Juniors who work with seniors and their struggle they face together at work. The one thing that differs is the profession, Incomplete Life is about working as office worker, Live is about working as police. Also similarity between both drama main leads' background, they initially wasn't intended to work as office worker and police.

Both shows give off a similar vibe. They both portray the hardships of the workplace, as well as the strong bonds that come with it.

Live is similar to Misaeng in that the characters are so loyal and caring to one another. The characters have a cute and touching relationship.

In Misaeng: Incomplete Life, main lead is an old Go pro player and obsessed with Go also and Hikaru no Go is a drama about mainly Go, but not also Go,, both of the dramas has character develepments and life lessons. Every character has a value, not only main leads

I feel like these two have a lot in common!
- shows the little struggles each person does and how they can overcome it
- the teamwork they need to have in order to succeed
- struggles and difficulties faced

They both focus on the working world of young people. They focus on the struggles and hardships of working. Starting a new job and finding your way in it. Their both very realistic.

The faster-paced Japanese remake of Misaeng follows a similar arc and has many similar relationships, but has a different tone and its own context and soul. It's funny and inspiring and fits perfectly into the light Japanese business drama mold without being predictable. I wouldn't recommend watching one immediately after the other, though.

Both the dramas are realistic; every character in these dramas is well thought out and portrayed. Also, the story lines are logical and have a strong impact on the viewer.

Both have a main character who likes the GO game. It contains many lessons and wisdom based on the rules and spirit of GO. so inspiring and has great main lead character growth. actually, if you watched the two of them you can feel it's like two different dimensions but relatable! for example, if "Jang Geu Rae" met someone like "Chu Ying" or "Yu Liang" he would never stop playing GO. so it's like "Shi Guang" is the future "Jang Geu Rae" in a different dimension!

Both these dramas are set up in the work place. In both of them, we follow a group of young people who are making their first step in the working field.

While The Best Moment To Quit Your Job is about four female friends struggling to adjust to their work place, Misaeng is more about trainees learning the in and out of the company they intern in and the subsequent struggles they'll encounter.

Radiant Office is also about the struggles of new people in an office, their bosses, office life, business, etc.
But it is lighter and brighter with a subtle romance. While Misaeng (Incomplete Life) is on the more serious and darker side.
