About Rich Men and Poor Women (Well, she used to be rich then her family become bankrupt) While Meteor Garden is more on the comedy side.

My Fair Lady is more about FL who try to work hard to become rich because of her family becoming bankrupt and want to prove to people that she can make it on her own.

Much more similar part is that FL used to hate ML at the beginning and she begin to fall in love with him. another similar part is that ML fall head over heel for FL and can bear with her.

If you are looking for more Shaw Qu (aka ML) for more of his work, Bloody Romance is one of them but it is more dark compare to this series.

Both series are the same when ML is head over heel for FL.

About a rich guy fall for a down-to-earth hard working woman and there is always all 3 friends involve in the relationships.

2 FL are in love with the ML and always all 3 are getting hurt and love triangle drama.
