Nam Sang-mi plays widowed police officer Lee Sun-ae who finds herself suddenly immersed into international espionage by Han Yoo-il (Dennis Oh), an undercover agent. Lee Joo-hyun plays Kang-Jun, who's recently transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department. He opens an old case involving Sun-ae's past that leads him to an entanglement between the current political/economic powers and their secrets. One of them, oddly enough, being Han Yoo-il. Who is this man? Why is he here? (DW) Edit Translation

Good story line basis and a great cast on the leads. Humor as well as action weaved into this one. Daniel Oh's acting isn't fantastic in this one but keeping that in mind his lack of skills in this series tends to give the role he's playing a sweetness to his character and to the growing romance. This is one of those dramas that really needed a season two to it given how it ended leaving you with so many questions on wait what comes next?

I actually liked "Koala" in how her life didn't go to plan and through it all she became stronger and better along the way.

This is NOT a popular drama although I heard it played a significant role in spreading the hallyu wave in the U.S. If you ignore Dennis Oh's below average acting skills, slow screenplay and sometimes boring scenes...this drama is sure to keep you interested. The story is ordinary but the execution was good. The scenes involving Choi Beum Gu and his gym cronies were so hilarious I'd often burst out laughing while watching alone. It's an earnest parody of a spy drama...it gets serious at times but it somehow manages to retain it's comic element. Nam Sang Mi's character was slightly annoying at times but then she made Lee Sun Ae seem genuine, innocent and honest. It is a good drama and somehow I've managed to develop a connection to it, hence I'm being generous and rating it at 8.
