Watit and Ruth are twins raised apart. Watit grows up in the city, in a rich comfortable environment while his older twin, Ruth leads a modest but comfortable life in the country. When Watit gets hurt and goes into a coma, his father asks Ruth to pretend to be Watit in order to catch the culprit. Metinee got engaged to Watit as part of a business arrangement; although Watit loves Metinee, she does not return his affections.
