This is a movie as opposed to the drama, but this also shares a similar point of love transcending different people during the same lifetime.

This is a movie
But one lead is changing appearances regularly and he finds it difficult to find true love.
But when he does he's wondering how to keep this love with his changing appearances.

Both dramas has the same kind of concept/plot which involve the body swapping part. The story is not focused on people's appearance but their inside.

Both films present the topic of physical appeareance, the relationship with our own bodies in terms of how we are viewed and recognised by others and how we identify ourselves with our own body as part of ourselves.

In The Beauty Inside, the ML, Kim Woo Jin, was played by over twenty-one different actors since the story is about a man who transforms into a different people/ bodies everyday : a man, a woman, a foreigner, even a child. Therefore, he can't have a normal and average life as others.

Both have the different "faces" different "actors" playing one character

What would you do if you woke up with a new face every day? Woo Jin, a man who designs furniture for a living, is used to this. An elderly man, a little boy, a chubby woman, a foreigner, Woo Jin has grown accustomed to his supernatural “situation.” The only people that know of his illness are his mother and his best friend, Sang Baek.

One day, Woo Jin meets Yi Soo, a girl who works for a furniture store and instantly falls in love with her. Since his physical identity changes frequently, he continues to visit her daily, acting as a customer that she has never seen before. Woo Jin finally musters up the courage to talk to her and ask her out on a date. The perfect date passes by and Woo Jin, knowing that his face will change once he falls asleep, attempts to stay awake for as long as he can. He meets Yi Soo for three consecutive days and Yi Soo also falls in love with him. However, Woo Jin can no longer fight sleep. He passes out and wakes up with a new face. Will Woo Jin tell Yi Soo about his condition? What will Yi Soo think?

Both MLs have the unusual ability of transforming into different people, and the FLs learn their secret very early on in the story.

When I watched the Trailer the first thing that came to my mind is this movie. Both are heartbreaking and i love them both.

Both movies have the same actress for the female Lead, both deal about a romance story where one of the pair has to deal with a disability/condition.
Always is more dramatic than The Beauty Inside.

Multiple people involved in a relationship with one person...:

In KMHN 7 personalities/characters due to multiple personality disorder, played by one actor; meanwhile in TBI 21 actors playing one and the same character!

Oh, and both have one actor in common: Park Seo Joon.
In KMHM he plays the 2nd lead character, in TBI he is one of the 21 actor/actresses who plays the male lead character.

1- the female lead is an actress.
2- the male lead is not related to the film industry.
3- pretend to be in love to solve rumors.
4- fall in love in real life but articles says they broke up.

Both leading actresses give off the same vibe. Similar message and theme centred around the relationship between the two main characters- and how the man's 'condition' affects that relationship.

If you are a psychological/romance film fan, then you should definitely check out both.

- both a feel-good romance
- nothing too heavy or cringey
- lighthearted and some comedy
- brings a small message/theme at the end
