Emergency Room 24 Hours Season 4 (2009)

The members of Emergency Room 24 must deal with a chronic lack of manpower, a lack of beds, and a lack of doctors. Hospitals now often refuse to accept patients leaving ambulances to search for the next hospital in the vicinity.
