Okay so as said the story is pretty cliche-ish, nothing extraordinary about it, but, the things, that occured, ehm was not that good, I'm not a fan of it (can't spoil!) I think it's just a matter of moral and ethics but it happens a lot tho! It was a bit draggy here and there, long dialogues, same thing repeated many times. There were small plot twists something like "Oh that's it?" And "whaaat whyyy", but nothing wow.
Acting was good, especially Yuka, so good that I really hated her hahah. There were no character development at all, only Yuka changed here and there lolol. The music was okay, I only recall that one song that was played in every episode, ugh I got really tired of it. Rewatch? Nuh-uh! Never. I feel like I wasted my time in this, but it's a matter of personal preference, I don't like this kind of drama.
So if you like an 'adult-matters' story with SUPER complicated relationships and accessories, then you might like this.
*whispers I don't recommend it*

The plot through the middle of the show lacks content, the characters don't seem to have much development, and the actors don't have that great of a chemistry...I don't know, I just wasn't impressed.
My least favorite part is that it was suuuuuper melodramatic. Maybe I've grown less tolerant of melodrama, but it was really distracting in this drama.
If you're thinking of watching this, just mentally brace yourselves for episodes 4-9 to be bad because it won't be worth it til you get to the last episode. And even then the melodrama is an issue for me =____=
The last episode was good though! Relatively. Finally something I didn't predict would happen, haha.
Perhaps the only redeeming factor would be the theme song lol
I'm a total loser for melancholic songs, so this was perhaps the best part of the drama for me.
If nothing else, watch this drama for Yuka and her character growth! Everything else isn't that special.

Expect the most cringe-worthy Jdrama ever made
Ok so the first 4 episodes was fine. We encountered a malfunctioning couple who were so in love. One a hopeless romantic, and the other a married guy on the verge of separation from his almost-dead wife. This drama will drive you nuts. The couple are in love yes, but the guy is so irresponsible and the woman so irritating, like she has to sacrifice everything because the guy does not know what he wants. She is the one making all the sacrifices because she thinks this the LOVE for her.
Don't forget a somehow-crazy wife in between who is in dire need of medical intervention for mental health.
And a love triangle of course. Another guy fighting for the wrong girl, which eventually learns his lesson.
Overall, it's full of cringe. Got some romantic, steamy scenes.
Plus, i think this was a promotional drama for Tiffany but in a bad way LOL

Worst Second Male Lead Syndrome
This is my first time writing a review and it will be long and confused. Honestly I'm at ep 8 and I won't watch the 2 last episodes bc I was highly dissapointed by Mia choices. I decided to watch this suddenly, since it wasn't even on my watchlist. Reading the comments and previous reviews left on here i could've given up on it. I've watched so far 60+ dramas (cdramas, kdramas etc) and this is only the 2nd time I'm having 2nd male lead syndrome. Ryo was absolutely perfect, he was caring, lovely, sunny, funny, bright, protective but respective of her choices. He was always by her side, never judging her for her relationship whith ML, worrying that she would be hurt and that she would be brokenheart, but helping her out anyway. Then, ML was for me at least, a coward. He couldn't talk back at his wife whatever crazy shit she was doing. When I thought he was being considerate towards FL, it had always something to do with his wife. Yes, they were still married yet on the verge of divorce, and I highly value marriage, but she was cheating. She agreed on divorce then try to kill them both then when she wake up she became obsessive. He didn't even try to fight when she asked to keep his phone ??? Dude i was so stunned during this scene. His wife disrespect Mia/Fl so many times and he didn't even really try to stand by her side. Thank god Ryo was always there for her. Besides him rocking in the air when they had some argument (He and FL) he was absolutely useless. Whenever they had an argument, it was either FL, SML her friends or his friend making some move so they could make up and talk it out. It was absolutely annoying to watch since these rock scenes happenned in almost every episode. Now let's talk about Mia. I was so glad when she break up with him, bc honestly he was trash. But the way she threw herself into engagement with Ryo made me mad. She could've be honest with him and with herself, take her time to forget properly ML and gave 2ML a true chance. Since he was such a sweetheart he would've wait for her that she rebuilt her heart. But she played with him, giving him false hopes and rising his expectations. Even as I've watched the Ep 8, finishing the episode on their breakup, I'm still convinced that they could've been truly happy together if only she had been honest and patient towards her healing and their realtionship. He was truly an amazing friend, at least for this she should've been more careful about not hurting him. Out of all this mess that she made out of their relationship, I am sincerely glad that Ryo was the one giving up on her, that he was the one letting her go. Again this prove me that he truly loved her and that is why i decided that i would not keep going and put an end here to this drama. Honestly, watching them ML and FL getting back would be waste my time, so I won't. For me this drama ended up on Ryo and Mia rupture. For a sec I really thought or really wished that these two would be together at the end of the drama. Writers really missed the point here. Was this review helpful to you?

