Lackluster, but Sweet Enough

This was fine enough to watch, but honestly was even more basic than season one. It was still a sweet, high school-ish story, but it felt very bare bones. I often felt like everything was just drama for drama's sake with no real substance.

The actors were good, including the ones who were new to this season. But even so, I'd say this one might be worth skipping. I think the ambiguous ending of season one was more satisfying than this.

It was okay. I liked the first season better. The girl who played Belle wad kind of dull and boring tbh. I was more interested in the side couple. It's high school, but they are in high school so. I wish Bake Me Love had a season 2 rather than this one, even with the ambiguous ending of S1 of MLB. I guess it's being an llder adult who's more interested in adult romances rather than high school romances. Anyway. I'm trying to make this 500 characters. This isn't supposed to be an essay or anything, right?

it was good. the storyline was so light and basic but it was nostalgic bcs i had same experience about having crush in someone younger than me, but the ending was different, mine didn't have happy ending. the first seaon was Belle who chasing S, and now S is chasing Belle. some moments are cute. and i love the friendship between Belle, Aom, and Pang. Taewin and Phol also the one who made the story even fun. not the masterpiece but great

This is continuation of the first 'My Lil Boy', but it's still 2016, so I guess Nanon Korapat didn't get much older:) According to the synopsis, the tables should have turned. But! Then, in the opening credits, I spotted Nara Thepnupha. Ever since 'Club Friday', I know her to be formidable rival:) Hopefully, she'll have her own romance, this time. There's Toptap Jirakit, too. Should I worry about him, morelike? Will there be a proper happy ending for Ez (S), and Beu (Belle)? LOL.

Well, after 1st episode, it looks like he'll kiss her but the anticipation is so long it gets awkward (aw, the s01's theme is back:) so much I no longer wished to see it (was Nanon Korapat in legal age for onscreen kissing, even? lol) and then it got interrupted. Meanwhile, we can watch Nara Thepnupha's line with Chimon Wachirawit which is more engaging a watch anyways.

Thanaerng Kanyawee's main girl is in college already, and even her wearing a different uniform somehow makes her more distant from Nanon Korapat's high school boy. It's like the gap between them grew even wider. She's in new exciting surroundings, and there's super cute Toptap Jirakit pursuing her (a mistake from the producers! I can't disregard Toptap Jirakit:) Why should she be reminiscent about her past failures with a boy too young to properly like her back? All her history with Es was filled with awkwardness. And while he now tries to let her know he'd like to pursue her, he did openly reject her. She hangs out with Kapook Phatchara's classmate mostly, when she gets together with her old s01 friends, who still cheer for her getting together with Es, it looks somehow out of place.

Episode 3, there is a mirror scene where the rejected party shouts after the other who is leaving: I am still not going to give up on you!:) Then it's said, first she got rejected, then he got rejected, now they're even. But is that the point? Episode 4, Es is shown crying after his rejection. I must say I kinda already lost my interest in the main couple. Maybe some side-story shall save this?

Then they all go on a beach trip. That is so weird. They go together with Kapook Phatchara's pretty girl (way prettier than the main one, by the way) and Toptap Jirakit's rival. When they arrive, the girls go into one room and the boys stay in the other room. Basically Es sleeps on the same bed with the older boy pursuing his girl. It's so weird that people who hate each other sleep on the same bed, lol. Also, there should be jealousy stirred in Belle using another girl hanging around Es. It's all good in theory, but then we watch the flirty college girl who ignores the more attractive boy with big car and is interested in the 16 year old, instead? The whole situation is so unbelievable. All the people look unconvincing in it, just because some writer thought of this. Funny this show had writer & director in one person. Did he not SEE how incredible it all looks?

Episode 5, I realized I didn't care AT ALL how this will end.

A 15yo boy going after a 18yo girl with 0 chemistry between them

Watched it back then and now i came across this title while looking for another series. Since there's no review, i'll write a simple one, just like this drama. It is one of those really light, short and kill the time type of shows, classic teen GMMTV style. No BL tho.

After him rejecting her on the first season and now having realize that he does like her, he goes after her and she is playing hard to get. They are unsure if they can keep it up now, specially her, but is more like she wants him to show that he really does care about her, just like she did before, going after her, being there, being taken care of... Show his love.

Is quite childish, but the ML was indeed a child, 15ish, so does his character. I must admit that, even if in other contexts love me the older woman/younger boy love story, this is one of those few times when i find it a bit strange, She is fresh in college and he has 3 years till his high school graduation. 3 years in not a big age gap at all, but in this situation, it really is. the problematic part comes because he is a minor and their life styles, maturity level, power dinamics and all are totally unbalanced. That makes me feel some type of way not gonna lie.
In terms of production quality, is GMMTV, you can expect in that department, polished. The story is somewhat entertaining and since is only 8 episodes long, it doesn't drag too much.
The other issue that i have, and probably comes with the age of the actor at the time as well, is the lack of romance. A romantic series without romance, what the actual. They have 0 chemistry and there are not so many moments of bonding, feelings or anything, let's not even go as far as phisical contact. Probably the actress, that was 19/20 back then, felt as weirded out as me.

Would i recommend? Not really, but cannot kill you.

Would i rewatch? Never.
