both male and female leads fell in love the first time they met in the female leads kingdom but then lost their memories of each other. the second time they met they were in the male leads kingdom and is betrothed to one another but male lead already had someone he likes but eventually falls for the female lead.

both female leads do whatever they want, wild, brave and lovable. both male leads are very scheming.

but I would def recommend Untouchable Lovers if you like Good Bye My Princess and because since it's not completed yet and you want to watch something like GBMP you should watch UL since it is completed!

Both have a similar level of impressive scheming with a half and half focus on the romance and the schemes

Both dramas follow the main couples love through many lives.
The male lead in both shows are in a position where they hold a lot of power. and the female doesn't remember her past with the male lead.
All in all both dramas are similar in a way, but i wouldn't say they have a similar story line. it's definitely different.

1) Both of the girls fall in love with a man (the male lead) they are not supposed to.
2) The men they both love are power hungry and will do anything to get what they want
3) The male lead then tries to win back their love after realizing they have lost it
4) Both male leads forced to marry another woman for power whilst being married to the female lead simultaneously and leaves her to her own devices to try and protect her.
5) Both female leads leave the male lead (or attempts to)

Differences:
1) In the world of love, the male lead is more ruthless to the female lead, leaving her out to die and even trying to kill her to get what he wants (although he regrets it)
2) Female lead in world of love manages to leave and is even betrothed to someone else after leaving the male lead before being forced back again

The main couple's dynamic is very similar to the one in Bloody Romance. Throughout this series, Rong Zhi tries to maintain his distance to Liu Chuxiu and finds himself emotionally drawn to her and in direct conflict of political gain.

The second half of UL has a very similar plot, pacing, and feel to TLBH - the FLs have a false identity and are sent as the spirited princess of one kingdom to marry the prince of a different kingdom for the sake of a treaty. The two clash at first, but are drawn increasingly closer and fall in love. There is an obsessed SFL within the palace who tries to keep the ML for herself and destroy the FL. Both dramas have political scheming, love triangles, and a happy ending after much hardship.

Both are set within a palace with heavy politics, scheming, and a struggle over the throne. Both FLs are assuming the identity of another woman, and the emperor or king becomes tyrannical, killing many around him.

Both are historical dramas with an intelligent and strong FL, a plotting ML, and a tyrannical emperor. Both are set within the palace.

- Historical dramas;
- ML promised another girl to love her, but later fell in love with FL;
- bittering couple

In both dramas...
• The ML starts out answering to the ML, in Untouchable Lovers he is her male concubine and in Oriental Odyssey he is her slave.
• Both have female leads that investigate and solve crimes, although in Untouchable Lovers they are less like investigations and more uncovering secrets.
• The ML falls in love with the FL and later loses his memory and meets her again as a prince.
• In both dramas the FL and the ML meet and fall in love twice.
