If you are a fan of historical drama's full of intrigue, schemes and a charismatic lead. It is all about brotherhood, friendships and drama that comes with palace politics

Both dramas are similar and of high quality in many aspects from the beautiful set visuals, actors, costumes, music to the story. Of course NIF1 is also there (maybe higher) with the quality but it is too different on the story side. Enjoy!

Nirvana in Fire: Wind Blows in Chang Lin is the second season of Nirvana in Fire series. Both dramas are epic historical strategies and take place in the same dynasty (different times).

Very similar history another one similar in tenchijin
Both three are about invasions and war.
About the King's wanting to protect their people
Tenchijin is Japanese with similar history but from the Japanese point of view
Gwanggaeto the Great is almost the same integrity

Similar as the fighting and the hero is the best fighter and general and unwavering loyalty. Both have really good ending. where Nirvana in Fire not so happy ending. This has a very cute romance as well although the sister in law is the hottest...
