Involves medical doctors traveling to islands in order to treat their patients. Thank You is depressing and melodramatic whereas Clinic on the Sea is a rom com.

Both have HIV and the effect of ostracizing by society. However, Love conquers all. Precious Time is one of the best romances out there for all you romantics!

Angelo is a remake of the Korean version. Both have guys who go to find single mother and daughter with HIV in a remote village at the wish of their dead girlfriends. They grow as people etc etc

In both Gong Hyo Jin plays a single mother and the performances of child actors are brilliant! Both have a picture of life in the small village/ country town near the ocean. Both have a great scenario and a bit odd and peculiar romance.

Both have single mom protagonists raising their kids in a village and there are a lot of similar characters in the village. Both moms have a kid with a disease. While Lee Bom has HIV, Xaio Le has diabetes.

The plot isnt really similar, but:
- both dramas are set on the backdrop of a small village where everyone knows eachother
- We enjoy the open country side in both these dramas
- The grumpy-city-man-moving to the country side is another similarity that both these dramas share
- Falls in love with a local girl

1. Rural area as locus of the story
2. Both female lead was challenge by medical issue because of their pas misfortunate event
3. Both female lead need to overcome their inferiority
4. Both male lead seems cool because of their job, but actually someone who take care the others. And both main male character have bad relationship with parents.
5. A bit similarity vibes on scoring
6. Melancolic vibes
