Erai Tokoro ni Totsuide Shimatta! (2007)

These dramas tell the story of a woman who suddenly becomes intimately involved with the overwhelming everyday workings of her husband's family shortly after getting married.

The same premise. In both series the wife tries to make amends so her mother-in-law can accept her.

Both are about daughter-in-laws that can't seem to cope with the strict life of their husbands and have conflicts with their new family members.

Both these drama center on a traditional Japanese family in which the female lead has to uphold responsability as the daughter/daughter-in-law for the family's prestige.

While Fukuyado Honpo is more about the relationship between the female lead, her mother, sisters and love interest ; ETnTS us about a mothe-in-law/daughter-in-law relationship.

Both dramas are comedies about marrying into a traditional Japanese family and getting elderly's approval and acceptance. Women in the dramas are career women.
