STORY: The story itself is very interesting as it raises your interest to watch until the end. Personally, I had doubts at the beginning as I only decided to add this drama on my watchlist because of Seo Kang Joon who plays the male lead role. Fortunately, the drama surprised me in many ways so that I can only be happy that I convinced myself to give it a try.

ACTING/CAST: As I said before, Seo Kang Joon was the main reason for me choosing this drama and I've not been disappointed at all. He is a very good actor and he pretty much proves it by portraying two characters that are totally different from each other at the same time.

*To be honest, I liked the cast in general. I think all the actors played their part very well and the distribution was very carefully done. Also the Seo Kang Joon and Gong Seung Yeon ship had a lot of chemistry and looked amazing on screen.

MUSIC: I genuinly liked the OSTs of this drama. I think they were perfectly selected according to the storyline and the scenes they were played on. And the fact that Seo Kang Joon sings himself one of the OSTs is a bonus.

REWATCH VALUE: Totally worth rewatching it. If I had the chance to watch it again, I would really love to.

OVERALL: "Are you human too?" is a 100% worth watching drama. It just gives good vibes. It's the kind of drama you would enjoy watching on a spring day at noon when the sun throws its rays through the window and the atmosphere requires a hot tea and a good drama.

cut the non sens already!

everybody say "if you cannot accept a relationship between a robot and a human, don't watch this". but I do accept it, I loved the drama "zettai kareshi (my absolute boyfriend)", and my heart broke at the end. so, no, the robot isn't the problem! the problem is the incredible amount of non sens you come across when watching this! I just watched 4 episodes, so my spoilers won't ruin your drama, let's talk about it.

at the airport when real Shin discovered that she was filming him, he took the camera and smashed it. this is how rich people deal with everything touching their intimacy and safety. it's not like his secretary doesn't know how to deal with threatening people. and yet:

she was a traitor once, and yet they let her come back as a body guard. they could have lied in front of the cameras and just give her an envelope and a fair good bye! but here she is, a traitor inside their home!
she put a camera inside his bedroom, and he didn't notice anything even when as a robot he connected himself to all the connected toys in his room. like really?
they caught her several times in awkward situations and she got away with it by pretending she was on the phone: which rich (and paranoid) guy would accept it without tearing the phone out of her hands to check the truth with his own eyes? as I said, they are rich people and they do that all the time, so why not here?
Shin is in the OR, and the bad guy enters the OR like it's his home. and what did he got? "listen, next time you behave like a bad guy, I will tell papa!" WHAT? you tell papa now! you get the man fired! you get the chairman to know that this man is threatening his grand-child!
how is it believable that rich people behave like coward puppies?

let's talk about this so wonderful FL now! she lies, like all the time. she has no integrity: Shin saved her life and she was still planning to betray him. on one hand she is like "oh! my heart is pounding so much!" and on the other hand she tails him, put cameras in his room and lie to him right before his eyes... I don't even know what to think about her behavior. there is no coherence.

nothing is understandable in this drama. I really cannot put up with more non sens than that, so I just dropped. I agree that robot-human story is something hard to get, but the problem is, that's not the hardest thing to get here.

This drama started off extremely great. I waited for the episodes each week with excitement. However, towards the end It just went towards a unexpected path that I didnt like. The chemistry between the two main leads were just amazing, everything was going great until the real shin woke up. The writer could have gone in so many more directions, rather than turning the real shin into a annoying, shitty brat. Like I wouldve loved to see some development between the robot and the real namsin, like idk them slowly viewing each other as brothers-rather than enemies. I feel like the writer took the simple approach of making the human nam shin as the bad one and last episode changing his character after his mums death. I felt like the real namshin had so much potential, and after all the people he lost, I just wish he found true love or even forgave his mum before she died. Like come one, why? Also, don't get me wrong I loved the robot nam shin. He was absolutely beautiful, but with all this fight for the company and the position of the it- I felt like the relationship between the namshin 3 and so bong was just shadowed by the cycle of fighting for the power and money. This show could've potentially been one of my favourite k dramas, but I'm giving it a 8.5 only because of my love for the first half of the series. I have so much more issues, that i wished they could've solved, unfortunately, it didnt work that way. I can say that I enjoyed the show overall and that I would still recommend it.

Disappointed

Very disappointed about ending.
There is no future with robot.
This drama story line isn’t like how viewers want.
How a robot can pretend to be human being?
And how a human can kiss a robot?
I think she didn’t feel any silicon in her lips.
There should be twist in between human namshin and robot one, as audience wish to end it like human namshin will have so bong. But the ending had with robot namshin. I feel bery disappointed. This show make me bored. I think, i've wasted my Precious time. I'll never gonna recommend this show.
It'll kill your precious time. :)

This was pretty cool. I love the storyline. I confess, I did skip from Episodes 15 to 18 but I will go back and watch it. It had me focused but my patience ran out on this one (lol). Another South Korean who has them dang sparkling beautiful eyes. Seo Kang Joon had to play two characters and HE Did that! I really believed that he was a robot and the original Nam Shin. Joon was successful in playing a robot. It reminded me of Cain and Abel in the Bible. I have to do more SKJ to put him on my Fav actors list. I thank the rest of the cast for doing their part in this KDrama or it wouldn't have worked. The Visuals, the scenery, and the action are very well done.

Mi è piaciuta anche la protagonista femminile, Gong Seung-yeon, già vista in My Only Love Song.

« Are You Human Too ?