Detailed Explanation
For those of you who want to know what you're getting into. This story starts off pretty typically ML meets FL.However, we later learn ML is married and FL is engaged. They start to fall for each other until FL learns that ML's wife is in a coma. ML and ML wife were on their way to get a divorce when they were in an accident which resulted in the coma. The most obvious thing happens with ML's wife waking up and trying to keep them apart.
With the FL trying to use another guy to get over ML. Every episode feels like them continuously breaking up, confessing love, or getting back together. ML continuously playing with the FL feelings for him until you actually want her to choose the other guy.
My favorite part: There are two friends of the FL that continuously act as the yin and yang characters. Acting as moral advisors to the FL. I really liked their dynamic. I also really enjoyed the cute moments when the Leads discover each other in awkward funny situations.
Dislike: There is a storyline between the two supporting females where one is secretly in love with the other. So whenever she finds love with someone the other friend always ruins it by stealing or sleeping with the girls boyfriends.
Even Better If: I think the whole story would have taken a less cliche ending if the two supporting female characters ended up together. I also think that they could have come up with a more creative ending.

What sounded like a dark, adult drama with lots of drama and dirty games was actually a decent romance story. I thought they did well, creating the initial mood. But then they did so wrong on many other things. For starters, I dislike completely how they deal with adultery. A married guy, having an affair! No matter what they made in this drama, no matter how well they tried to explain it, I was so angry at all the characters at some point, that I felt like this wasn't a good drama anymore. It was too light for some things they inserted and at other points too heavy for what they wanted to make with the story. The acting itself is something I don't even want to comment about. The hobby our male lead has to let off steam at home made me cringe.
Aside from that, I still enjoyed watching it, with all the bad plot and twists. Watching the work was rather fun, which somehow saved the drama. So I still give it Overall 2*. But I wouldn't tell you to watch it, especially if you don't like affairs or over-dramatic series. Or if you don't like the actors. If you do like all/some of the above mentioned, I am sure you will enjoy this series and can just go and watch it!

realistic story/romance/relationships - underrated drama
It's quite good drama and not so typical story, as other reviews say it.It isn't great drama, but it's really realistic story, relationship and dialogues. I haven't seen many Jdramas, but at list this story isn't usual for Kdramas and Cdramas. So if you are tired of same clieche fairy tale-ish love stories and want some real romance, plus forbidden love and taboo subject (Infidelity) you should try it.
Although choices (romance with married man, staying in and choosing toxic relationship) that FL does isn't right for objective viewer but it is soo realistic when you are deeply in love and in this drama that love is believable. I didn't like ML but I understood FL, because we all love who we love and actress played woman deeply in love very well.
As I said her choice to stay in this very toxic relationship when she cried all the time was so wrong, but understandable - it's real life...
ML has nothing to like him, maybe only pity... life is hard to him but he isn't brave strong person himself too...
But drama has amazing SML - he is supportive understanding good and all the things we have seen in many dramas with that kind of SML but he also is different, very very light, funny, positive, playful in good way, someone who can always make people around him (as he does with FL) good mood and smile.
So she has 2 options/relationships: forbidden love with toxic painful relationship, which she should hide all the time, when she needs it the man she loves almost never with her, she can't text, call him free and she can't even complain about it.
and there is second guy, super positive, funny and same time successful in his career, he is always there, always makes her smile and forget bad things, but she doesn't love him, and that is realistic, that can easily happen in real life... and this drama has that (often unusual for melodramas) vibe of realism ...
