's worst drama they starred in.

The creepy obsessed Soo Hyuk ended up with Yoo Jung. It would have been infinitely better if she ended up alone or if she died or anything!! Soo Hyuk's father killed both Yoo Jung's sister and father, then his mother tried to kill Yoo Jung's mother too! Still, they ended up together and had a kid. On the other hand, initially, Moo Yool's predicament with Yoo Jung seems very simple. He used to date Yoo Jung's sister when they were teens +10 years ago before she died.

The cringest womanizer!

Not sure if this is a revenge drama or a harem one. There are like 5 women lusting over the main guy. Fitting its title a "bad boy". All of the relationships seems to be written by a teenage girl in her fanfiction blog. Maximizing the cringe! It's borderline a comedy for how silly and goofy it was. It's the worst revenge drama I've ever seen. I read that the drama was cut short by 3 episodes because of Kim Nam Gil military service, this forced a ridiculously baboonish last episode which was the icing on the cake to make it a certified bad drama. Again, fitting its title.

Decent

This drama had a good example of how to do a proper "enemies to lovers" relationship instead of the usual light banter we get. The leads actually hated each other intensely with lots of bad blood between them and it took them quite some time to change that. The elder sister story I wasn't a fan of, it felt flat and lacked depth. Meanwhile the son's story was almost non-existent with the usual cameos every now and then for a comedic relief. More focus on the family was needed. The drama itself was decent although it was lacking in many areas and the last 10 episodes weren't as interesting.

If only it didn't have the 2nd son "Dae Pung"

My biggest problem with this drama was Dae Pung. I've never seen a more obnoxious, childish, repulsive and sleazy character like him. I can't stress enough how annoyed I was watching the drama because of him. He's the type of the character that's always loud no matter what, I wish I could turn down the volume just for his character, I actually had to watch the drama at slightly lower volume than usual because of him. He gave me physical pain. He didn't deserve to have a love interest. I hated him and his story.

Anyway, the other stories were fine. Mi Pung's story get brought up for a scene every few episodes, you'll always keep forgetting about him. Sun Pung's story had some attention at the beginning then became similar to Mi Pung's case. Jin Poong's story was the only one that was constantly present and had some development. The drama was lacking to create a good family dynamic, the individual stories were the main focus and the family felt like it was their to react not to interact. I gotta say, the old geezers in the drama were likeable.

On another note, watching kids bully each other because one's mother is dead was more of a comedy rather than being sad. At this point, this trope should end because it's cringe.

Tough

Yeah it's kinda fucked up how they took the events but regardless of these events, the drama remained weak with subpar writing and passable performance from the cast. I wish the outcome was different, they could've taken the story in a very interesting direction. Since everything happened they didn't even let Dong Woo speak. Really saving a lot of effort in the writing. Otherwise, it would require a very careful write up not to ruin what they built.

Watchable

The drama biggest highlight was Seo Yoon & Joon Soo story. They had such a great chemistry. Even as individual characters, their chaotic energy was entertaining to watch. Unfortunately, their story almost concluded within the first half while the second half they barely had any screen-time. Which is also unfortunate because the other stories/couples couldn't carry the drama after that. I didn't like Sang Wook & Ji Suk story and Kang Suk & Ae Da story at all, nor I liked their chemistry. However, many characters had a decent and memorable characterization which helped padding the second half.

Unnecessarily long for such a short story, the comedic/lighter moments weren't good enough to fill the gaps. There wasn't much chemistry between the leads. Both male lead sucked. All the relationships sucked, romantic and non-romantic ones. By the end, I couldn't care less who would end up with who.

It completely fell apart once the situation of the body swap settled in. No comedy, no romance, barely serviceable story and dull characters.

The relationship between the 4 leads was boring and dry. Both male leads can't act to save their life which led to a lackluster chemistry with their female counterpart. Their love story was below average. The 16 episodes barely had enough events, they were riding on a single element that is being a fake doctor.

There was an attempt....

Su Jung ain't worth it! This version of Beauty and the Beast is just not good and full of uncomfortable cringe. There's another drama with a similar concept called That Fool (2009) which did it better.

What kind of male lead is this? All he does is frowning, shouting and being an aggressive douchebag. It's full of unlikable characters and the how they executed the story didn't help either. The kid is included in the plot but had a total of 3 scenes. And then there's the half-assed ending...

Pain

As it is clearly obvious just from reading the synopsis, this drama revolves entirely around this love square from the first second to the last. It's definitely an intense and exhausting love square, if only the leads had some brains it wouldn't had lasted as long. What bothered me the most is how both leads behave and act as if they came from a foreign planet. The drama is entirely driven by no communication, no explanation and a sprinkle of misunderstandings. From the end of episode 3 it will give you everything you need to know and expect from it.

Watchable but there were a lot to dislike

Not a love triangle but a love square with priesthood. The religious theme is quite prominent throughout the drama especially in the second half, it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Too many over-dramatic elements were intertwined that it ruined the later parts. They should've kept in focus and narrowed it down.

All of the four pairs relationships didn't have any depth or whatsoever. Not even a proper build up was provided. If you thought this is about the sisters relationship then you'll be mistaken, it focuses mainly on their love interests and whatever comes with that. I found most of the characters were poorly written, they have the motivation of a first grader, even throwing a tantrum like one. Even if we considered the pairs relationships, all of them were underdeveloped. The romance failed and the family drama failed, not sure what else left to it. The performance was average at best, I've seen Chae Rim doing far better in other projects.

Hmm

Prepare for anguish because that's all you gonna get. I liked the characters and the story but my god they smashed the anguish button at full force. These old dramas have all what it takes to create a powerful story but they always take that route.
