Revolves around the same theme of psychology, lots of mysteries to be solved, and a plot twist that you will not expect towards the end!

Both are hardcore criminal psychology type drama but Evil Minds is extremely underrated. If you want a crime plot that is not predictable then try this one.

Both have mini episodes of crimes but Evil Minds will mess with you more...wayyy more. Evil Minds is more psychologically disturbing...
Both have overarching themes that tie together but Evil Minds is WAYYY more intense and messed up but it's still really good all the same.

both drama's are about solving crime, although god's quiz is more focused on forensics and rare illnesses. A common theme between the two shows is the balance between the protagonist and the final antagonist.

Similar theme of a genius guy helping detectives solve crimes with their psychological profiling and who suffer from a past trauma due to a serial killer.

Both have a genius male lead who aids the detectives in solving cases by creating psychological profiles.

These two are similar in their darker aspects of crime. They both are psychological to some extent (Evil Minds more so than SCI). While they can both be described as kind of procedural, Evil Minds is more so centered around the bigger picture and SCI not as much (but still has elements of a larger theme).

Both shows have double male leads (yay) and are both based on novels. Of course, SCI came from a BL novel but Evil Minds did not, so there's that difference in terms of deeper character relationships. Still, I'd say, somehow, the relationship in Evil Minds is just as good, if not better than SCI because it's more developed (and there's a s2)

Both dramas are dark thrillers about serial murder investigations. In both dramas, the middle of the plot is a turning point for the main characters, who suddenly learn shocking details about their mental state and involvement in bloody acts.
