They are similar in premise in that two sisters get seperated after the death of their father -one is taken in by their rich grandfather (instead of a rich stranger) and the other a poor and mean family (her brother is taken in by a friend of the rich stranger). They end somewhat similarly as well.

They both are about two sisters that get seperated, although in rooftop prince it was intentional and not accidental. Both female main leads have amnesia too from accidents.

Switching and sending your birth child to a wealthy family as the heiress and keeping the real heiress as your family. Receiving gifts and benefits from wealthy family. Wealthy family trying too hard to make you feel welcome and distancing you from your poor family.
