Dust and Fantasy (2015)

Matsuno goes back to his hometown of Asahikawa. He left Asahikawa after graduating from high school. He tells people there that he works as an artist in Tokyo. One day, Matsuno spots a flyer concerning the city's intention of building a wood monument. Matsuno boasts that he is the perfect person to build the monument, but he doesn't make any progress in making the monument. His former classmates soon wonder if he is really an artist. To prove himself, Matsuno focuses on building the monument. Edit Translation
