You Are My Sunshine (2005)

They are extremely heartwarming and touching. A moment to remember is PERFECT in every spot: the songs, the actors, the plot, EVERYTHING is PERFECT! And the beginning is so catchy and unique, that after watching how they got to met each other, you will not want to stop watching it XD

Also both male leads are truly madly deeply in love with their wives

PS: They were so good, that both movies made me cry TT.TT

Both movies have a FL that experienced abuse and a guy willing to protect them/give them another life path choice.

i think the plot is kind of similar. they're falling in love and the female lead has the same disease. both are recommended if you like romantic-classic movies!
