Mootha, the naive and innocent twin, came to find a job in Bangkok where she met Veekit, her co-worker. They became friends and Veekit started to like her, but she only liked him as a friend, he was heartbroken but continued to be there to help her. When she met her boss, a managing director, named Janepope, she fell in love with him. Janepope is a player, he already has a wife and 3 kids, but he tricked Mootha into falling for him anyway. When his wife found out that he was having an affair with Mootha, she humiliated Mootha at work and told Janepope to stop seeing her. Mootha became depressed when she found out that Janepope wasn't allowed to see her. Due to the humiliation, she went back home where she committed suicide, which was on the same day as when her older twin sister, Moonin, came home. Moonin felt that she was one of the caused for her sister's death, so she decided to get revenge for her sister by going back to Bangkok and pretended to be Mootha. Reviews
Intense. This Lakorn was one of the first I ever got into watching and It was worth every minute. The story line was so unique and dramatic that I couldn't wait to see what would happen next!
I didn't honestly get interested in the story until the second sister was introduced.
The main actor and actresses pretty faces were icing on the cake to their WONDERFUL acting. Some of the conflicts the actors and actresses were put into seemed to really affect me.
The main lead almost seemed too nice to me though.. if that is possible... and the first female lead introduced in the beginning seemed too naive to the point I got very angry.
The actor who played the main antagonist of this drama did a wonderful job because I truly despised his character with every bone in my body.
I didn't pay attention much to the music because of how interested I was so into the story.
There are a lot of different emotions in this drama and I would recommend going into this lakorn prepared to cry , and very much prepared to become angry.
The chemistry between the leads was not the greatest but somehow it was made up for by the end of the drama.
I definitely recommend this lakorn to anyone looking for a dramatic drama full of secrets, revenge and learning to forgive.
You should definitely check it out!! Enjoy!!!
Strong story with weak cast
This was not an easy watch. You cannot go with a story like this if it's not played well, and there were bits of it that were strong, even with this cast (Janie Tienphosuwan cannot measure up to Anne Thongprasom, though she DOES look slutty in that dress) but there were moments there when I kept thinking: when I'll see this with Ken Theeradeth, THEN it shall have the right impact on me! Because, the 2001 version is still on my watchlist. I'll definitely watch it, but coincidentally I watched this first. As some other review here states this story is not for the fainthearted, I can vouch that you don't need to worry that much: because it was Ken Phupoom Phongpanu, and not Ken Theeradeth, I managed to watch this rather unmoved. By the way, the existence of 2019 Raeng Ngao 2 is a mystery to me, it's completely unnecessary and unwatchable, I don't know who did get the bizarre idea to even make it. This 2012 version is not entirely bad, but this cast is not doing it for me. I'll need to see the 2001 version with Ken-Anne to really judge whether I appreciate this story or not...
