Super Daddy Yeol (2015)

Both drama focus on a sick character who reunites with their past lover.
You will definitely cry watching both.

1.both the female leads are sick
2.both female leads are strong and smart
3. both dramas are going to make you cry but at the same time will even it out with laughter.

The plot sounds very similar.
-ill mother searches for father for her child.

The plots aren't the same at ALL, but the feeling they leave you with are very similar - cheerful and optimistic. Again, please note, the dramas are not similar at all in plot, but good feelings all the way. :)

The plots are not necessarily similar, but the comedic moments are reminiscent of each other. Also, the 2 female MC's are similar in temperament to me. These dramas focus on different times in one's life, but the tone and atmospheres are similar. And they both leave you with a satisfied happy feeling once completed.

They have similar leads of a woman having a terminal illness and trying to make a family for their child both fathers knows nothing about their kid. Differences SDY is a girl and the father is Single, Mama the child is a boy the father has a whole new family.

Both stories involve a parent with a terminal illness who strives to ensure a happy future for their family.
