Don't even get me started, what I can say without spoiling anything is that while watching Misty I couldn't stop thinking how similar it is to The Good Wife, it offered me the same feelings, it had the same approach of the story but different plots. Definitely check it out you won't regret it!

If you're looking for something mature, these two dramas should be your cup of tea. They have many differencies yet many similarities. In both, you get to see a woman becoming independant. Slowly in Garasu no le, quite soon in The Good Wife.

Both are based off the original American drama with the same name. The S.K. version stayed more true to the original while the Japanese version made it more their own. It's lighter in storytelling and much more fast paced plus they also changed a major arc that was in the original and S.K. version which I will not spoil.

Both have male protagonists that are famous prosecutors who end up in prison. Both have top notch acting, intricate stories about crime, power, jealousy and revenge. The cast is amazing in both dramas.

Both dramas have strong leader females.
Both dramas portraits the characters in an mature and adult way, instead of the childish and clingy behaviour of other dramas.
Both dramas are remakes of notorious western series (US and UK)..

Both dramas revolve around a wife that has to step into her old role as a lawyer after her husband stepped out of her life. While the husband went missing in "Hide", the couple is separated due to a divorce in "The Good Wife". Nonetheless, both dramas have a similar female character and vibe. Chances are high that if you like one take, you will like the other.

The good wife is based off the American drama of the same name. Both dramas are law/lawyer centric and have lots of juicy court cases. Both the ML and FL are highly competent lawyers. Hyena is more about the ruthlessness of the characters who are in the messy position of being both enemies and lovers, whereas the good wife’s central theme is the affair and the fallout of the FL and her politician husband, and the college friend waiting in the wings.

From the title "the good wife" who imply the great character of female leads as perfect and devoted housewives having two childs which are the similar main common character of dr cha.

It includes the bad and traitor characters of husbands male leads and not compatible as couples with female leads who were wronged in this failed marriage.

Female leads who were housewives, decided to not give up and return to their old career to prove themeselves despite the refuse of their husbands.

There is cheating, crimes but more importantly this drama is blending of the individual cases/stories with a much larger ongoing story.

(it's an adaptation of the English drama but with the Korean touch)
