The main guy's character is similar in both series, at first he's weak and then changes both physically and mentally. He becomes stronger.

Here as well the female lead goes to the househouse to take care of his child, leading to them falling in love

Korean actress speaking/acting as a vietnamese. It's not much I know but I had to think of Romance Town while watching Hanoi Bride.
